Regarding the new Apache Log4j vulnerability as per (CVE-2021-44228)The AEM Forms on JEE 6.5.8 uses the log4j 2.10, 2.11.1 versions. These versions are affected by this vulnerability. Could anyone else using it please confirm the same. There may be a temporary workaround to add "‐Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true" but not a complete fix. I have already opened a ticket on the Daycare site but haven't had any response yet.

Hi, We do a content sync from prod env to lower env  regularly to keep the content in sync for testing purpose. So we would want to automate the process.1>create a package with delta content for certain time period 2>push the above created  package from prod env to lower env based on hostname or ip  Could some one provide inputs as how we do the above Thanks

Hi friends, Does this https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2021-44228 and https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2021-44228 vulnerability apply to AEM 6.5 and 6.1 ? Did anyone face any issues with it? The vulnerability is with org.Apache.logging.Log4j.logger  but I see our AEM is using log4j.over.slf4j bundle which is abstract of log4j. But I am not sure that this vulnerability fully applies to AEM as well.  Any recommendation would help. ThanksBipin

Hello all,New to AEM and even newer to Editable Templates here. We are trying to implement editable templates in our site, previously based solely on static templates. The goal is to create a template-type that includes our header and footer and an unlocked layout container for authoring. The header and footer are currently controlled by a global config, and are not draggable components. Rather, they are included via the body.html of the static page template being used. Here is an example of how they would be included in an editable template:<!--/* Begin - Container for content */--> <div> <!--/* Begin top Header */--> <sly data-sly-include="partials/header.html" data-sly-unwrap /> <!--/* End of Header */--> <!--/* Begin Body Content */--> <sly data-sly-use.templatedContainer="com.day.cq.wcm.foundation.TemplatedContainer" data-sly-repeat="${templatedContainer.structureResources}" data-sly-resource="${item.path @ resourceType=item.re

We've long ago disabled the creation of Filters, Views and Groupings for non-admins.In disabling the creation of filters, views and groupings, it also disables the creation of Workload Balancer filters. Since we need them to be able to create and use Workload Balancer filters, I want to enable that via Access levels and create a Fusion automation that deletes all "report" Filters, Views and Groupings not made by one of 3 admins so folks can't go crazy making filters, views and Groupings again. Something like IF UIGB:lastUpdatedByID DOES NOT match "42d2a6ad49f93ab4b987b1a9e738425a" then delete. In Fusion there is no record type of:Filter = UIFTView = UIVWGrouping = UIGBso I'm not sure how to even find them. I tried coming up with a custom API call like: https://DOMAIN.my.workfront.com/attask/api-unsupported/UIGB/search?fields=*,lastUpdatedBybut the return left both enteredBy and lastUpdatedBy as "null" and "name" for all of them return

We are in the process of launching a new website. As we were reviewing our old forms, we began looking into how we would handle translations. Having 7 versions of the same form (Contact Us English, Contact Us French, Contact Us German, etc.) sounds aweful to us. I am curious, how have others handled translations of forms in Marketo?@Sanford Whiteman shared this wonderful method for handling translations, https://blog.teknkl.com/smoothing-embedded-marketo-form-loads/. Has anyone tried this approach? Any challenges we should anticipate?Champion Program

I am overriding the Out of the box AEM scheduler and name of the scheduler is ExpiryNotificationJobImpl. Details of OOTB scheduler ExpiryNotificationJobImpl has been given below -1. package : com.day.cq.dam.core.impl2. bundle : com.day.cq.dam-dam-core3. No service rank was defined here I have overridden ExpiryNotificationJobImpl scheduler with higher service rank as you could see below - After overriding and deployment , I am using similar cron expression to check which one will be triggered. But noticed both are getting triggered simultaneously. I have added one message in overriding scheduler to identify my overriding scheduler easily. Even log file is showing both are getting triggered. My plan is to trigger only overriding scheduler not OOTB one. Please suggest.

Hello everyone,I face an issue with one of my real time templateI input the HTML and when done, I want to check with a seed address the preview to see how it looks like but when previewing, there isn't any display : see screenshot below. Why is it doing that ? I also try with a simple test HTML, the preview won't show either. (main error is there, not happening with my other templates)Any idea on how to fix that ? I think there is a reason why when I want to test this real time that I got an error that mention : event not covered.I make sure that the event type is linked to the template and the template is successfully publish. Thanks for your solutions.Kind regards.

Hi,I am trying to extract classified conversion variables out of Adobe using Data Warehouse API using the following syntax- { 'id': 'evar20','classification':'Classification Name'} Once I receive the response, I receive the original name of evar20, not 'Classification Name'. Is there any way I can fetch the classifications with their names? Thanks
