Description - Similar to WorkFront's email function, we'd like to be able to directly message or alert Adobe Target users within our organization if we have an important update, change, or issue to communicate with them. The functionality would exist within Target - either being able to compose/send an email to all users (without having to manually esport a list of all users and compose the email in Outlook) or being able to have a pop up message appear when users log in.Why is this feature important to you - It's cumbersome to have to export a list of all users and import it into a manual email when we need to communicate with all enterprise Target users - especially when we know this capability is available within other Adobe products (e.g., WorkFront). How would you like the feature to work - The functionality would exist within Target - either being able to compose/send an email to all users (without having to manually esport a list of all users and compose the email in Outlook
Description -Currently in order to use zip codes for audience creation you must enter each zip code on its own line in the Target interface. It would be a time saving feature if you could upload a CSV of zip codes rather than having to enter each zip code on its own line.
We are trying to tidy up our Recommendations catalog - there are a lot of old Collections that we would like to delete, but we are unable to as they are still being referenced by old activities. It's starting to slow down our productivity and as many Collections have similar names it's difficult to see which should/shouldn't be used. Ideally, when you open a Collection, it would be good to be able to see the activit(ies) are using/referencing that collection.
Hi there,Please can you dedicate some resources to Agile? The functionality is buggy, inconsistent, and user flows lack behind free alternatives like Trello or Microsoft Planner.Right now, my personal journey has been approx 18 months trying to implement Agile well within workfront, specifically with a large number of calls and threads to WF support staff in the past 3 months. A typical response to my bugs flagged and suggestions have been "we're just not really setup for agile here" or "here's a really complicated workaround" that, when I've tried to implement, I've struggled to get my team to understand and implement - something that should be simple and intuitive needs 10 clicks between multiple pages and reports to function. If Workfront can replicate something like Trello, with the back end powerhouse of the WF platform that exists already, you'd be in an extremely strong position in the enormous, and growing, agile space. Right now, Agile fu
Description -When adding new metrics it would be great to be able to zero out part days (go live date) and incorrect data on new metrics without using data repair API.Why is this feature important to you -Historically we have had events go live in production with issues or analysis done where only part-day information is available. Ideally, I would like to be able to make a "safe" metric that is available to non-power users which only works from a certain point forward. How would you like the feature to work -When creating a calculated metric that would be shared, I would use the existing "Day" dimension and "If" logic to build a metric that shows will return 0 if the metric is before the approved date.Current Behaviour -The problem at the moment is that "Day" can only be selected as "equals/exists/does not exist" or as a "Count distinct" for greater than or less than. Having the ability to select Day greater than or equal to "Jul 22, 2021" would solve the problem.. &nb
I often have Workspcae Projects with multiple panels (logical groups), all of them have almost the same filters in the header. with the new feature "drip down filter" it's time to suggest a new idea:Idea: lock panel filters to be the same - and when selecting a dropdown value, it's currated to all panels. would be great to have it as a "per filter"-option...This way I have following benefits:1) easy setup/modification of dashboards with multiple panel (especially if you have more that a few panels)2) easely filter data with just one click over all panels (just use drop-down and all panels have the same filter applied)
Sometimes when creating a new view, filter or grouping in text mode, you accidentally mess up the code and an error (see screenshot) appears. Unfortunately, the error message takes over the entire screen and the only way to fix it is to go into your Setup area and delete the view, filter or grouping and try again. Instead of blanking out the entire screen for the user, providing a poor experience, can we just leave the view, filter and grouping options available for an easy fix, similar to when a report breaks and you get a red error message.
Description - in a project, I would like % Complete column to automatically be calculated based on the actual hours entered by the user. Why is this feature important to you - This will help the project managers to log only the actual hours and not assume the percentage. The percent value should automatically be calculated based on the project manager's logged Actual hours vs their planned hours on a task. How would you like the feature to work - I would like the % column to automatically be calculated based on the actual hours entered by the user. Also, I would like this percentage to be rolled over to the project level.Current Behavior - In a project, the project managers estimate a percent complete and enter into the % complete column resulting in a number that may or may not be accurate. A Work Around Solution that I created: I created a view. In the view I added the Actual Hours column and a Task Percent complete column. In the view, I now have the followi
Description - Create a new Product Role in Adobe Target that gives a user all the capabilities of an Approver with the ability to access and edit Administration settings, while then also removing an Approver's ability to access and edit Administration settings since they impact all Workspaces, not just the ones where the user has Approver access. Why is this feature important to you - We've have several instances where someone (there are no logs even available for us to pinpoint the user) changed an Administration setting without alerting anyone that then had a negative impact on all Workspaces. This has left us scrambling on a few occasions to pinpoint the issue - with no control on limiting access to these settings to our true Adobe Target admins. How would you like the feature to work - As stated above, remove an Approver's ability to access/edit Administration settings and create a new Product Role (perhaps just naming in "Administrator"), who has all the a
Allow an administrator to password protect or restrict access to a Document Folder. This would restrict access even for those users who have access to the Project.
In CJA Workspace, the 'image loader' option doesn't work correctly. When you click to add an image to either the 'description' or 'text' input box, the Workspace project just flickers and it will not let you add an 'https' image reference location. The attached GIF shows that you can use the 'link' feature, but not the 'import image feature'. To help support adding images of the user experience and company logos to our CJA Projects, I propose we fix this issue.
Description - I would like the ability to add a form field to a timesheet category. Why is this feature important to you - This would allow us to better track volume of work along with time. For Example - for a category of PT Scoring, my employee may spend 3 hours on this task in a day, but I don't know if they scored 1 item or 6. Adding this information in notes is not as report friendly. How would you like the feature to work - I would like to be able to create fields specific to tasks to allow more detailed data, that would be standardized more than using the 'note' feature.Current Behaviour - Notes can be added on the timesheet. Not as report friendly and free text allows for entry that is not standardized, which makes it more challenging to track and use as a metric.
Description - I would like to be able to see the start and end dates of the stages within an approval processWhy is this feature important to you - This feature would allow more in depth reporting and monitoring of our processes. How would you like the feature to work - As per my attachment we can see the start and end dates of an approval path process we have set up in our instance of Workfront. This approval path consists of two stages and we would like to see the start and end dates of each stage. Current Behaviour - Currently we can only see the start and end dates of the approval path overall and not it's composite stages.
Currently if someone creates a custom form they are forever the owner even if they leave the company. Currently we have a form we cannot unshare with a person because they are the "owner" and we cannot reassign ownership. I would propose the ability to reassign ownership to someone else of the custom form.
Currently, if you are working in a timeline template or in an actual project and you go to edit a field then refresh so that date changes flow through, you are bumped back to the beginning of the schedule. I wish that you could stay in the same portion of the timeline that you were editing, whether in template or project mode.
Currently, it looks like we can only have 2 groupings.
I would like to be able to use $$USER.ID as the access rights when scheduling reports to be sent automatically like in the screenshot below so that I can schedule reports to be sent out with just certain information on them.
In Workfront, it would be great to have a search bar on the Updates page that would search for results within the opened Updates page. This would cut down on endless page scrolling and make it quick to find specific thread topics within the page. It should also allow for searching for comments made within a date range or for a specific date. Currently, Updates pages can be cluttered with multiple threads and difficult to find the topic you need. Some of our projects can span years from start-to-finish and those Updates pages while useful, can be problematic when scrolling through years of comments to find what you need.
Hello, I love the new data warehouse UI and Layout, but would like to see a filter function (report suites, scheduled/completed, etc.) and a csv export of the list of the items as currently filtered. Basically how the scheduled reports export feature functions. I'm having to manually create a list which is quite painful. Thank you,Josh
Add Calculated Metrics (like Distinct Count) to CJA's Full Table Export capabilities. This is important as right now you cannot include them in Full Table Export, which limits what data we can export. For example, if we have a calculated metric taking the sum of 20 different activities, we currently cannot export that information in one table. Instead, we would need to create and export four different tables with all of those activities, and the VLOOKUP them together in Excel. Also, not being able to include Distinct Count metrics is also a major limitation, as that is a very common metric (e.g. 'distinct count of emails received). In an ideal situation, Calculated Metrics would be included in CJA's Full Table Export's OOTB capabilities.
Description - I would like the ability to have a kanban board feature available in my reports Why is this feature important to you - I would like to have the ability to move my projects from column to column in my Kanban board and focus on only my hot ones. How would you like the feature to work - I could go my current project view report and click on Edit, Charts and the Kanban feature would populate and I could customize my cards and columns for my Kanban boards. I wish reports and Kanbans were more connected and more colorful. Current Behaviour - Currently right now when I want to select a project and create a Kanban board I can only select on project at a time. It's very manual.
It looks like the Select All and Sort By options never appear on any Brand Portal pages. Just needs to be the same as appears in Assets This is simple functioanlity that would imprive the user experience.
I go to the Collections page and click into a collection I've previously created. I get the assets displayed, but I'm then not able to open the left hand search panel to filter the collection From the Files section - if I go to filters and select the saved search (collection) - it obviously does allow me filter them. I want to be able to filter the display of a Collection.
Ability to add Successors to tasks as you can do with Predecessors through the Task left-hand navigation menu, and Tasks Views
Using the Web SDK debugger on a website with two Web SDK instances makes it hard to differentiate the requests to each instance. In the Web SDK section, the debugger shows network requests to different instances just next to each other. In production, this can be seen on www.spiegel.de from February, 1st. Similar to Adobe Analytics requests shown for each report suite, I'd like to see Web SDK requests instance by instance.
