We have a Custom Form - Media Metadata - the info goes along with ALL videos produced by our internal Agency. Producers add Links, Business area info, Duration, Media Library info, etc... This form is an archive record. We are trying to set this process up in WF and use this Media Metadata custom form as an attachment to the projects that have Video as a deliverable. Once the Project is almost complete, one of the last steps is for Producers to fill out the Media Metadata form. Once they start to fill these out, we need to be able create a report of all Video Projects that have this form attached and be able to show all of the data the custom form captured. Tried Custom form Report, but that only reports on the custom forms we have created. In a Project Report, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to filter on that form. I don't want to see other projects that don't have that custom form. I feel like this is an easy thing and I'm missing the right menu option or s

We've got a need for a member of a QA team to identify if certain email addresses/contacts are getting funnelled into specific automations and nurture flows. But that person does not have access to Marketo.    They need to make their checks weekly. So my initial thought was to send them weekly reports of members in certain programs. However, they need to also know specifically which emails were sent to the contacts in their weekly QA checks.    Any suggestions on how to approach this?

One more question about using Marketo and Zoom. This time we also have Constant Contact involved.   We have a different group (Outreach team) communicating with our customers using Constant Contact and they have been responsible for handling webinars. For previous webinars, the Constant Contact email that went out to prospective attendees included a link to a registration landing page built in Zoom. All registration data, including what level of schooling, any questions they had in advance, etc. was collected there. Any reports that needed to be generated (registration, attendance, etc.) were pulled from Zoom.   We (Marketing ) now have Marketo and will integrate Zoom with Marketo. We have a webinar planned in November and the teams want to use Constant Contact (email) and Marketo (LP) together before fully transitioning  to Marketo in near future. We will have a following flow:        -Zoom will be integrated with Marketo and the webinar will be cond

Hi,We currently do SMS PURL (personalized URL), through a bitly(shortens URL) way. An email delivery creates the HTML(not being sent) and we use the "View online" link and convert it into a shorter link (through bitly) and send a SMS out. For a customer receiving the SMS each HTML page is unique i.e. has got personalization logic done based on fields in the different tables or data coming from an input file. I am not sure if this is possible using the Web App functionality we have as we do have a lot of personalization based on fields coming from different tables - Right now on what I can see it joins only on the recipient table and don't see an easy option to join other tables. Appreciate if anyone can advice on how best to do it 🙂 Thanks

I have a requirement where I can take time-stamp as input in page properties for scheduled_activation/deactivation. Not able to pass the time-stamp date taken from user to scheduled_activation workflow. I am able to hit it by wfsession.getModel(""). If anyone can guide me for how I can pass this time-stamp for scheduling, to the scheduled_activation workflow from my custom servlet. Thanks.

Hi Everyone, Recently I have migrated Teamsite content into AEM(6.5) and programmatically create pages using sling api. Here, I have simple multitab dialog which is not loading the migrated data but if I author and save the values it was working. PFB for the reference screenshots and let me know if you need any details. Did I miss anything during the migration? Please help here to resolve this issue. Thank you,Kiran

After AEM upgrade to 6.5, we are seeing new metadata property dam:scene7publishpending getting added to all assets and versions when assets are created. How do we turn off this property as this is not needed by business. Is this added by any specific workflow in 6.5, confirm. Please suggest.

I am looking if anyone worked on overlaying/customizing the AEM asset search implementation. I just want to consume its functionality to get the results by sending the search word. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks,Kiran Vedantam.

Hello dear community. I found few days ago the following solution to track the open action on my "order confirmation emails" that are sent to my customers after a purchase. I'm adding the following pixel within the body of my emails' template: <img src="https://abcde.123.com/b/ss/reportsSuiteId/1?pe= lnk_o?pev2=email_open"/>If found this solution thanks to this post and this documentation. My question is the following:Does this solution track IP addresses and if so, how can I 1) no longer collect them OR 2) continue to collect them but in a GDPR compliant manner ? Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi, We are storing some sensitive user information in the HTTPSession, and we would like to clear them when the login token expires.  We implemented AuthenticationHandler, and used its dropCredentials() method to invalidate the HTTPSession. But this only works when user clicks logout button explicitly. However, we also want to invalidate the HTTPSession whenever the login token expires. Is there any way event that is emitted whenever the login token expires, or any specific filter to implement invalidate the HTTPSession on token expiration.  Thanks.

Hi all I'm trying to see how many leads moved from Cold to Warm in Q1 and Q2 this year. I did some interim reporting in May for Q2 and had 311 leads move from Cold to Warm .  The same smart list for all of Q2 is now giving me 102 leads . When changing the smart list to Q1, the result is 0. I was expecting around 103 from previous reporting.   Am I doing something wrong with my smart list, or am I misunderstanding how data is captured/stored, which is impacting my results? Thanks

We're beginning to mess around with Web Personalization, and I couldn't quite find the answer I was looking for.    Say I want to put a widget or a dialog box on my blog that pops up and asks if you would like to subscribe to our emails. Because people are coming into individual posts from search, I want this to show up on any blog page. So I'm going to set the campaign to *blog* so it shows up on any of our pages with "blog" in the URL. And my segment, just to keep it simple, is going to be anonymous visitors. So far so good.   So let's say our anonymous visitor comes to one of our blog posts from Google, and the dialog box (or widget) pops up with the CTA. They decide they are not interested and close/collapse the box. Then, in the same session, they click a link to another one of our blog posts. Since this second page also meets the criteria, does the box/widget pop up a second time? If so, is there a way to make this not happen, so we don't end up harassing visi

Hi everyoneHaving some trouble with a Marketo Bulk API job.  Here's the Python code: # marketo params parameters = { 'format': 'csv', 'access_token': access_token, 'createdAt': '{"startAt": "2020-02-15T23:59:59-00:00","endAt": "2020-02-26T23:59:59-00:00"}', 'activityTypeIds': '[113]' } headers = {'accept': 'application/json'} # first call response = requests.post( "https://(redacted).mktorest.com/bulk/v1/activities/export/create.json", params=parameters, headers=headers ) The error I get is 612 - invalid content type. This is a little confusing to me though. I'm not uploading a multipart file or anything, so shouldn't it be regular application/json? Thanks.

Hi,  I wonder if it possible to use vue.js with Marketo landing pages. I have an HTML code which should render vue variables, but it doesn't work and I guess it's because of the syntax, because the vue.js variables have the same syntax as Marketo tokens. Here is my code (it works everywhere, but not with Marketo landing pages): <div> <div id="app"> <div v-for="show in shows" id="element-item"> <div class="category">{{ show.Filter_category }}</div> <img :src="show.Pic_Link" /> <div class="name">{{ show.Title }}</div> <div class="boldsubhed">{{ show.Location }}</div> <div class="boldsubhed">{{ show.City }}</div> <div class="description">{{ show.Date }}</div> <div class="readmore"><a :href="show.Website" target="_blank">Website</a></div> </div> </div> </div>   and the Javascript, but I don't think that there are any issues with the script or linked js fra

I have a workflow which initially checks if the document has been signed or not. However, my functionality doesn't seem to work.We are using self signed digital signatures to sign PDFs. I would like to know what would be the best way to check if a form has been signed  ?Thank you in advance.Aditya

Hi community, For one of my integrations in Adobe io console, the api insight is blank. With that integration there have been api calls triggered and were successful, can someone please help me understand why the api insight won't be seen? It's been few weeks now.

Is it possible to add a Content-Security-Policy response header to landing pages? I would like to use the frame-ancestors directive to allow specific hosts to embed our Marketo landing pages while disallowing all others. The "Do not allow Marketo pages to be embedded in external web pages" setting seems to suggest that the options are to allow 1) same origin web pages only or 2) all external pages. We have our Marketo landing pages on one subdomain and embed some of these landing pages in iframes on another subdomain. For our use case to work, we cannot restrict frame ancestors to pages from the same origin, but allowing all external web pages seems too lax from a security standpoint.

Hey all, I'm trying to adjust the grouping names in a report from the Role ID to the Primary Role. In text mode, is there a way to translate the ID to the name that actually makes sense for the viewers? Any help would be appreciated!

I've created an hours report that displays the number of hours we have applied to each of our 18 portfolios every month. I would like to show the percentage of hours, by portfolio, as opposed to the number of hours when sharing this chart. Is there a way to display the percentage of hours in a defined period of time?

Hi community, in aem 6.5, how can i customize bold <b> tag into <strong>?i have tried with:<htmlRules jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"> <docType jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"> <typeConfig jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"> <semanticMarkupMap jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" strong="b"/> </typeConfig> </docType></htmlRules>but it seems that the replacement is random (not stable). sometime it's work and sometime no. debugging the clientlibs: /libs/clientlibs/granite/richtext.js i saw the "deprecated" word:and during the this.elementsToChange = clear(this.elementsToChange);the list sometime is 0 and other time is correctly catched!  What i'm wrong? my suspect is related to the "<strong>" tag acceptance.. seems that from this customization the tag is replaced and from another side, the tag is converted againt into <b>. tks,

We are trying to capture Activity Map in our clickstream data feed export. If I use the "no longer used" columns (such as "click_action" or "click_action_type" etc.) I get data, but if I use the following columns I get absolutely nothing :"clickmaplink""clickmaplinkbyregion""clickmappage""clickmapregion"I found this post from 2 years ago and I am curious if there is any update to this between now and then:Activity Map data in Clickstream Feed thanks.
