Hi,   First of all, sorry if this is not the appropriate place for this type of question, if it is not, please let me know and I will delete the message.   I am looking for a tool that can support the lead data enrichment of contacts in Adobe Marketo.   It is for an entrerprise size B2B company operating all over the world, however primarily in Europe and North America, clients vary from smaller to medium and large in size...   I am loooking for a Lead Data Enrichment platform that can connect to Marketo and enrich data on some of these areas: Company size (employees) Company revenue Company industry Company sub industry Company address Company zip code Company state Company country Company phone number Company domain (URL)   Additionally it would be great if the platform could provide the following data too: Contact mobile phone number Contact title Contact LinkedIn profile (if possible) (field needed) Contact seniority (field needed) Which platforms or so

Hello Team   Is it possible to view alerts visualisation in a panel ? We have daily percentage change alert setup in our workspace but instead of reading in a mail, is it possible to see all the alert percentage changes in a column in the same workspace ?   I am trying achieving it using "Day" dimension but no success.   Thanks in advance,

Hi all, we’d like to use on Campaign Standard the “enabled if” function in the update activities (tab. Fields to update). How does this “enabled if” function work and behave with operation type INSERT OR UPDATE? Thanks in advance

Hi All,   Can someone point me to the documentation for building a custom source and destination connector? Additionally, how does one go about publishing the connector to AEP catalog for others to use?   Thank you

Ingested data into AEP production sandbox.  Datasets and schemas enabled for profile.  Identity stitching work in test sandbox.  Three merge policies exist.  After two days the profile dashboard shows no data or even empty widgets.  Message is there is no data loaded into the profiles.  However, I can go into the profile browse tab and select any merge policy and view profiles with their profile and event data stitched.   Anyone experience this same problem?  I am assuming it is something I did incorrectly in setting up the merge policies.  Here are the merge policies:   "Default timebased"  private graph selected default: disabled Active On-Edge Merge Policy: disabled schema: _xdm.context.profile "Default timebased"  private graph selected default: enabled Active On-Edge Merge Policy: disabled schema: _xdm.context.segmentation "Edge Merge Policy" private graph selected default: enabled Active On-Edge Merge Policy: ena

Good Morning,   I am using Adobe Campaign Classic in a Client. When I configure an Email Delivery I get the error that I attach in the image. What they told us that we have all the permissions but I can't send a test. I followed the steps in the documentation but I still have the same status. Can you tell me if I'm doing the configuration right? Thanks.

I'm looking to learn AEM Sites and eventually get AEM certified. I'm looking to do this on my own, not through a company or for any side business. Is there a way for someone to gain access to a jar I can use locally to simply build and learn? I won't be using this for any client business or making a profit. I'm thinking of it as learning any other CMS. If this is possible, please let me know. Thanks!

I want to do A/B testing of the site pages. The version is AEM 6.4. How can some users see different pages in the same URL? What setup steps are required?

I've been noticing this problem with increasing frequency. As I attempt to refresh a report, metrics do not update. However, if I manually drag in the same segment to a table, then the numbers will update. If I then remove the segment again the numbers return to how they were before. It seems as I drag segments in and out of table (the tables is a list of segments, not segments being applied as filters) the metrics change for no apparent reason. I will provide a screenshot of before and after for some context.    In this specific example, I've got a table with segments listed. I remove the one segment "Make Payment 2nd Page (New) - Hits" and the visits for each of the other segments change.

Hi there, Could anyone confirm if it is possible to add a code snippet on a webpage created on Adobe Experience Manager? My company was selected as the SaaS vendor for an organization that uses AEM. It is the first client using this CMS, so we are not familiar with it yet. Our software works by copying a code snippet and embedding it on the selected webpage.  If yes, I would appreciate if you could direct me to the right user documentation, so I can pass that along to the client. Thanks in advance.

How much time does it take for marketing channel data to come in after configuring the marketing channel rules in the Admin interface?

I was creating a smart campaign so when I start to create the Smart list I add the trigger below: However, I asked myself What happens if I don't use a constraint date of the activity in a trigger?   There are 2 options for this question:   Start affecting people once is turned on Pulled all people who have an Abandoned Card ID not empty in this case If the answer is option 1. What should I do to pull up all the people who has abandoned cart id not empty ever?   Thank you!

Hi all,     we need to know how sms transactional event and the correspondent sms transactional messages work and if there are differences between those and the email transactional event and messages.   We found just this documentation in the ACS guide: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/communication-channels/transactional-messaging/event-configuration/configuring-transactional-event.html?lang=en   We have some questions :    Each sms sent has a cost, is there also a cost for the transactional one?  The configuration of the transactional sms is the same of the transactional email?  Are there specific limitations exclusively&nb

We use Marketo forms. There are 7 themes out of the box for forms. Then there is the override option to use custom CSS. This is all fine but it is cumbersome to get design changes made. Our Marketo admin is not a web developer or designer. She would need to consult with the CMS team and probably a dev to get the proper CSS code to override the theme CSS in Marketo. The other option is that we have some override CSS on the CMS side. This can also be a problem because many members on the team are using CMS modules to the site and not working with the CSS code. Ideally, this would be what I would like to the process to look like. Marketo admin creates a form and passes that form ID to the CMS team The CMS team uses a custom module in the CMS to 'design' the form. They start by selecting the form ID for the page The CMS team uses drop downs (or other form fields) to select the design of the form and override the theme CMS (background, font, font color, etc) on an element by element basis

I have the below table which I want to classify using the country dimension. How can I go about doing it?   Country Region Algeria EMEA Austria EMEA Belgium EMEA Bulgaria EMEA Croatia EMEA

Hi all - I am trying to run some Report Builder requests and not one of them is working. All that happens is that I get the message "Processing requests with no dependencies. Retrieving data." and it just sits there like that for hours and hours on end.   I have uninstalled Report Builder, rebooted my machine, and re-installed Report builder to now avail. I have also tried to run a very simple request and it's also not working. Please advise.

Hi, I was opening a workflow delivery in order to compare to a existing campaign for research. The delivery activity appears in the workflow but when I click to open it  i get the following message. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, is there any way of restoring the delivery? We also cannot find this delivery in the Marketing Activities.

Hi everyone,What is the meaning of integrity, revlink and revcardinality in the links while creating schema. Do we need to specify those while creating the links and what are the cases in which we need to specify those? Kindly clarify this. Thanks,Ashish
