The "Open Summary" capability is a valuable time-saver when working on tasks within a task list within a project. We recommend adding that capability to dashboards with "Task" reports so that tasks can be worked on right from a dashboard instead of clicking on the dashboard task and then working from within the project.
It would be extremely useful to see the impact of editing an issue, task or project approval process before we make the edits. For example, when editing an issue approval process, I would like to see if that process is associated with any queue topics in the system. Similarly, if I am editing a task approval process, I would like to see if this process is currently attached to any template tasks. This would help us update approval processes more quickly and maintain a clean list of approval processes in the system.
Description: Adding the owner of a workspace to the PDF or CSV export. Why it is important: It is important to verify a workspace. There are a lot of workspaces that are created and owned by admins. If someone copies the workspace and changes its content but not the title/headline and sends the report to a third person, the third person does not know if this workspace is verified by admins or not.How shall it work: The owner/creator of the workspace should be written down in the exported PDF, like the title or the date of creation for example.Current behavior: At the moment, there is no creator name displayed in the exported workspaces and if a verified and a changed version of the verified have the same title still, a third person does not know if the displayed reports are kind of verified or not.
We would like to see the total revenue for the budgeted resource, or the labor cost, or both in the Business Case. This opens the platform to companies that charge for time budgeted on projects; not just the bottom line.
We would like the field "Primary Contact" to be added to the New Work Request notification. In the example, it is already part of the Issue Added notification. This is used for our helpesk ticketing system and has been requested by the IT Manager.
It would be great to be able to send data via the API (1.4) to only update a specific metric associated with a particular dimension value. We use data sources to push data into Analytics; for a particular dimension we have multiple values, each containing multiple metrics. We've run into issues with one specific metric for multiple dimension values and we don't have a method to update that specific metric without sending the entire data set unless we set up a new data source.
I've searched endlessly but don't think this topic is out there yet. I would like a person with Manage permission on an object to remove just ONE inherited permission on the object. For example: A document that you wish to limit access to. You may not want to remove ALL inherited permissions because some people with inherited permissions do require access. This is just one idea of many with the theme "We need more customization and privacy setting options at every level."
In Workfront New Experience, when one clicks on the Campaign tab does not have the default views of "Projects I Own/Projects I'm On/All Projects/Templates".Whilst it is possible to create Reports/Dashboards to replicate these views and add custom sections that contain these dashboards, the interface that allows users to create new campaigns is only available in the original and default 'Projects' view.Users need access to the various views and the ability to easily access the 'New Project' feature, without having to click around the screen to access different views. Users also want a consistent represemntation of filters across the various views.
Hello fellow Adobe-pros,With the new Workspace landing page beta, it is quite apparent that Reports & Analytics will become more and more obsolete. And I'm a big fan of that! But still, there are some things that I would love to have in Workspace to make life a lot easier for our business users. One of those features is the Page Summary report in R&A: For business users who just want a quick overview over a certain page (or other pathing-enabled prop) this feature is super helpful! We have something similar in Activity Map, which is also quite cool:Luckily, from my point of view, it should be a relatively simple task to bring this to Workspace. As a basic replacement, we would just need a Line Chart, a Flow visualization, and some metrics in a dedicated panel. I'm thinking of something similar to the Quick Insights panel, which is super user-friendly:We could reuse a lot here. The Metrics selector wouldn't even be necessary! What we would need:A dimension item selector that
•Scenario: The system only captures the name of the associate on proof decisions but does not capture their role at the time of decision. If the user changes roles there is no way to see what they historically approved as another role. This is very inefficient for our audits and regulatory requirements •Solution: capture role changes of associates throughout their use of the WF Tool. This information would be captured on their profile.
While teaching boot camps we've noticed frustration of labeling and designating in the Team area when creating a new team. If you navigate to the team area and click on the team dropdown there is the option of "Create Team" which is how someone that's not an admin but has those permissions would create a new team. The issue with the display here is that there isn't anything designating this as an action and it just looks like any other team called the Create Team or something like that.I suggest adding one or more of the following changes:Add a plus symbol "+" prior to "Create Team" so it reads "+ Create Team"Add a line dividing it from the teams in the dropdown so it's clearly separateRename it so it appears something like "+ Create a New Team"Attaching image for reference:Note: Create Team is highlighted because I was hovering over it while taking the screen shot.
Subscriptions are helpful, but currently only capture a portion of what is going on with the task or issue. Status and condition changes represent a core part of the item's progress and it would be very helpful keep folks apprised of what is going on by having subscriptions push out a notification if the item's status or condition changes. In our organization we often have people interested when and issue closes or just generally where an issue is in the a workflow. Having subscriptions keep them updated would be great.Thanks.
The current reminder notifications are almost impossible to set up correctly.Current Reminder Notification Settings Panel. We propose Workfront use the existing "Send Report - Repeating Deliveries" functionality and add this to the timesheet notification reminder settings panel.Proposed Reminder Notification Settings Panel. This would allow the user to set repeatable notifications that trigger at a set time based on the criteria (respecting the System Locale). For example, a task passed its completion date will trigger a custom reminder notification daily at 12:00 GMT. A timesheet user has not submitted their timesheet will receive a weekly reminder on Monday morning, 10:00 AM GMT until they have completed their timesheets.
As people complete tasks (potentially in less time than planned), it would be very beneficial if the Workload Balancer would adjust what it shows based on the logged time. So, for example, if something is planned for 5 hours over 5 days, and they log 3 hours on the first day, it would then adjust the remaining 2 hours over the four days.
DescriptionAutomation of Adobe Target Access Management using UMAPI Why is this feature important to you:As a Financial Services organization we would like access management of Adobe Target roles to be automated using the Adobe UMAPI. The automated process helps us to be compliant, with the right monitoring and controls in place and no manual touches. How would you like the feature to workWe would like Adobe Target access management to be fully automated* using the UMAPI same as other Adobe products in our organization such as Analytics, Launch, et al. This would also help us be compliant and remove the vulnerability written against Adobe Target. More than happy to review our current set up with the Product team and support any way we can. Adobe Team knows how and where to reach Mary Daniel. Current BehaviorAdobe Target has 4 roles.Approver - Can create, edit, and activate or stop activities. Editor - Can create and edit activities before they are l
It would be great to get metrics on how many WF users view certain announcements that go out through the system. We use our announcement center to send updates, office hour meeting invites, outage alerts, etc. and I want to know how many users are actually reading those announcements.
It'd be helpful to have an expand all / collapse all button for the card views. Right now, I have to expand or collapse each one at a time.
Currently when you are in Workload Balancer at the project level, if you want to filter by a job role and assign tasks for that role to a user or team, you have to assign the tasks one at a time. This is time consuming and it would be really helpful to have the ability to assign multiple tasks to a user or team.
We would like the ability to sort and filter Kanban Cards, on the Storyboard, by their 'Added Fields'
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: We are not able to cancel inheritance of certain parts of a content fragment. This makes our authors' output three times slower on content fragments. And it increases the risk of human error/inconsistency significantly. Use-case: A multilingual setup where Content Fragments are used in Assets. These Content Fragments each have a Blueprint (en) and have Live Copies, for each language we use (e.g.: nl, fr, de). And each Blueprint Content Fragment, consequently each Live Copy, contains language-specific content and language-agnostic content. Current/Experienced Behavior: Creating Live Copies with synchronization works fine. However, upon synchronization, the Blueprint Content Fragment overwrites the Live Copies entirely. This problem makes the synchronization of Content Fragments with both language specific and language-agnostic content obsolete. The synchronization can only be used safely for the initial creation of the Live Copie
We are building a view with a custom field and a native field. When we apply the aggregator to equal SUM, we experience different behaviours. The custom field will not aggregate; it requires manual input. The native field will aggregate, it does not require manual input. We would prefer the custom field to behave in the same way as a native field on the parent task.Example below
Description - We need to be able to assign specific roles to user/security group. For example, reporting only, read only, cannot delete assets, can access admin menu but can not send email. Why is this feature important to you - We have multiple users with various roles and responsibilities using ACS so we want to be able to tighten our access governance by assigning custom roles. How would you like the feature to work - Admin users can select custom roles e.g. view, edit, view own, edit own, delete per security group for each functionalities Current Behaviour - We can only assign limited roles based on menu authorisation based on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/assets/acs_rights.pdf?lang=en
In Classic, when navigating to 'Projects', users had the ability to Filter work by 'Projects I own' or 'Projects I'm on', then select a view(i.e. Active, Milestones, All, etc.), this option is no longer available in the NWE.
We would like ability to export project reports with project data along with an icon/image that represents that project. The only way to have an image currently is to export the data into say Excel and then add a column for the jpg and then paste one in. This seems very kludgy . Furthermore, it would great if the same information could be exported into a Word document table again, with the image. The icon can be placed on the report itself using the URL for its location (uploaded into WF under documents for a project), however, it does not export.
Just like in a Proof template that you can have a setting for a stage to be activated only when previous stage is approved, why can't we have this setting for an Automated proof workflow? We don't want a template in situations where it's not the same people every time but want stages ad hoc (automated workflow setup) and only want it to go to a next stage when previous stage has an Approved decision.
