Currently, if the creator of a custom form is removed from their home group, the custom form continues to be shared with the group, but the creator loses their access despite still showing up as the owner and having sharing access. Solution would be to have the creator continue to have access.
We'd like to be able to report on how long it takes for proofs to be approved within stages. This would be particularly helpful for us to see where we can be more efficient in proofing workflows with the various groups/stakeholders.
When creating a custom form, the user's Group is automatically added to the form's permission and the form creator cannot remove this group from the permission set. This is problematic when trying to comply with CCI requirements. By default, only the form creator should be added to the permissions.
why can't you pull in a custom form into a report with all its fields and pull in multiple to produce a report? why can you pull in section breaks of a custom form into a report? Reports can't just be tabular they need to have an aesthetic and be able to show groups of information.
Can we have a new metric "Monthly returning visitors" that take into account visitors with 2 or more visits in the same month ?
It would be great to see the team agile view (Kanban or Scrum) in a report or dashboard. We think the user experience of navigating to people/teams is confusing for users to find a high level visual status of the work that is planned.
During the most recent WF update, the last name of the person tagged has been removed. You can see the last name while searching but once the contact is selected the last name is removed from view. It doesnt show back up until after you have submitted the notification. Since you can not add or edit a notification once its submitted if by chance you selected the wrong one your only option is to delete. We have several users internal workers and clients with common names and its helpful to be able to verify the correct person was selected before submitting.
Hi team,Is it possible to directly go to the last page in the reports. Its difficult to navigate to page with last row of data without knowing which is the last page, for eg if my last row of data is at page 22 then how do I figure it out.
The internet standard for required fields in a form is to have a red * Next to the field to indicate what form objects are required. In Workfront forms these are bolded. This requires an additional unnecessary training step by our team to inform users that Bolded items are required. Could we have the developers change the bold to *?
HiI would like to propose one improvement to the use of comments in Adobe Document Cloud.Paste active links (url to sites or other documents uploaded to document cloud) on comments of pdf files shared on Document Cloud. This functionality would be very useful.
When you enter text into the email body/message field when setting up delivery on a report, this message is attached as a .htm attachment instead of showing in the email body itself. This is not a good user experience and the message could very easily be missed. It would make more sense and be far more effective if the message appears in the body of the email.
As system admins, we see everyone's templates within the instance. Can we unshare any only see our groups?
I would like to request for an ability to add comments when responding to a Project Approval request.
The mbox cookie uses a pipe delimiter as follows:mbox=PC#e03088f9e8cb4e07a5ad1103f49a0b58.17_0#1646387508|session#aef29d047d614042a63ffbdb82b87c06#1583144568; Some customers have firewalls that block the pipe character in the mbox cookie and requires that the character is encoded.
The Resources we use are in 3 different locations/ time zones, and all have a slightly different Schedule from one another. The system requires that we set to a Default Schedule, which isn't always accurate when reviewing the Resource Management schedule. Can the DEFAULT be removed and base it on just the Schedule the user has been assigned to?
A real pain point is having ALL prior projects, etc. be impacted by a change in a used Custom Form. In the event that a custom form is updated (due to changing business needs), then we're required to add in a NEW custom form (i.e. version 2). In a practical example, if I need to add ONE piece of information to a form, then in order for me to 1) not lost historical data; 2) have a satisfactory form on project moving forward, I must add them both the project template--thereby impacting all "net new" projects. I would expect that simply making the edit on a custom form would "time stamp" the edit so ONLY those projects moving forward would be impacted with the new information.
I think it would be great if we could export meta-description from Target activity Goals & Settings section. We currently export a list of live activities to use it in our dashboard showing test live but it would be great if we could export also meta-description showing what the test is about.
It would be ideal to have the ability to create roles in Target similar to Analytics. We have a number of specific needs with regard to custom roles, right down to specifying the ability to make changes on the individual Experiences, Targeting, Goals & Settings. For instance, we need these roles:Approver Only - Cannot create or edit an activity, only observe and approve (e.g. start, stop)Analyst - Can observe and only edit the Goals & Settings Plus we'd need to specify these abilities by subdomain and url (regx style). So some roles would only apply to parts of the site. I know about Properties, but dev time is rare enough. Adding more code to the page is and expense, cumbersome, and we don't have Premium. Being able to create these roles and others would help Target fit better with many teams.
As a worker I want the actual start date of a task with the constraint of finish-start to bump to current time when I complete a predecessor task ahead of the planned schedule. Given I finish my consultation call ahead of schedule, I want my next design task to fall within my standard SLA window of 10 days instead of sticking to the plan and still due 15 days from now despite the fact that I finished my consultation early. This should be an option to turn on/off at the system level, knowing that not all schedules work this way. But this would reduce the PM time to manually move the start date of the next task to today to match the duration I originally intended despite the fact that I finished ahead of schedule. Some of our Account Teams need the ability to export the gantt view to Excel in order to make some modifications.
By default, proof will NOT display slides marked as "Hidden" in PowerPoint. There are times however when we still want to view and comment on those slides. Having a toggle to opt to view them or hide them would be ideal.
It would be great to be able to add a template task to multiple parent tasks at once, instead of only being able to add to one parent task at a time. That way if there is one task series that I want to go within each month in my project, I can easily add it to every month's parent task at once instead of having to keep re-entering the template and individually adding those tasks in.
While being able to empty the proof trash is good so as to save space in our environment, it's rather scary because we all know that the day you empty all the trash is the one day you will need to restore one. It would be ideal if you were able to select specific proofs to empty from the trash. And, be able to sort by date added. We would use it be sorting by date, the selecting all, but then unselect the ones from the past week or so. Even better, if you could select by date range and empty ones that were older than say 7, 14 or 30 days.
It would be beneficial to have the "All Tasks" selection option at the top of templates/projects so users do not have to scroll all the way to the bottom to select that option.
I'd like to be able to correct any project data after Completion.Sometimes my Planners need to correct some things that were made by mistake. Now if we want to do so that will impact the Project Actual Completion date which is very far from being ideal for sometimes a really stupid but annoying mistake and impacts our figures very seriously. If I (as an admin) could do that without impacting the completion date, would be great. An alternative solution could be if I (again as an Admin) could override the Actual Completion Date after the project closure manually.
