We have project created for our engineering change process and we have someone who gets assigned to tasks when the project is in planning. We then make the project active. Is there a way to designate someone to work on and complete the task in the project other than the person assigned to the task. We have an employee who has tasks on all of our engineering change projects. She has been assigned by role. She would like to have someone else perform some tasks when she gets too busy or if she is out of the office. We have other people in her role, but that are not part of the project. What is the best in class method for allowing the person assigned to a task designate it to be completed by someone else not currently part of the project. How can her designee go into an active project and add her name as the assignee and change the status of the task to complete when she is done. Any help or guidance who be appreciated. Thanks in advance. John WeissWorkfront AdministratorFollett Pro

Was looking through the configure email section and I noticed that you can add a tracking pixel... Is this new or is this part of Journey AI?

Hello Everyone We're currently facing a major issue with one of our Adobe Analytics instances: We initially created a Report Suite for development purposes which is receiving data via Adobe Launch as expected. However, any other Report Suite that we were generating after that point, does not seem to receive any data at all (neither in real-time and/or Analysis Workspace). All settings are identical as we used the initially created, working Report Suites as a template to make sure we inherite the expected setup. We also validated already that it's not associated with our implementation setup by triggering manual hits via the legacy static pixels. The result is the same, the working Report Suite receives data, all others are do not get any data at all. Here is what we already tried to exclude as potential issues:Timestamp configuration (is off for all Report Suites working and non-working)Implementation (as explained above)Go-live date has passed already a few days agoIden

Hello,I am trying to create a table with dynamic rows & columns via a personalisation block.I have XML stored in a memo data type variable in schema. The problem is I am not able to read the xml in Personalisation block as its not part of targetData. It always give me empty value.I have tried to add to target Data in the workflow but if I assign it to some variable via sesssion.write, gives me error on string length (obvious as 255 char is max). Is there any way I can increase the length or any other method via which I can get it added to target data?I have also tried using queryDef in Personalisation block which gives me error, 'xtk is undefined'.My final requirement is to access nodes of XML in Personalisation block.Any suggestions? Thanks

How to modify the line spacing of my email in Adobe Campaign ?

Hi All, I have a schema where I keep product name, product code and product expiry. I am creating a webapp wherein I want to show these three values in the WebApp as dropdowns with data retrieved from the schema. There are about 5000 records in the schema. The values selected in the webapp will be used to update  cs:customerOrder schema. Kindly suggest how can I use webapp to present dropdown of data from a particular schema.

Hello all, We use the "product syntax" variety of merchandising eVars in a few places. Note that this is where you specify eVars (and events) tied to a specific product in a list of products. The legacy AppMeasurement/s_code example looks a bit like: products=;this;1;1.11;event1=1|event2=2;eVar60=a|eVar61=b,;that;2;2.22;event1=3|event2=4;eVar60=c|eVar61=d The experience event XDM looks like it supports nesting the _experience.analytics.(customDimensions.eVars|event1to100) namespace within a productListItem object, but I'm observing that the values passed there are not getting mapped into Analytics. Are my observations correct, i.e. is this indeed the case that this isn't supported? If so, are there plans to support this in the future? And (another question), if there are plans, how soon 🙂  (say "really soon" plz) FWIW, everything else in the productListItems array seems to be mapping over quite nicely. You do of course have to sanitize things like semic

I have used Content Reference in a content fragment. Basically, my need is to redirect the content fragment to the link inserted in the content reference field whenever it is clicked. But the problem is the redirection is done to the exact link which I insert in the field. For eg: if I save link as, /conten/wknd/en/..., the redirection link will be same. But I want that when the redirection is done, the /content/wknd/en/ should be removed from the link. I did it with js and it's working fine. But I want to try any other method like using link transformer. Is there any other way to do this?

In Marketo, currently "Email" is the default primary key field, however is there a way to swap that along with another field to define a new primary key? Does Adobe Marketo support help here?   Can it also be done for new as well as old both type Marketo Account?   Also, will there any issue happen like native integration for Facebook, LinkedIn lead generation where user fill out form and email address match merge happened with email primary key?

Hi Team,I need help regarding show hide dropdown field inside multifield where there are 4 fields in the dropdown. case 1: [1st field in Dropdown] if we click on the Country dropdown with Variable ID fieldcase 2: [2nd field in Dropdown] Add field and add Email where Email contains the same field as Country with Variable ID fieldCase 3: [3rd field in Dropdown] a dropdown with some Additional "Title" field and nested field "Display Text" and "value", with Variable ID field. Case3: [4th field in Dropdown] a Text with some additional "Title" field as compared to cases 1, 2, and like case 3 without nested items. Now the problem here I am facing I have written a customer JS for Show Hide fields, between these drop-down selections. but let say when we try to delete one or more of the fields in the component and save it,  the field does not get deleted on the author page. We can still see it when we open the component.   <form

Hi All,Need your guidance on AEM 6.1 and React Integration . As per my understanding all the react component expect a input [Either as Properties or JSON] for all the content authored data .As a AEM developer - I guess below activities are required every time 1) We might have to create WCMUse Pojo class to generate the JSON2) Then we either we have to set a global java script variable .Queries 1) Is there a way we can access directly access the component properties in react component2) Also please share some sample project[React and AEM] if something that can be shared for reference.Thanks,Sambasivaraja.

I have a question more on the ground on understanding why it is done so.So I have a servlet in my project on which when I am using @Reference is throws me error "The annotation @Reference is disallowed for this location". But a similar servlet in a new project is not throwing the error. For both of them I am using OSGI annotations. I read that we have to do @Reference in a different way https://www.aemquickstart.in/2018/10/annotation-reference-is-disallowed-for.html . It works . But My question is why are we doing it in that way ? Just want to understand the reasoning and logic and technicalities. Also , why it worked in my new project . Since it worked in one and not in the other , I am bit confused and eager to know what actually controls this Worked Didn't workThanksVeena

Hello All,  As per the GDPR laws have mandated that organisations can no longer rely on passive consent for cookies The ECID itself have an ability to wait for opt-in before firing. For that purpose the Opt-in service is a JavaScript library bundled with Experience Cloud ID (ECID) and exists in Visitor JS in the global  adobe object as the adobe.optIn object.  But wondering how we can wait for other Third party extension including (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) not to fire on page load but fire only when consent provided.  I'm looking either using OneTrust (Consent management platform / Plain JS ) solution.  Thanks in advance.@andrey_osadchuk  @analytics_union @thebenrobb @pratheeparunraj

Hi All, I am having a hard time figuring out if it is possible to copy and paste a Experience Fragment Template into another folder. When I try to do so, I will get this error. In the example below I was trying to copy and paste a Header(Experience Fragment) from "us" to the site folder in "Language Masters"

We have included the fonts using below syntax@font-face {  font-family: SlatePro-Bk;  src: url("../css/fonts/SlatePro-Bk.woff") format("woff");}Font file is placed in apps/{project-folder}/clientlibs/{client-libraryfolder}/css/fonts/SlatePro-Bk.woff.Fonts are not loaded it gives 404 error when the clientlib is rendered from apps using allowproxy= true. It is working fine when we move the clientlibraries to /etc/clientlibs.Is this expected ? If yes, Do we have any other way to include the fonts/images in the clientlibrary?

Looking for a solution for the following case:A smart list is defining an audience for a certain email campaign. The content in that email is defined by velocity scripting, it is looking to a json object (stored in the script token ). Depending on additional parameters, there is a change that the velocity code is returning an empty string as the result of the routine. ( which would be completely correct)In that case I should block the email from being send for that person. Does someone has a proposal on how to implement this?

Hi, I activated pURLs in our account and fixed them on our Marketo Landingpages like Sanford suggested in https://blog.teknkl.com/tag/purl/. This works pretty fine. As most of our website activities are done on our regular (non-Marketo) website I was wondering if I can use "Marketo unique codes" there in any way? E. g. is it possible to enter the unique code in a form (e. g. as hidden field) to associate the form fill with a specific user? Is it possible to prefill my forms on a non-Marketo LP by using the Marketo unique code or a similar identifier?  Is it possible to use the unique code in the API? (There is no API name shown but you can as well us a lead id in the API and the lead id is not even menitioned in the Field Manager)Do you know any more use cases you can use the unique code for beside sharing personalized URL for Marketo Landing Pages? Thanks and Kind regardsWolfram

Good afternoon, I seem to have an issue with the mails I send. Everytime I edit the text of a mail, script tags appear at the end, in every text box of the mail, which prevents me from approving the mail. If I delete them all, then approve the mail, but need to edit something else, those script tags will come back and I need to remove them again, even in boxes that I haven't opened during the editing. You can see the kind of script tags I have in the screenshot attached.I haven't found anything online, only one person had a smiliar issue, but nothing else. Can you help? Many thanks!CharlotteCapture — imgbb.com

Hi, Does Internationalization supported in AEM 6.5? If yes, I need reference link to Adobe Internationalization Best Practices.

Hi, I'm new to Firefly and I have a question regarding possible action conflicts. I initialized an app based on ACS template and another app using Analytics template in the same workspace. Afterwards, I tried to run the ACS app within its folder, but when I invoked the default action Analytics action was fired instead of the ACS one. Is this the expected behaviour? When I run an app does it always run the last one that was initialized in the given workspace? Cheers,Rob

We are using Launch to manage the codes that sets the cookies but not to ingest the One trust script as this is directly implemented on the site.I have categorised both the AMCV, AMCVS cookies as strictly necessary in the Onetrust setup so these cookies gets dropped as soon as the cookie banner pops up but I noticed that additional cookies are getting dropped e.g. the demdex cookies from the ecid. question is do I need to categorise this as strictly necessary or is there a way to block this until consent is given? I am using the ecid extension in Launch.I also have a few plugins that helps support the Adobe implementation and I also see these cookies e.g. s_visit, s_visitnum being dropped, question is how to I block these plugin cookies until consent is given? I am using the Onetrust Launch extension as a blocking mechanism. Thanks in advance to whomever can help.

I have a use case where I cannot use the usual method of collecting custom event data via Adobe Data Collection which is creating a rule then setting action as Adobe Analytics - Set Variables, then Send Beacon then Clear Variables. I need to tightly control what data is sent with the hit to Adobe. In Data Collection the rule fires. My main issue is with the Action in the rule, which is set to Custom Code. To control the data I want to send to AA, I'm using Javascript to set a few variables then send the data via s.tl() method. The issue is that when the call is sent it's sent as a page view. In the Experience Platform Debugger, isPageView is true on the hit. It should be false; it should be a s.tl() with the link type being "o" (custom link). This is the code. What needs to be changed to make it a non-pageview hit? Btw all the vars I'm setting and sending are fine and being collected, the only issue is the hit being a page view. <script src="AppMeasurement.js"></script&gt
