Solved

We're seeing more and more requests for audiences to be fed into Sprinklr as a central social management platform.  Other vendors are doing this.  Is anyone aware of this integration?  Has anyone solved for this with a custom integration?

We have an addition that has to be made on all of our forms. There are multiple users in the instance. The idea would be to ask individual users to update the forms they created.  Is there a way to pull a list of forms with the original author/creator?  In the future, should we be using a master form template of some kind or does this exist?

Calling "/system/sling/logout" clears jackrabbit repo token, which can be validated in "/system/console/tokenmgr". But what is the way to implement this programmatically, without calling the redirect to "/system/sling/logout", since I need to do more processing, namely redirect the user to the proper page after logging out.Tried injecting org.apache.sling.api.auth.Authenticator and calling logout - that did not drop CRX login token. Also tried calling javax.jcr.Session.logout() - this did not clear repo token either. Thanks in advance!

Can someone please help where i can find that in AEM 6.5 or do i need to create the custom one for same. At below path in AEM 6.5 there is no option for facebook connect.http://localhost:5502/libs/cq/core/content/tools/cloudservices.html  Thanks .

We have uploaded data into Customer Attributes and have subscribed the attributes to Adobe Target. When I fetch the Target profile using the third party ID I can see the attributes. However, when I use the ECID only to retrieve back the profile data it does not include these attributes. Why is this? If I lookup the ID in customer attributes I can see that the ECID is paired. ThanksNick

Hi, We have implemented Adobe Target recs on the mobile app in UAT and we are using the following approach right now:One global mbox to capture all entity attributes on all PDP (e.g. entity.id, entity.price, entity.thumbnailURL, etc.)Another custom mboxes for respective recs activities with one mandatory mbox param which is entity.id.Right now all the recs activities are running on PDPs and it's working fine. But, today we tried to set up recently viewed on the Home page and we are not getting any response on it even though the algorithm is ready. is it because we are fetching all entity attributes in one mbox and trying to fetch results in another? What we are thinking to do now is fire recently viewed mbox on all PDPs with entity.id mbox param and then we might get a response. Can you please suggest to us the best-optimized approach to go ahead? your suggestions would help us a lot in optimizing the use of target in the best way possible Th

I've created a data feed to dump my entire Adobe Analytics raw data into a SFTP server. Period = last 365 days. The data seems to be incomplete. When looking for searched terms on a website, the actual figure is around 250.000 unique records on Adobe. On the dump there are only 7.000 records and these are not even unique. Any idea of might be going on?

Hi everyone, We have performed the Marketo forms integration into our local AEM as a Cloud Service author, as described in https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/marketo-form/index.html . However, when attempting to view the embedded form, the cmponent does not appear at all, and we get the following error in our chrome console:  This happens on a vanilla AEMaaCS author, with WKND sample website deployed. No dispatcher sits in between, so we simply access the instance via locahost URL. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi folks,  I am trying to implement s3 datastore in AEM 6.5 and it requires com.adobe.granite.oak.s3connector-1.10.0.zip file but Adobe public repo seems to be not working so I am unable to download it. Can anyone please help me getting this connector or how I can get it.  Regards, Shailesh

Hi,I am trying to create a Video Component, that will look like Image component(just drag and drop the asset).This is how I build the dialog:<video jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload" autoStart="{Boolean}false" class="cq-droptarget" fieldLabel="Image asset" fileNameParameter="./fileName" fileReferenceParameter="./fileReference" mimeTypes="[video/quicktime]" multiple="{Boolean}false" name="./video" tit

I'm just wondering if you could help me with this query.  We have an email campaign that goes to a certain cohort and also have a dedicated landing page for this cohort. If not all of these recipients receive the email we'd like to post a summary of the newsletter and the URL from the 'View email online' on the page, so that they can read what was sent out. Is this possible for this to be on-shared or is it a specialized URL dependent on the email recipient?

I am new to AEM,I have an author in AEM is trying to revert page version and reorder page in sites but this author account is not able to do both.I have tried using admin account in AEM and admin account is allow to revert the page version and reorder page in sites. For revert page version, I was triying to allow Read, Modify and Create of "tmp" and "var" folder for my author account but seems like it not making the page version to revert. For reorder page in sites, I am not too sure which permission is allowing my author account to reorder the page in sites. User Permission for admin:Author account to reorder page in sites:Author account fail to revert page version:

I am in the process of converting my PDF forms in AEM to XDP form. For one particular date field, I have some logic coded in the exit event. I see that the exit event fires if I click over to the next field, but does not fire if I tab over to the next field. Does anyone know what I need to do so that the exit event fires consistently when I either click OR tab to the next field? I also notice that sometimes the code I have in the enter event of certain fields seem to fire multiple times instead of just once and I don't know why that is happening. Any insight and help would be much appreciated. Thanks,Ravi.

Hello everyone, I need help with multi-page management of my documents. My document is dynamic, it can have one or X page (s). Depending on the number of pages I need to have a different header / footer, and I don't know how to do that.I tried something with the pagination of the MasterPages but I can not scan all the cases. My problem is that I can have headers / footers with different heights, but you can't play dynamically with the height of the ContentArea, so I really don't know how to do that. To be more explicit - I hope - I have attached HERE you a Powerpoint file of my need. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi Team,We have done integration between AEM and Adobe Target through Adobe I/O. We are on 6.5.8. We have created two Target Activities on local instance and those got live on Target and later on removed those target activities from AEM local instance but still on target they are live. Wanted to have those activities on target also moved to achieved state and to do that have done - Created same activities again on my local instance with publishCampaignId, cq:authorExternalId and cq:publishExternald  Property for the activities set with the value obtained from activities already in Adobe Target. But when we try to save the activity , getting error 2021-10-05 14:05:53 - ERROR - test_and_target : Error replicating /content/campaigns/we-retail/master/test_adb - com.day.cq.analytics.testandtarget.impl.exception.TestandtargetValidationException : Experience Is Mobile Device has no offers. The campaign will not be synchronized How Can I have same rectified.

Can anyone help me with the steps to create/add the new custom RTE plugin for a component(Like Text).

Version: at-v2.2.0.jsCan someone provide a little insight as to what this error means? I am not getting an actual error message other than status: error and in the errors array, I am just seeing the offer that I am calling getOffer on, via the api. The offer is applied too, so I am not sure why this is erroring. Could it be a bug? Please see screenshot:

Hello, what we are trying is to add the canonical tag on our Marketo landing pages.   First, I used this: <link rel="canonical" href="{{my.Page Canonical URL}}"/> Then I created the actual token in my program and I put the link inside. Then I pasted the above code in my LP Custom Head HTML and it worked.    As we are creating a lot of pages, someone could possibly forget to update the URL within the token, so can we add the above line with JS dynamically? I tried to use this script https://gist.github.com/krschmidt/9d46d1d080454b55f8cf , but the <link> doesn't show up in the source code and also people are not 100% sure if Google will count this.   My hope is to have such script and add it to our landing page template. This way it should work automatically, without tokens or interference from our side.   Thanks, Yavor

Hi All,   We have a different API (not Marketo) forms on our website that allow people to opt-in for future e-mail communications by checking a checkbox  (related to the Opt-in field which is boolean). If they check it, they get opted in, if not they don't. Unfortunately, we've discovered that if someone who previously opted-in does not check the opt-in box on their next form submission, they then get opted-out as the checkbox returns a false to Marketo.  We can't hide the checkbox for the people who are already subscribed since it is one-way integration from API forms to Marketo.  What to do in Marketo, to be able to ignore the false opted-out coming from the API forms?   Thank you, Ivelina
