Hi,I have a requirement where I need to include duplicate email ids in the delivery, since they are different in having a unique segment id which is also included in the delivery. I am basically having a split activity and adding separate segment ids to each split (and overlapping the split data). And while sending the delivery, the duplicate email ids are getting excluded with a reason "Double" in the 'Target' section of the delivery.Any way I can overcome this behavior? Thanks,Vignesh

Hi All, I want to build a segment or metric for "custom bouncers", where number of visits with exactly one OR exactly two Hits is given. Background: In the underlying case, a custom link tracking call is implemented, which automatically fires if a vistior enters a page. In other words: the Visitor fires both a page view and custom link tracking call automatically, so the visit is not considered as a bounce. That means, a for us a "bounce" in that case is someone who produces exactly two Hits. The classical Adobe ‘Bounces’ metric shows the number of visits that contained exactly one hit.--> How can I set up a metric or a segment for those visits, that contained exactly two hits and nothing more afterwards?  The bounce rate based on single page visits ("Single Page Visits" / "Entries") is not suitable for me in that case, since I am interested in those visits/ visitors, who interact on a certain page, without necessarily visiting another page. Thanks

Hi,  Is it possible to "move" an asset from a non dynamic media folder to an enabled dynamic media folder, to activate that asset for DM, via some workflow or other process? I have a main folder with many subfolders that all have dynamic media enabled. As they were all uploaded after folder structure creation, so the DM works fine on these assets. But I am trying to "move" a large amount of assets that do not have DM enabled from other various folders, into these DM enabled folders. Is this possible, while kicking off whatever workflow is needed upon the "move".  I am trying to prevent downloading and reuploading all of these assets (I know this would work).  Background: I have already tried the above question, and the images "moved" to these DM folders were in fact not pulling from DM on the published site, but still from the dam. I am hoping there is something I am missing. Unless the only solution is to download and reupload the assets.

Hello, I have a question, when I try to modify a vanity url in the local environment, it looks like this, it doesn't let me edit it, instead, in dev, stage and prod it does, why can this happen?

Hi,i need to map in the identity map (Data Element type) a custom identity with a custom namespace i previously created in AEP. Why i'm not able to see it in data collection? I'm creating an identity map data element and the only namespace i see are the ones standard. Thanks!

I want to show tasks in which the task name contains "Company" but doesn't contain "Logo" (I want to filter out any tasks that have "Company Logo" in the title). Every time I try to apply both filters, one keeps getting deleted.

Our U.S. based company just acquired a new Canadian satellite office and we'll be running their e-mail marketing program in parallel to our own. What are the laws behind emailing with Marketo, "new" potential prospects our inside sales team finds on LinkedIn or ZoomInfo? We'd like to subscribe these newly found targeted leads straight into our nurture program which consists of educational topics in our emails for industry best practices. How do we go about this? Would we first need to email the leads as a first touch inside Outreach Sales Engagement Platform to validate their email? Then, are they free to be educated on our industry best practices via Marketo nurture? Do we first need them to accept an invitation to be subscribed via email consent from Outreach, LinkedIn or Outlook direct email correspondence? Should our sales team embed to our subscription controller center, and the leads self-click check boxes to "subscribe" on the topics of interest to receive? How do you all go abo

All examples in docs show dates on the timeline. I cannot find information anywhere, how to display this information. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi , I need to pass the query parameter values from the search URL into the Java script value in AEM component. Using this URL as an example, https://www.xyz.com/content/test1/testpage/abc-def-xyz.3132.html?sort=&page=1, Value of the query parameter from the URL will be- 'abc def xyz' Sample JS used in HTL:<script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8">var pageOptions ={    "query": "<search term>", // When the value of the Page field is Search, this value should be dynamically update the value with the value of query parameter in the URI while this is being loaded.  };  </script> So, could anyone please suggest me the ways to integrate dynamically the query param value in the custom javascript . Thanks in Advance!

I realised that we have checked the last-touch channel override for direct & internal and think that it would be best to stick to the adobe recommendation & uncheck those in order to get a better Understanding of our Advertising Channels. Now I wonder, if historical Data will be impacted / recalculated with this change (I suppose not but wanted to be sure) ? - thanks for the help!

We have our Submit button currently set to "Submit" as default. We have "Email" field as a hidden field on this form. We'd like to change the text to "Some text" if the Email Address field is found empty (or, basically, this is an unknown visitor). Can someone guide on best Javascript code to build this condition? This is part of our preference center. I did find something like below posted by Sanford, but couldn't get it to work.    Original:   MktoForms2.whenReady(function(form){ var formEl = form.getFormElem()[0], buttonEl = formEl.querySelector("button[type='submit']"); var buttonLabelMap = [ { ifField : "Rep_Age__c", equalsValue : "no", setHTML : "Submit" }, { ifField : "Rep_Age__c", equalsValue : "yes", setHTML : "Let's Grow" } ]; formEl.addEventListener("change",function(e){ var currentValues = form.getValues(); buttonLabelMap.some(function(changese

Hi all,I need to set an automatism that, every time a new campaign is created, automatically change the proof target of the deliveries of the campaign, based on the Organizational Entity field of the campaign.I even tried to schedule technical wkf that every hour changes the parameters of the field "fcpParameters" of every new delivery, but that field is included in the "data" field of the delivery, that is an xml and contains all the information about the delivery, so changing it is really easy to mess something up.Is there a way to set the proof's target automatically for every new delivery?

Hello, I am going to search or delete assets in Dynamic Media Classic. I do find SOAP APIs provided for this purpose. I follows the example (http://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2020/04/aem-6540-assets-dynamic-media-standalone-script-to-search-assets-in-scene7.html). The first problem is the jar file cq-scene7-wsdl-1.3.2.jar renamed by bundler.jar from AEM installation launchpad don't include library, com.scene7.ipsapi.*. How can I get this jar file? Where can I find the examples to use these SOAP API? Thank youJames

Hi everyone, How can I read an audience dynamically and only combine it with data read from a file if there is an existing audience? Otherwise, I would want to create a new audience from the file. Two challenges:I would want to extract the Audience name from the file name via a regex. The regex should be as follows:Something_[0-9a-f]{8}\b-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-9a-f]{4}-\b[0-9a-f]{12}_(\w+)_[0-9]{8}_[0-9]{6}\.csv where $1 is the audience name.If the audience already exists I would want to read that audience and combine it with the data read from a file. The file should be identified by that same regex. If the Audience does not exist yet I would want to create a new one. How do I do a regex to extract the name from the file? How do I read the audience dynamically and union with the file data only if the audience exists?Maybe I'm doing it all wrong but I want to pass an Audience from a Segment in Adobe Experience Platform.

Hi All, Once I get the downloaded package using page exporter (default template) for my project structure, html page doesn't load the css/js files, it renders unformatted data. Also, I observed, all the css/js available on the page is not part of the dowloaded packageMy project has static pages, folder structure in the downloaded zip is as below:/libs//etc//content/I tried using page exporter for we retail website, everything worked fine there. Content structure for downloaded content was also bit different. All the design and styling files were captured under same path i.e /var/designs/page-name/all-files/libs//var//content/How can I fix the issue on my project? Do I need custom page exporter template here?

what does it mean to proxying the content in "You can continue to make content updates in AEM and see them reflected in webpack-dev-server, since we are proxying the content." in React SPA . Which is client and which is server in above case.

Hi, we're working on an AEM upgrade from 6.3 to 6.5 SP11. We've already managed to upgrade one environment, which was a short-lived development box in the cloud. We got the upgrade to succeed and get our custom code working on top of the upgraded 6.5 AEM too.The sequence looks as follows: Pre-upgrade stepsUpgradePost-upgrade stepsInstallation of AEM 6.5 compatible versions of custom software When we tried to repeat the same steps on a long-lived environment that has been used as a shared integration server, the Author instance apparently broke down. Basic AEM functionality is refusing to work. There's a lot of stuff happening so I'll have to split it across several posts.SymptomsHere's a list of observations pertaining to core functionality and main errors we've seen.Login page doesn't openOpening the login page yields an HTTP 403, with Authentication Failed in the response body. The contents of the page are present at the expected location in the JCR (inspected via CRXDE

We are building a website on AEM where the website visitors are allowed to download few assets (Such as PDF files, zip files, images etc). However, for certain assets, we have a requirement to capture the user's name and email ID before they could download the asset. Is there a way to implement this restriction on the publish side?
