Hi All, We have developed a component which is not rendering only in some systems. We compared both(successful rendering and unsuccessful rendering) sling request logs and found below differenceSuccessful:TIMER_START{PATH_TO_THE_COMPONENT.html#17}70580 LOG Including resource JcrNodeResource, type=cq:Component, superType=null, path=PATH_TO_THE_COMPONENT (SlingRequestPathInfo: path='PATH_TO_THE_COMPONENT', selectorString='null', extension='html', suffix='null')Failled:TIMER_START{PATH_TO_THE_COMPONENT.html#17}76368 LOG Including resource SyntheticResource, type=, path=PATH_TO_THE_COMPONENT (SlingRequestPathInfo: path='PATH_TO_THE_COMPONENT', selectorString='null', extension='html', suffix='null'). Unable to understand why it is coming different for both systems from same publisher and same environment. Thanks in advance

Has anyone used a website crawling tool that integrates with Adobe Analytics? I work with an agency and have been asked to do a content inventory/audit for a client. In addition to the SEO metrics, I would like to pull in the web traffic metrics. I usually use the Screaming Frog crawler, which links directly to the Google Analytics API but NOT to the Adobe Analytics API. This client uses Adobe not Google for analytics. Any ideas for platforms that would allow me to automatically get the Adobe Analytics metrics for the pages identified by the crawler? Thanks in advance!

Hi all,I'm looking for a way to pass data to multiple components while only loading the data once. For example:Component A (or model / sling resource) makes an http call and gets data back that it stores. I now need to pass this data to component B and C but with out calling on my third-party API. (I only want to make my API call once and then share the data.) Any help here would be great!

We are having issues with accessing links directly through some CTA’s in emails from direct Marketo links. This is mainly due to restrictions imposed on some of the companies that we work with. It makes it incredibly hard when trying to provide long form content such as PDF or information hosted on webpages.I was trying to use QR codes as a way of navigating around this the idea is that the long form content will be accessible via their mobile device should they wish to consume it, but having a generic QR code will lose end to end trackability per individual within Marketo. Is there a way to have the Marketo user enter the URL that is required for the person to land on but have Marketo dynamically create personalized QR codes with the personalized Marketo tracking link for each individual recipient to maintain this tracking, even when the QR code is scanned from an independent device?Would this be feasible or does anyone else do anything similar?

Hi,   I know I can store UTMs from links using hidden fields on a form, however, I want to send an email with 2 links (utm_poll=Yes and utm_poll=No, just like a poll) and then in Marketo, see the UTM of that link and check what UTM they clicked on, so I can store that in a custom field and trigger some campaigns. Is that possible?

Hi All, We are exploring options to give authors to create content fragment directly at page level instead of creating in DAM and including it on page by using browse option. Can we enable option to create "Content fragment" with in create button of "sites" as shown in below screenshot ? Or any alternatives approaches to achive (edit/add)content fragment feature at site level with out going to content fragment console.  Thanks in advance.

We are looking to update a data value depending on a link that is clicked in a specific email, we need to have the option to select the specific link instead of just clicked link in email where it would pull in all links.      If we could have a constraint of link we can then update different values instead of creating multiple smart campaigns

Hello, the native tracking workflow in charge of downloading and consolidating the trackings logs retrieved from the mid that host tracking process is launching: tracking -instance:<%= instanceName %> -download -updateThat's all we know. Any idea in details what this job actually do?We are always at least 24 hours late.No error in the audit. We have checked the database and purged old data on large tables that are related to delivery/tracking logs and deliveryStats.Checking the database we don't see any lock or long processing queries. Also checked the soap requests and did not see any latency.Anybody have ideas on where to look for?Any idea of the details of this process? (tables? queries?) Thank you very much,

Shared File Datastore, Binaryless replication. Looking to move 1 publish instance to Default (full binary). Can AEM handle binaryless replication to PUB 1 and PUB 2 but Default (non binaryless) to PUB 3?I tried this but was running into issues with jcr:data: Mandatory property jcr:data not found in a new node

Hello everyone i'm connecting Adobe API's to Outsystems to convert docx to pdf and to work with Adobe Sign, but i'm having issues with the Token. 1st (Convert docx to pdf): I got the JWT Token through the Private key and it will last 24h, then i retrieved the Token that will last, according with the documentation, 86399999 seconds or two and a half years more or less. So I'm supposing that i can convert my docx with that Token in the next 2 and a half years, i tested it and worked fine (I sent the file and I received the binary data in pdf). My last test was on Thursday (2022/02/08)  and now i tried to convert a file and it says "token unauthorized" so i had to re-do the process with the JWT Token all over again... 2nd (Adobe Sign): I logged in and it redirects to my website with the code, then i got the Token (i don't remember the duration) but then i refreshed the Token and the new one, according with the documentation, expires in 6 months (if no one uses it in that ti

HI Team, We are trying to install the AEM JEE on WebSphere. After the installation when we were trying to update the configuration details, it failed because we ran out of memory for the "/OPT" directory. Initially the "/OPT" directory was assigned a storage space of 6GB but it was full. Can someone please let us know that is the ideal size requirement for the "/OPT" directory to install the AEM JEE application. We have requested additional 15GB of space so that the total space for the "/OPT" directory is 21GB. Please let me know if this is ideal size or we need to request for more size. Thanks

How does the Tracking Code behave if a user enters (within one session) with multiple values? In other words, are they concatened somehow? For instance, if we read it from parameter tid and got the following journey:1. calls mydomain.com/?tid=232. calls mydomain.com/?tid=47 Generates that then a Tracking Code "23,47" in the report?

Hi All,I am facing an issue with rollout. Here is the scenario:Whenever I try to rollout a page and open rollout dialog. It doesn't show any live copies. In the heading it says " Showing 0 of 2 live Copies" Here is what I have already checked:- Live copies are present in the blueprint section of page properties.- cq:LiveConfigSync node is present and have all the properties as well. I am not sure if this is helpful, but the rollout config dropdown is also blank, when I click on it, it doesn't show any rollout configs.I have checked the cq:LiveConfigSync node and it has cq:rolloutConfigs present. Also, the rollout configs are also present in the path which is added in cq:rolloutConfigs property. AEM Version : 6.5.11

I would like to ask if Aem Author has an account lockout feature that would lock an account after a specified number of failed login attempts ?

Hi Team     I am facing an issue. I wanted to check if this is a product bug (which I think it is) with you all before going ahead with my conclusion. The issue is , when a component has multiple tabs and there are mandatory fields in the non-active (the one which is not open) ; if the author submits the dialog without authoring anything , he will be able to submit it.  For e.g I setup a vanilla instance with WKND project. If you use the image component ( which is a proxy to the core image component) , it has mandatory fields in the Metadata tabs like below  Steps to reproduce the issues 1. Add the Image component 2. Open the dialog and submit without authoring. Make sure you are on the first tab while submitting  3. The dialog gets submitted . Actual :- The dialog gets submitted ,  in spite of mandatory fields marked on the other tabs Expected :- The dialog should not get submitted unle

We are trying to view data for certain users by each visit. For ex: If there are 2 users that logged in yesterday and had a total of 3 visits, we want to segment the data by each visit.  If we are capturing userid and pages, I want to see a breakdown like this....SessionID        UserID      Pageabc123             user1        page1abc123             user1        page2abc123             user1        page3def123              user2        page1def123              user2        page2ghi123              user1        page1 So if we can capture a unique SessionID for each visit, we can get a data warehouse report like above
