Currently, the Outlook plugin is supported for the 2003 thru 2010 Outlook platforms. Can you please add the 2013 edition of Outllok to the supported editions?

We are Dynamics users that just upgraded to Outlook 2013. Unlike SFDC users we do not have the backup option of sending published emails directly from a lead or contact via the Sales Insight module. I'm going to plagiarize was Patrick C. said in July. WE. NEED. THIS...NOW!

Starting to get questions from my sales team on using Outlook 2013 with Marketo. Would be good to get this added in soon!

This is affecting our users tremendously as we just moved to Office 365, which gives us Outlook 2013 now for our Office licenses...rolling back to Outlook 2010 is not a solution, nor is it even possible for us.

We just migrated to Outlook 2013 and this functionality will be critical as we roll out Marketo to our sales organization in the Sept/Oct. timeframe.

Is there any update on how this is being incorporated into the product roadmap? It seems supporting a product with a large user base like Outlook 2013 would be integral to ensuring that organizations can take full advantage of this plugin.

I created a ticket about this and support responded with sometime in the first half of 2014. They recommended having our respective teams revert back to Outlook 2010 until an announcement next year. Quite disappointing, but I thought I would share.

This is really making our Sales team rollout difficult. Most are on 2013. I was told by the VP of Sales that this brings every good thing about Sales Insight down about 2 levels. Unfortunately, it lowered their enthusiasm. They can send emails from SalesForce via Sales Insight, vs. sending with Outlook, but can't send attachments, which would be great to have as well, since that was Sales does is send out Sell Sheets, Quotes, etc.
