The additions of maps to Analysis Workspace has been a nice evolution, but most US businesses will find that the volume of activity is highly correlated to population size. It would be really valuable to have population context available by default within Adobe analytics so that users may quickly analyze which regions over or under index on performance in relation to population. This would make the map tool and geographic dimensions significantly more valuable.
I am shocked that this isn't already supported.
The existing share feature for Workspace means that the recipient is forced to go through the login screen despite the fact that he/she is already logged in. This is made worse by the fact that the login is for the Analytics point solution rather than the MC. This makes the feature useless in our company. It should be an easy fix to allow logged in users to move straight to the workspace rather than log in for each shared link.
Hi there, I have 3 suggestions which would like you to improve them to make Data Warehouse used more efficiently: 1) Add "Delete" function next to "Duplicate" function in requests in Request Manager. At the moment, there is "Cancel" function in Scheduled requests only.2) "Duplicate" function is useless when I change different reporting suite. I work with multiple insurance brand, and want to build the same data extraction request for the all brands, but can't do it at the moment. It would be very useful if I can change different reporting suite and still have all dimensions and metrics as I set up before LIKE it works in Work Space at the moment3) Granularity isnt work for 1 month reporting date which makes sense, but I do want to show the Month in my data extraction, is this possible to have this function work still even reporting date is 1 month range? or is there any other way to show Month in my data extraction? Many thanks,Nhan
When amending a number of related segments, as an admin I will filter the list of segments to the ten or so segments I want to edit. However, as soon as I enter one of the segments to edit it, the segment manager forgets the filter settings so when I return to the segment manager I have to reapply all my filter settings! - This is pretty inefficient. Please could you consider making the segment manager remember the filters that are applied between edits?(the calculated metrics manager would also benefit from the same enhancement)
We created a Virtual Report Suite with limited data access so one of our partners can create workspaces on their own. I created a group specially for these people. One of the hang-ups we are running into is when they create a Workspace Project and want to share, they have access to all users in the Org, not just their group which is a big security concern. We do not want users visibility into all users. We'd like to see it limited to the groups the "sharing user" is a member of. Example:There are 200 users & three Groups in the Org; GroupA, GroupB & GroupC. UserA is a member of GroupB & GroupC that have 15 & 20 users respectively. When UserA creates a workspace project and shares it, they should only be able to see & share to the other 34 users in GroupB & GroupC.
I build segments a lot and would like the feature to filter the comparison operator by typing. It's a small change that would speed up building segments that small amount! For example, if I wanted to apply the "equals" comparison operator, it would be great if I were to begin to type "equals" and only have options containing equals appear. This would save time by not having to scroll and look for it!
I'd be great to have a debugger for metrics, especially UVs. Sometimes it's hard to see/know which metrics are being incremented or what the current count is for my current session.
Analysis Workspace allows users to create down down menus using dimensions and segments, but the amount of space allotted to the drop down is fairly narrow. As a result dimensions or segments that have long names are truncated, and the full name can only be seen by hovering over menu item. Two solutions that would allow drop down menu options to be more visible:Allow friendly names to be used that do not rename the underlying segment or dimension item. This is similar to label editing in an Analysis Workspace visualization.Allow the drop down menu widths to be adjustable.
Because this sounds obvious, and would allow us to sequence user behaviour across different channels.Sounds like it's what appeared in the "Experience Analytics" sneak at the Summit this year.
It would be great to be able to put dimensions and segments into the same free-form table (as you can with different dimensions - after which the table is labelled "mixed dimensions.
Can you please add functionality to be able to download a panel/widget data only instead of complete report in analysis work space
Currently there is no way to select the date range in the 'server calls usage' interface. I cannot look back at my historical data. The simple solution is to make the date range something the user can select rather than a fixed range.
Hi,I think it would be nice to add this option on future developments:The idea would be to expand panels and visualisations in panels when a project is sent on schedule as PDFIt would avoid to receive by mistake blank PDF with closed panels. Please vote if you agree
Our organization uses dashboards to convey relevant reporting to key stakeholders. The analytics reporting team builds and maintains dashboards that other management users access to keep in touch with feature and segment performance. However, the number of shared dashboards that we manage actively means that it is difficult to locate specific dashboards in the manage dashboard window because they are not currently organized at all. The ability to sort by name, by creator, by date last updated, or store in relevant folders would be a HUGE improvement for this feature.
Enable S3 and Azure delivery support for report delivery for Adobe analytics datawarehouse and other adobe analytics delivery functionalities.
Would be nice to have the ability to add a calendar for setting the time frame to an individual Freeform component. That way we could easily compare 2 different time frames more easily, e.g. Compare Nov 2018 to Nov 2017 without all the data for Dec 2017- Oct 2018.
We use listVars that expire on Visit. In Reports & Analytics, we can use "Instances" to measure when the variable was actually set. This metric isn't available in Workspace. As we want to use 100% Workspace in the future, it would be great to have the full functionality of the old reporting available in Workspace as well. So: Please give us Instances for listVars in Workspace. :-)
I think we need, for lack of a better description, a next-level container...The same customer might visit under different Adobe IDs. Let's say I capture the customer account in an eVar, so now multiple Adobe IDs have the same value in this eVar.Currently, the largest container available is "visitor", which is based on the Adobe ID. It'd be great if we could segment on an eVar that groups multiple Adobe IDs.For example, separating Purchasers and Non-purchasers by Adobe ID is not meaningful, as the same account might do a part of the journey under one Adobe ID and another part under another.I am fairly certain it's a common situation, so maybe this deserves consideration?
The Analytics Data Feed is only available over SFTP to port 22. It would be more convenient if the user could specify other ports.
It would be extremely helpful to have the capability to sFTP from any reporting tool, especially Report Builder, so that automatic feeds can easily be generated with any header titles and data types.
It would be great to have two types of Admins, on for the Product and one for the whole system.Admin list for the entire Adobe Experience Cloud (not just Adobe Analytics). We have a customer in a large organization that would like to have Product Admins and System Admins listed as roles.
According to the help text in Alerts:"Time Granularity refers to both how often the alrt will be checked and what will be included. For example, a granularity of 'Daily' will be checked once a day and look back at the last day's worth of data." This doesn't seem optimal. The lookback window on any alert (regardless of granularity) should cover at least the past month. The granularity I specify should only be an indication of how often I want the metric checked and an alert sent. For example, suppose there's a drop in Revenue on Monday, July 1st. Adobe should examine Revenue for the month of June (not just Sunday, June 30th's data) to determine if the drop in Revenue exceed the confidence intervals. I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if unclear and I will elaborate further.
...thus preventing unwanted/nuisance alerts :-) It would be great if there was a way to tell Adobe when our maintenance windows were so alerts weren't triggered. Potentially it may be neccessary to configure on a per alert (or group of alerts) basis as different areas of our site have different maintenance windows.
Hi,Glad to see the new enhanced options for workspace. It would be great if below are fixed in next release.1) When new segment is created it is not retroactively available on other opened work space tabs to use (it requires refresh-not a good option when you are in midst of deep diving). It will be great time saver as it will enable users to use the segment without disturbing the current thought flow in data analysis.2) Enable count of months/days/weeks/quarter to create/use in advanced calculated metrics based on report date range. For ex: visit/day should automatically be adjusted to set date range. Thanks!
