Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: I want to be able to get suggestions while adding hyperlinks So that I can have the ability to choose the path much faster These suggestions should be provided as root paths in the code. Use-case: Authoring Internal pages content path in RTE - hyperlink fields Current/Experienced Behavior: When we have to hyper link a page or content fragment , then while entering any text we do not get any suggestions and have to manually type full path or use path browser. It would be great if the path field can give suggestions of page paths as typing. Improved/Expected Behavior: If we have to author hyperlink path manually and enter text like /content it provides suggestions for available nodes so users can select it and get the URL authored quickly. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM as a sites - Cloud - 2025.8.21994.20250818T175115Z Custo
In a global company, the Adobe team recommends consolidating multiple countries in a single AEP Organization, with separate sandboxes. However, Adobe Target doesn't have the same hierarchy of "organization + sandboxes", so the Out of the box integrations are not available:* The Adobe SDK don't allow two deployments across digital channels, one for AEP Org and another for Adobe Target Org. Therefore, we have to manage a dependency by uninstalling the Target SDK and modifying the integration through the Server Side, which is not friendly for marketers.* Audience destination nether works. We have to share segments through Tag Manager or create a custom microservice to integrate Adobe CDP + Target. Some suggestions:* Allow the installation of two SDK, one per Organization, across digital channels* Align the Adobe Target and AEP hierarchies (Org + Sandbox)* Create a OOTB destination with Target in a different Org to avoid creating an in-house microservice
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Email service should implement an change event listener to re-read its oauth and refresh token properties when these gete updated ( /conf/global/settings/mailer/oauth) without the need of manual pod restart to re-read its value Use-case: Microsoft Azure oauth token is expiring every 90 days and its get automatically updated on author instance in AEMaaCS. This change is replicated to publish instances, but this change is ignored by the Email Service running on publish, because these properties are read only once when service gets initialized. So a manual restart of the pods is needed. Current/Experienced Behavior: When oauth token expired and gets updated with its new value all our form that send emails on all our live websites stop working, because the Email Service does not update its in memory value for that token, despite the fact that the token is already updated in the publish instance Improved/Expected Behavior: An event li
Why is this feature important to you - It would be very useful to see how many times a dashboard has been opened/used, by whom it was opened/used statisticsHow would you like the feature to work -We request the development of a user-friendly Workspace Usage Report interface within Adobe Analytics that allows admins to easily view and analyze dashboard usage metrics without needing to extract or parse raw logs.Current Behaviour - At present, dashboard usage can only be reviewed by accessing Usage Logs, which is not practical or user-friendly for administrators or business users who need to understand how dashboards are being accessed and utilized.
Description: An email alert is generated when a new proof version is created, but not for a new document version. This functionality is important. Why this feature is important: Users who do not select proofs, such as agencies updating an asset based on feedback from the V1 Proof, should be able to upload a new version of an existing proof as a document. This action should notify the Project Owner/Team (based on their settings) that a new document version has been added. Desired functionality: When a new document version is added, the system should notify the Project Owner/Team (based on their settings) of this update. Current behavior: When a user adds a new version as a document, no email alert is sent. Users must either share the document directly with their point of contact or use an @mention in the updates to inform them
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: enable scrolling "no" property for pdf viewer component iFrame Use-case: We are using pdf viewer component in our application. By default in some resolutions we see scrollbars(Horizontal and Vertical) appearing in some resolutions. We are looking for property or config to hide this scrollbars. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Introduce property to hide toolbar display in pdf viewer Use-case: We are using pdf viewer component in our application. By default we see tools are displaying with file name. This is appearing for both Desktop and Mobile devices. But we don't want to show these tools in our component and looking for property to make it hidden if required. Current/Experienced Behavior: Tools, icons and file name displaying by default Improved/Expected Behavior: Make it option to show or hide Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM on Cloud Customer-name/Organization name: Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
Description -This is related sending emails from workfront Fusion. We need to use this feature to send emails via Oauth2 basedCurrently, It is using Username and Password to send emails.
Description - Currently, delegated assignees are emailed once to notify them they are assigned as a delegated person. It does not send real-time notifications each time an approval is sent to the original person. It should reroute the approval request and email to the delegated. Why is this feature important to you - Requesters are not always checking their widgets. Without notifications, you're asking the requester to check in Workfront like a hawk to know if a new approval was sent. How would you like the feature to work - Notifications should be sent in real-time much like they do for a normal document or proof approval. Send the notification to the delegated person that there is a document that needs their review and decision. Current Behaviour - One email is sent at the time of the delegation. The original person is then out of office. The production teams send approval requests and the delegated person does not get notifications or emails of new approvals.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Automation mechanism within Developer Console or Adobe I/O Runtime Action to automatically renew the technical account certificate (Case E-001849802) Use-case: We are using the service credentials JSON to get bearer token from IMS and then send payload over to AEM Author. The key concern is how to maintain this as the certificate expires after 1 year. Currently, we see the manual provision of generating a new certificate and then manually updating the runtime action with the service credentials. This approach is rather manual and crude. We would appreciate a solution that could automate this. Current/Experienced Behavior: As of now, Adobe does not provide an automated mechanism within the Developer Console or Adobe I/O runtime to automatically renew the technical account’s certificate. This means that certificate rotation must be triggered manually via the Adobe Developer Console. Improved/Expected Behavior: The certificate
Description -Currently, on a project/task users can upload multiple documents with the same name. e.g. if you have two documents on your local machine with paths: folderA/asset.jpg, folderB/asset.jpg, you can upload them both and they will be present on the task/document. We would like this functionality for request briefing forms as well, please. Why is this feature important to you - Teams currently receive assets from suppliers with the same name but in different folders. It would speed them up a lot if they were able to upload all these assets without having to rename them. How would you like the feature to work - You select two assets from different folders with the same name and they are both uploaded successfully to the brief.Current Behaviour - Only one asset is uploaded
Description - These days in Launch's Web SDK extension, it is not possible to manually override the "_id" attribute in Web SDK XDM object data elements. As a workaround, if one wanted to manually define this _id, one would have to code an alloy "sendEvent" and specify the _id there. The approach / idea resembles very much the hybrid tracking approach for client- and server-side, that many 3rd party vendors suggest these days, where a deduplication key can be specified that either drops or merges events with duplicate ids. Why is this feature important to you Completeness of data and fastest possible data availability: Web SDK data relies on cookie consent which may not have been given by the users i.e., an order event may or may not be captured by the Web SDK this lack of order data significantly impacts the number of addressable members in an audience, that may be built upon CRM and commerce data while this commerce data can also be streamed into the Platform from the commer
Description This question has come up multiple times in the last few weeks, and it probably surfacing in other channels as well, but there should be a way to filter the rows in a freeform table based on Metric Count. So only show items below X, or above Y, or between X and Y. While we can filter rows manually via the "only show these rows" the values can change month to month, being able to only show rows based on a specific criteria seems like a basic function we should have, and yet don't as of yet. Why is this feature important to you Values change month to month, so having to manually find and filter rows is a lot of effort that we shouldn't need. While, yes, we can use a calculated metric to change rows outside of a range using IF and Greater Than/Less Than logic (using a static 0 for outside our range), the rows, while no longer counting in the total, still show in the table. How would you like the feature to work Either in the dimension filters
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Introduce a configuration (e.g., max.children.per.folder) that defines the maximum number of child nodes (assets or subfolders) allowed within a given folder. Use-case: AEM currently allows more than 1,000 assets (child nodes) to exist within a single folder. However, it’s well known that exceeding this threshold leads to significant performance degradation. To help our administrators effectively monitor and control within our environment, we request the addition of functionality that provides both preventive and diagnostic controls related to folder child limits. This request covers two main objectives: 1) Prevent Adding Assets Beyond a Configurable Folder Child Limit 2) Expose a Method to Identify Overpopulated Folders Current/Experienced Behavior: None Improved/Expected Behavior: Requested Enhancements1. Prevent Adding Assets Beyond a Configurable Folder Child Limit Introduce a configuration (e.g., max.children.per
Description - as soon as an Audience is created that is using aggregation e.g., to evaluate a certain number of page views with a given property like a content category, the only working evaluation is "Batch" which is obviously not suitable if you want to do next page personalization based upon a user's content affinity. Why is this feature important to you - It seems to be a standard feature in nowadays' CDPs to be able to define some kind of real-time "Badges" based upon user behaviour which can include aggregated values. This would be exactly that. Audiences on the Edge should support this as well since Batch evaluation is just too slow for next-page personalization. How would you like the feature to work - Allow aggregation on Edge or Streaming Audiences to be closer to real-time Current Behaviour - Upon save, an error is shown and none of the available segmentation methods works except for "Batch"
Currently, if you share an audience to e.g. Facebook Custom Audience, you can do only a 1:1 mapping of your xdm schema field. As some destinations have specific requirements, it would be great to have like a calculated field as an option (same as in datastream mapping). One example would be to lowercase your xdm schema fields, as e.g. Facebook Custom Audience needs firstname / lastname in lowercase. As of now, I have to ingest an additional field with lowercase firstname / lastname to make it happen (or do some query service magic). I guess some simple adjustments / transformations of your current xdm schema fields would be very helpful.
Description - Enable Rich Text Editing for Task Details > Overview > Description. Why is this feature important to you - It would give us more tools to emphasize and communicate key details in the instructions and provide better readability for the user assigned to the task. Better readability means faster turnaround and fewer mistakes. How would you like the feature to work - Give us the same formatting options that are here in Ideas, i.e., preformatted styles, text color, text size, font, insert/edit code, insert video, create table, alignment, indent/outdent. Current Behaviour - Only plain text can be used, so instructions for tasks that are more complex are created in Word and uploaded, then a note is added to the task to see the attached Document for instructions which is less efficient for everyone.__________________________________________________________________________________________________ Here's a lot more UX friendly example (overly styled/colored for emphas
Description - Being able to create a table with multiple dimensions side-by-side on a panel. Why is this feature important to you - It's visually more simple to track than comparing the breakdowns of your various primary dimensions across every dimension. You also then have no way to easily sort the top combinations to the top of your view without exporting the data and manipulating in Excel. How would you like the feature to work - Be able to drag multiple dimensions side-by-side, just the same as you can metrics.Current Behavior - You can only have one dimension in a table (unless the other dimensions are breakdowns). I can't create a flat table of multiple dimensions in the Analytics Workspace view.
Description: I want to be able to create a template task report and to bulk update them, regardless if they belong to different templates. Why is this feature important to you: sometimes we have to make changes in bulk to all template tasks. This becomes cumbersome when we have +20 templates to manage. How would you like the feature to work: I want to be able to create a template task report and to bulk update them, regardless if they belong to different templates.Current Behavior: I can't bulk update template tasks if they belong to different templates.
Description - Checkbox fields often get lost in our custom forms and are hard to read because of the way Workfront displays them after the user submits their request. The checkbox field could use some improvements so it stands out more on custom forms. Why is this feature important to you - Makes it easier to identity these items on a form on requests we receive. How would you like the feature to work - Show all the values and keep the same checkbox format. (see 2nd screenshot) Current Behaviour - Checkbox field displays the values you selected in a long row or paragraph format (see screenshots).
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Add back the search field to the cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload component Use-case: Back in AEM 6.5 the fileupload had a search field that made it easier to pick assets in core components such as Image v3 or Page v3. Now it's not supported and the "fix" is to use other components that lack the comprehensive UI of fileupload Current/Experienced Behavior: When you click on Pick you don't get a search field, it just says "Select Path" and you have to manually go to the image's path (which is troublesome in folders with over 100 files) Improved/Expected Behavior: Instead of the header that says "Select Path" add the search like in the pathfield Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM as a Cloud Service. Customer-name/Organization name: Teladoc Health Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
When we try to send emails from AJO we get this alert. Saying that the opt-out link is missing in the body. But his is not entirely true. The link is there, but is placed inside a fragment. To us it seems like AJO is not able to see this link when it is inside a fragment, and then returns a alert. We have placed the link inside a footer fragment, that is not broken before sending the email. We are also using if/or logic controlled by variables to show the right language for that link. This also might be a reason for AJO is not able to recognize the link. But it is there, and it is working. Could the code checker that looks for this opt-out link also try to look for this code inside fragments?
In app notification when a predecessor task is marked complete for a task I'm on. Currently it's just an email notification and would be helpful to be in app.
Currently the only the report owner can save reports in folders.Reports should be able to be organized regardless of the owner. And a 2nd or 3rd in dragging multiple reports at a time.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Add a confirmation pop-up asking “Are you sure you want to stop the execution of the pipeline?” when deploying through Cloud Manager. Use-case: When deploying a pipeline through Adobe Cloud Manager, users can accidentally click the “Stop Execution” button instead of “Resume” during the deployment process. If this happens, the pipeline stops immediately without any confirmation, forcing the user to restart the deployment from the beginning.Although the package is reused and some steps can be skipped, this still causes unnecessary delays and confusion, especially in production environments. Adding a confirmation pop-up (e.g., “Are you sure you want to stop the execution of the pipeline?”) would prevent accidental interruptions and help ensure smoother, safer deployments. Current/Experienced Behavior: Currently, when a pipeline is running in Adobe Cloud Manager, the “Stop Execution” button can be clicked at any time during the deplo
