It would be a great 'time saver' if the Data Warehouse Request Manager had a 'report download' feature so administrators can understand all active and sheduled requests.
It would be nice if there were configuration variables in the library, something like s.queryParamOverrides = firstName, first_name, fname, address ....s.queryParamOverrideValue = foo wherein a list of query parameters can be overwritten with the value contained in s.queryParamOverriveValue. Many of us face data protection issues and adding the option to strip or override these values would be a great help in helping/simplifying things. Cheers Kevin
Copy, Re-order the entire drop zone (or parts of it) between panels in the same workspace project.
It would be extremely useful if we could have an option to add sparklines to tables containing metrics. See the below example. This would enable users to:1. Create workspaces with less tables and visualizations. Allowing for faster and more efficient workspaces.2. Analyze data faster.3. Isolate where we need to dig further faster.4. Reduce dependency on report builder for similar purposes.See below for an example. Let me know your thoughts.
Currently only Admins can share projects within Workspace. I have a customer who would like normal users to be able to share a Project to others within their Group.Could we add a permission/role that could be granted to users so that they can share a Project to their Group, without having to have Admin privileges?
Please bring back the ability to enable and disable and alert without having to delete and recreate an alert.
I had a request from a colleague to create a Workspace project that would allow them to compare two date ranges for specific metrics. The two date ranges weren't set in stone, they could be any two set of dates, so I couldn't pre-set the date ranges. I created a report that looks like this:It would be nice if I could right click on each of the date ranges and change them. This would make it quicker to alter the date ranges I want to compare.
In adobe, we have a bunch of Geographical reports like, Cities, Region, Country, etc. To the best of my knowl(edge, these reports are populated based on the Location of the Visitor using the information from IP, User-Agent,etc. Although, these reports wouldn't be 100% accurate in certain scenarios like, using VPN, Masking, etc but in most of the cases it is safe to say that the accuracy is good enough to conclude anything significantly. IDEA: Now that we agree that these reports are very useful and accurate enough for our analysis, why can't we have a similar set of reports using the same technological sources like , IP Addresses, User-Agents, etc to let us know the following:1. Name of the Organization/Company of Visitor (Very useful for B2B Analysis)2. Size of Org3. Industry Type4. No. of Employee ............................................................................. and many such reports.
Hello Adobe product team,I'd like to request a feature about which my colleagues have already discussed with Adobe Client Care. As stated in the title, creating an own metric in Workspace results in an empty data row. This empty data row appears for a time frame previous to the selected time frame, as you can see in the picture below:Client Care stated that this "lookback window" is working as designed. The problem for us is that this presentation leads to the assumption that data in regular reports are missing. This is a a huge issue for us, since colleagues who are not familiar with this can be confused. Therefore, an option to hide this "lookback window" would be helpful.Kind regards,Patrick
Let's face it - bots are getting smarter. Bot Filtering needs to get smarter too. Bots are getting better at changing user-agents, IP addresses, domains and more in between visits. Bots are now even adding delays between page views to look more like a normal visitor. And don't forget, they're running JavaScript too. Adobe needs to expand Bot Filtering to use look-alike modelling to discover visits with abnormally high page views.Similar to this Idea: http://ideas.omniture.com/t5/Idea-Exchange-for-Adobe/IAB-Bot-List-Segment-in-Analytics/idi -p/11708 we need a way to be able to apply 'Bot Segments' to reports so we can better understand what traffic changes will result prior to committing them as rules. Right now the industry is losing too much accuracy in our data to rely solely on a black box of IP and user-agent based filtering.
The ability to set up alerts on the top 1000 items in a report was depracated recently (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/user/deprecated_alerts.html) Please reinstate! This was a key functionality of alerts for us. As a publishing company, its ESSENTIAL for us to be able to see how an individual content piece (on a daily basis) is performing - and to be notified in order to respond to increased (or underperforming) readership. Without this functionality - we have much less visibility into how our news is resonating with our audience.
Hi, If we have a list of specific IP address to upload to Bot rules we should not need to define an IP range. Current state we need to provide 3 fields: BOT NAMEIP BEGINIP END BOT NAMEIP BEGINIP ENDbot 104.236.195.72104.236.195.72104.236.195.72 Ideally, we should just need 2 fields: BOT NAMEIPBOT NAMEIPbot 104.236.195.72104.236.195.72 Thanks Incident: #170328-000293
Legacy Admin User Management Console currently filters on either user ID or name, but special characters such as @, _, ., etc break the search. This is typically problematic for users with a UserID following email syntax. Furthermore, localized names (such as those using Japanese characters) require admin users to search on the localized name. This request is to improve search functionality and experience to be inclusive of special characters and considerate of things like localization, etc.
Now that a working integration between Adobe Analytics and AAM is live (Marketing Cloud Help ), We need the ability to further classify the segments that are available within Adobe Analytics As of now you just get the ID and the name of each segment. Example of needed segmentation. Segment type (Demo,Behavioral,Modeled), Segment Source (1st Party, 3rd Party, CMS, etc), It will aid users in getting to the segments that are interested in faster.
The Fallout Reports in Site Catalyst show both % Continued as well as % Fall through metrics.I would like to have the same visibility to % continued on the workspace fallout reports; today I either need to hover over each step or export the data and calculate myself. Thanks!
Hello,It will be great if we can introduce an option to change the Number Format in Axis as per our convenience. The default option stays with Decimal : Below the screen grab.It was an question in the forum earlier to change the Decimal Format to Integer. Unfortunately I am afraid that we dont have the option right now in Work Space. Can we take it up?Thank You!Arun
The workflow of discovery in Analysis workspace, and curation is fantastic! Thank you for the years of work and great experience. Building on that workflow, ideally we could make complex queries (workspace) that could be "designed" by the teams (personas) and then graduate into standing Report Builder enabled reporting. This is great for two reasons in true multi-national environments where multiple brands and geographies are required to be accounted for in thinking and process. 1. The "common elements" (Usually 80% repeated by market) are then accessible in an area where we can further reduce the audience as needed by simply adapting filtering capabilities or by many other segmentation abilities in RB downstream. 2. For companies that have vendor, owner and franchise models, in RB the end user (quarterback from marketing to end user) can then "lock down" the data by rendering the view for a single property, brand, product, owner, franchise etc to further reflect the c
In cases where you need to have a custom bounce rate metric, it would be nice to hide the out of box metric (bounce rate) from Reports and Analytics and Workspace.
It'd be great to able to aggregate rows of a table into "All Others." For example, say I want to display only the top 5 individual values, then group everything else together and call it "All Others." There's probably a way to do this by creating some custom segments, but that's a bit of a pain and feels like overkill. I'd like to highlight a set of rows, right click, and "merge" or "aggregate" on the fly.
Wondering whether we can have an option to switch Rows/columns on Visualizations(Graphs).Unable to see the same in Workspace and the feature will help us to play around.
When building workspace projects, sometimes it would be great to be able to toggle segments. I know I can remove segments and re-insert them, but being able to activate/de-activate them would be great. The new drop-down segment list feature is great, and does have the ability to choose the "No filter" option, which is something similar I am after.
Based on the way we use to have reports, we need to add elements to the workspace with different settings from those Adobe chose. That simple change takes so long time at the end of day... and makes us hysteric!!Could you make possible decide if those settings have to be:- as Adobe decided- as Current user decided- as last selectionWhat settings? All you have in "column settings":- anomalies- background- ...But also in charts, and general settings (compact layout, ...).Thanks
I love the difference between breaking down a fallout visualization touchpoint by either Fallthrough or Fallout:I'd love to see the same functionality for Segmentation: Fallthrough (current functionality) or Fallout.
Today I wanted to renew some schedulings for workspace projects in the Adobe Analytic UI. Since the "renewal links" still do not work, I need the UI to manage the schedules. There are two filter options to filter the schedules:The result lists are not really what I expect. It is not a "filter" as I would expect, its a "OR option". the current results when applying the filters are as follow"Show All" gives you a list of "all active schedules""Expired" gives you a list where expiration date is in the past (as I would expect)Idea. "Show All" should be changed either in wording or in the resultsSolutions (maybe there are more, but it is a startRename to "show all active" since the results are only the active schedulesMy favorite: Leave name of filter but really show all schedules including the expired. And I could apply the second filter "Expired" if I want...I would prefer #2 since I want a view of all schedules which are either expired or will expire in the next days. having all schedule
New feature is nice, but here's an improvement. If you select more than 2 metrics and does the "create metric from selection", make the options just to Add or open in Metric Builder (could maybe make a case for multiply -- divide and subtract don't seem to make sense). Right now, it just takes the first 2 metrics you have highlighted and ignores the rest.
