Hello, I am looking at some of the "time spent" metrics in our mobile app site. I read the "Time Spent Overview Guide https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/metrics/time-spent.html?lang=en" but still don't really get the difference between the average time on site vs average session length. Could anyone kindly give me some examples and help? Thank you so much!

I have created a Experience Fragment Template, varients and all working fine except Building Blocks, unable to add Building Blocks  created to the cutom Template. Please help in this regard.

I'm new to Analytics and not an IT person. I'm trying to figure out how many Unique Visitors I'm getting and the numbers that my reports are giving are way to high. Is there a way to confirm when it says I have 108 unique visitors in an hour, who those unique visitors are?

Hi,    I am trying to set up an engagement program based on a form fill with checkbox options (option1, 2, 3). And the customer must click on at least one checkbox and more than one.  Example: Person1: option 1Person2: option 1 + 2 Person3: option 3 Here is the ideal stream run: Form filled > member of "placeholder stream" (nothing will happen in the stream) + added to a form fill list + added to each option# list Stream1: Trigger added to a form fill list with a member of option 1 > send option1 email *Person 1 and Person 2 get the email. Stream2: Trigger option1 email send w/ a member of option 2 and not members of option 1 only list  > send option2 email *Person 2 get the email.   Stream3: Trigger option2 email send w/ a member of option 3 and not members of option 2 only list  > send option3 email*Person 3 get the email.   *Will there be a better flow for this option email? because I am thinking if there is no

Hey there! How are you doing today? Hope you're doing great! I was wondering if you could provide me with instructions on how to track our conversion with adobe analytics. We are currently running a game via https://www.equalsthegame.com/ and want to track how many visits/unique users there are relating to these pages. Basically we want to track the conversion from that page to  https://www.equalsthegame.com/onboarding#access_token=BQBjZbPMA0JHwdYYyzmstNYAfwtmqNawViEErDmr-6DOaoBQ_LzfDffqQ_6ERx7olhEe8Q44yxanK77hlFqq_7NRf0QWXV_DGdn-5WgF8enT9Ktq55n2KN16VI1Z5bl-Bz6zPhYBKgOne2luoTUBzuPZvzYUx8DLODUVIP4AzEAS398tfAB1dse6C593Q7zbz46nRrfzylwrBZ5MTxoc0xPISpVP-fiwyMxIdA6tKdt38A&token_type=Bearer&expires_in=3600 Meaning:https://www.equalsthegame.com/onboarding#access_token= That way we can track how many opted in to spotify. However I would like to do this by adding URI as a dimension to the report, but that dimension is not available. Could you

Hello, I'm new to Marketo and looking for guidance on how to move leads from one nurture stream to another once they complete an action. We use Marketo for our community website, once members register to create an account and select yes to receive marketing communications from us they are put into our new member onboarding stream.    Of course, we have people in our database that aren't members. We are creating a non-member nurture stream that we hope will eventually lead to them becoming members.    My question is, once somebody who isn't a member creates an account, then gets put into the new member onboarding stream, how do I remove them from the non-member nurture stream so that they no longer receive those emails.    Sorry if a question like this has already been asked and answered.

Hello All,We are trying to find out a way to apply filters on campaign template selection while creating a new campaign.Use-case: We have 2 Business Units, A and B provided with access in such a way that one BU cannot able to see other BU entities and vice-versa. However, few of the common entities like Templates are shared by both BU's and accessible to each other. We have 4 templates created (2 each for BU).Requirement: Client is now asking is it possible to select the template based on BU. E.g.: when I am creating a Campaign Workflow under BU A and during template selection I should be able to see only 2 templates pertaining to that BU, not 4. Same is the case with other BU as well.I see this is something tricky to achieve and not able to get through :(. Requesting your suggestions on the same.Simpler way of achieving this is by segregating the templates at folder level specific to BU. However, Client seems not interested in going that way and rather want to identify from

I created a scheduled project to be sent hourly, but this project is barely sent daily and sometimes not at all, all other projects are being sent fine except this one.  I have no idea what is going on.

We have re-architected the way our client subscriptions pull into Salesforce, and the detail we need is on Account>Subscription>Subscription Product & Charges.     I've been able to bring in the necessary fields for that object into Marketo but they're only available as constraints on the subscription so "subscriptions with product & charge: field name." Subscription to Subscription Product & Charge is a 1: many relationship. My concern is that putting constraints like the below would not necessarily query the SAME product & charge line: So it could look for one that is active but that might not be the one I'm looking for. Can someone help confirm and/or point me in the direction of an alternative? Thanks,Kim

Hi all. Our custom tag stops working after upgrading from AEM 6.0 to AEM 6.5.0. We are using tldgen library(https://github.com/icoloma/tldgen). Here is our pom.xml in 6.0<plugin><groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId><artifactId>maven-javadoc-plugin</artifactId><version>2.6.1</version><configuration><includes><include>**</include></includes><doclet>org.tldgen.TldDoclet</doclet><docletArtifacts><docletArtifact><groupId>org.extrema-sistemas</groupId><artifactId>tldgen</artifactId><version>1.3</version></docletArtifact></docletArtifacts><show>private</show><additionalparam>-htmlFolder ${basedir}/target/docs-tldFolder ${basedir}/src/main/resources/META-INF-license NONE</additionalparam><useStandardDocletOptions>true</useStandardDocletOptions><author>false</author><encoding>utf-8&lt

I'd like to get some clarity on the Flow step "Sync Person to SFDC" and when its necessary to use, vs. allowing the regular Marketo<>SFDC sync to sync data between the two systems. Particularly as it pertains to Contacts.                If I am understanding this article correctly, the warning suggests that if this Flow step is taken on an existing Contact, then a duplicate Lead object record will be created and pushed to SFDC.        Is that the case? The reason I question this, is because this other article about the Contact object and syncing recommends using this Flow step if you need to manually force a sync of a Contact to SFDC. However, there's no warning message here about creating a duplicate Lead record. Additionally, this community discussion thread suggests that if you try to sync a person to SFDC who already exists, it will not create a duplicate. Can someone please clarify this contradiction?  &n

Hi, I was wondering if anybody has ran into a similar issue or knows how to solve the following issue:****Background****I've following the instructions in WKND Tutorial Chapter 5 Style System. My local author instance is at version 6.5.0 (jar file, not the cloud version), and coming from the resolution to this issue https://github.com/adobe/aem-guides-wknd/issues/283, I downloaded service pack 6.5.10 from distribution center and uploaded it to my local instance successfully. Things all worked as expected in the tutorial until I tried to Add a Title Policy****Problem Description****With Title Policy set and saved following the steps below:Policy Title *: WKND TitleProperties > Styles Tab > Add a new styleUnderline : cmp-title--underlineThe expected underline did show up in localhost:8082 (because 8080 and 8081 are preoccupied)but it can't be displayed in http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/wknd/us/en/magazine/guide-la-skateparks.h

Is it possible to define a report builder report that reports as follows? For this example, assume there are just three Marketing Campaign values. Day                                  Marketing Campaign                     Visits10/27/2021                          All                                               1,00010/27/2021                          Organic                                          70010/27/2021                      &nbsp

I keep getting the following error message when I set the date range to a year(actually 10 months). "One of the segments or the search in this visualization contains a text search that returned too many results. Please narrow the text search criteria and try again." As I understand, this means that the text search criteria in the segments are too broad and therefore, there are too much data that Adobe Analytics has to handle. I've optimized the conditions set in each segment and tried to use "starts with" rather than "contains". However, the error still exists and does not give the result I want.(As much as I want to, I cannot share how the segments look like due to brand's confidential info.) Are there any solutions to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

We are receiving error messages and the pages are not loading for most of the workspace reports as below. Could you advise?

Hello,We have a a simple configured in Launch. The "trigger" event is merely Core -> Click with a simple CSS selector. There is no condition and the the "Action" portion is custom JS that fires a target mbox. However, we are having issues with this rule firing consistently. It appears to be a timing issue. When the rule fails to fire, I notice a Warning being logged to the console: "Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://assets.adobedtm.com/xxxx/xxxx-source.min.js”.  This message does not appear when the Action fires correctly (with the "firing correctly" being verified using the Adobe debugger extension.) If I manually navigate to the script that the browser warns had failed to load, it loads just fine and I can confirm that it is the custom code I wrote for the "Action" in Launch. Additionally, the source (in Firefox's Dev Tools console) of the aforementioned warning is the initial/source page (the one with the link containing the rule trigger) not th

I would like to include an image of a web page in an Adobe Analytics dashboard. What is the best way to do that? I created a png file of the page and then created a url but the extension didn't work in workspace. is there another way to do this? thank you!

Hi Community 👋  I need to export a file from ACS and download it to my computer. I've queried for the data I needed, added an Extract file, and configured it, but I cannot find any option to indicate that I want to download the file and where to save it. Tried with both TXT and CSV file formats, if it's relevant in any way.Is it even possible to download the file? if yes, how can this be done? Thanks in advance for your help,Andreea

Hello everyone, after having encountered a bounce issue with a german ISP, we took a look at the delivery logs to see if the issue has been resolved. We noticed a behaviour that we cannot make any sense of: This recipient received a couple of emails from 07/30/2020 to 10/04/2020. The last email has been sent on 10/04/2020 05:57:07 AM.What we don't understand is why the delivery started on 09/19/2020 (first line on the screenshot) has been modified in the delivery logs on 10/06/2020 - which is 17 days after the sendout of the delivery. In the settings of the delivery template the option is set to "Delivery duration: 5d", so from my understanding the delivery logs shouldn't be updated any more after those 5 days?  We would be thankful for any hint on why the delivery logs had been updated after such a long time! Kind regards, Marcel
