Dear Marketo Community, We are looking for a solution for this particular scenario, please: Is there any way for us to strip out the cookie when an email is being forwarded? Any suggestions or recommendations on this topic will be fantastic! Thanks a lot!

Hi community, I have a campaign running where we are targeting customers to renew their contract. The segment supporting this uses an onboarded trait that we get from a .overwrite file uploaded daily. For example:  123 (DPID) <tab> renewal = segment1 We also send out direct emails to this same group of customers in the segment with a direct CTA to the renewal landing page, and customers would need to authenticate first.  From Analytics, what we are seeing is after the customer clicks on the CTA, authenticates, and gets directed to the landing page, they are actually not in the segment yet. In a lot of cases, I noticed that the customer then falls into the segment after a few days when they visit again. Is this somewhat related to first-hit targeting? I would understand if it's using a rule-based trait, but with onboarded trait I thought we would have qualified these authenticated customers into their intended segments already. I am hoping to get some

As we continue to mature the Audience Manager product with my organization, there was a consideration to use a Customer Data Feed (CDF) from Audience Manager into our central data lake.  As I am starting my discovery and reading about CDF, I am intrigued about how best to communicate it to our stakeholders to get their support for this effort.   With the additional information Audience Manager is providing for each ID (on an hourly basis) in a CDF, what are the best way to sell CDF to our stakeholders?   What sort of additional business insights can they gain?  Why would various IT and non-IT team be onboarding with supporting another file process? Please feel free to share any thoughts you have on CDF....good, bad, and anything in between.  I would love to hear the wide spectrum.  Thanks in advance for your time!

Hiya, We are hosted on ACC v7 build 8894. While the campaign workflows are getting executed and when the interim run results option is checked, there are quite a few temp tables that get created.  These workflows don't get dropped (by the daily OOB cleanup workflow) even after the end user has unchecked that option after the workflow has finished running.  They continue to stay in the database and will only get dropped if you disable all activities of that workflow, run the workflow again that has a new branch comprising of only Start --> End.  Unfortunately, end users don't care of temp tables and don't perform this and hence a lot of unwanted temp tables continue to lurk in the database taking a hit on performance. Is there an easier way to identify such orphan temp tables and drop them?  Obviously, we could exclude the temp tables that we need to preserver (eg: Lists or Deliveries).

We currently use analytics providers to identify and report on which of our Adobe Campaign (v7) customers open their emails on Apple Mail. Is there a way to identify these same customers through Adobe Campaign? Thanks

Hello all, Due to privacy concerns of users, it is more and more required to capture individual consent of opens & clicks tracking and dis-allow tracking in emails basedd on that consent. Currently, Adobe Campaign supports tracking/no-tracking on a delivery level. Is there a way to achieve this on a recipient level instead? Thank you for your kind assistance or any clues.

Hi,Due to the time zone difference, we were unable to attend the live training. Also, the recorded webinar has a lot of glitches in the video, thus making the content of the video blurry and the video is buffering for infinte time. So, is it possible to view the video via some other medium.

Hi I have tried uploading images say 16kb but the code uses ACS named transformation on the image and the image size is increasing say 164kb. Is there a way to retain the transformation of the uploaded image without increasing the size, keeping the dimensions as required?

Hi Team, Is there any way to to create product profile and user groups using APIs ? I didn't find any documentation related to it. Thanks in advance!

Hello, We have a custom sync rule set up to keep various leads and contacts from entering Marketo from Salesforce. This has been working well for us but have run into an issue.   This was primarily set up to keep people without an email address (of which we have many thousands) out of Marketo, but we have a few other rules as well. For instance, if Contact Status is changed to "Past Contact" or "Deceased", Sync with Marketo is set to false.   The issue we are having is that as soon as soon as the Sync with Marketo field is set to false, syncing stops immediately (which is the expected behavior), but the changed field data never makes it back into Marketo; there is no "final" sync. We need these field values back in Marketo so we can remove them from our email sends, delete them, etc.   Short of importing this data back into Marketo or making manual changes, I really nave no way to remedy this. If anyone has any suggestions or has found some sort of workaround, I would gr

I have backend implementation that adds property under preference node. Example /home/users/S/aiowerlakjf_lkjwer/preferenceI am using service user to update user preference. All the users' preference are updating as expected, however there is one user which is replicated, preference of this user is not updating. The only difference between this user and rest of the users is, it is replicated. I am not sure why would this even be an issue. I would appreciate if you can share your experience related to updating users in AEM and if you have encountered similar issues.

Can we use a dialog participant step at the beginning of the workflow to collect the details from author while launching the workflow ? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/developing/extending-aem/extending-workflows/workflows-step-ref.html?lang=en#dialog-participant-step My requirement is to select multiple assets and get input from author on where to move these assets, once approved. Planning to use workflow to implement this. My understanding is that the author cannot give user input via dialog at the beginning of a workflow. Because we cannot launch a workflow with dialog input. It should be added as a workflow step and user input can be given once it is launched. Is this correct? Can someone help me understand how can we achieve this requirement using workflow to get user input as well before we pass it for approval?

Total Exit Rate is 100%, (by page is ok, it is different)The number of exits = no. visitsAnd also no. entries (when pulling entry pages only), is the same as the no. of exits (including individual pages)All the above is obviously wrong,  how can I fix this?

Hello,   I am using this approach to show Custom HTML on my LPs with forms for known visitors: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/demand-generation/forms/form-actions/show-custom-html-form-for-known-people.html?lang=en  Welcome back, {{lead.FirstName}} {{lead.LastName}} {{form.Button:default=Download}} {{form.NotYou:default=Not you?}}   I want to insert a checkbox after First and Last name saying: "I have an immediate project need". Once the person checks it and hits Download, the checkbox answer should be sent to a field in our system {{lead.Immediate Project Need}}.   Looks like I can't just add this to the Custom HTML, so I assume it has to be some JS.    Any suggestions on how to do this?   Thanks, Yavor

Hello everyone. We monitor crashes on a mobile app using Adobe Analytics. The dev team has asked if they can see the stack trace for the crashes, to help them with debugging. As far as I know, Analytics does not automatically collect stack traces on app crash through the lifecycle code. Has anyone solved a similar requirement, and how did you solve it? My only suggestion right now is to somehow insert a trackAction in the app code to trigger when the crash happens, and send the stack trace as a non-linebreak string using context data. But I'm concerned about the character limit for eVars.

Hello, We are making assignments in workflow using the Task Assignment.  There are "built-in" metadata variables like workitem_url and host_prefix.  I have changed the value of host_prefix in CQ Task Nofication config and Link Externalizer but, neither see to affect the URL.  It's a dev machine so, we get http://localhost:4502... Please please please, tell me where we can configure these values so, our workflow is more portable. Thanks,
