Hi Team, We are seeing mis-match in orders count because order confirmation page is not loading due payment gateway issue so we have decided to use offline data upload, in which we  will send data feed to s3 and after that website team will do the reconciliation and find the missing orders. They will provide me the file which I will upload in data source. But, as I am new to data source thing, so which column  should I add in data feeds. Because of mis-match I found issue in units, orders and revenue.

Hello, what is the best way, to verify if Users (based on Experience Cloud ID or other identifier (evar)) are qualified for a given Analytics segment? e.g. Segment "Product A High Interest", defined by some criteria in the segment builder - page viewed, Event triggered, recency/frequency NOT "purchased" event. If i create a table with all relevant segments with Visitors, Visits, Occurances metrics, i can´t make out, at which point an ID has qualified and then disqualified. Are there best practices for this? I´d like to monitor all segments, that are then used for Target experiences or paid media in terms of population, qualification/disqualification and performances)

We are migrating to Adobe launch and we have started noticing the large number of requests coming from assets.adobedtm.com domain. We already are seeing 9 requests with the script content on our home page and we still have to add a lot more vendor scripts in Launch, so that number of custom scripts will greatly increase as we go. We want to have the best page performance that we can have, so how can reduce the number of these requests while still sending the data to the vendors? We will probably move towards server side tagging next year, but until then, one way that I see to reduce the number of requests is consolidation of the scripts. Any suggestions?

I have read from multiple blogs, HTL scripting documentation that JavaScript use scripts are compiled on run time and hence they are slower compared to Java use script and sling model. But I do not understand what does runtime here means, would the JavaScript code be compiled to Sling code when it is called by a component? or Would the code be compiled to Sling code once it is installed to the server? Also, if there is a performance overhead in using JavaScript use script over a Sling model, how big is it?I have also read in so many questions that use scripts should be restricted to components. But I do not see any problems with use scripts processing data from multiple components as we could pass arguments while calling them. Is there any reason people prefer to restrict use scripts just to a specific component?

Hi Community, I've created project using maven archetype. Now I want to sync the codebase with git. Do I need to push the entire project codebase to git repo or there is any .gitignore specific for AEM project ? Please help to answer. Thanks

I don't see an easy way to do this.  Has anyone seen a work around to this?

Some pages are throwing 404 in author instance when 'view as published'. The page is rendering fine in edit/preview mode. But when viewed as published I'm getting a page not found error. This is the same with publishers as well. When I remove wcmmode=disabled from the author URL I'm getting the page correctly.  The browser console shows:Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) And the error log:09.08.2021 06:16:44.518 *WARN* [10.43.0.184 [1628489804483] GET /content/path1/path2/path3/path4/path5/path6/pagename.html HTTP/1.1] org.apache.commons.lang3.StringUtils Error while gettting absolute urlUnknown protocol: tel

If I have a two rules that trigger from the same event and one rule at order 50, and the other rule at order 60 - will the rule at order 60 wait for the rule at order 50 to finish before executing if we have "run rule components in sequence" enabled? We are seeing some weird timing stuff going on which would suggest it doesn't wait, but I would like to know for certain.

Hi All - I am new to Adobe Forms and I created a very simple form with Adobe Sign integration. On form submission, i want to invoke a workflow ( which does nothing for now). This setup is working fine in author and i am able to view DOR and submitted data xml file in workflow under /var/fd in author. In publish, i am getting an error while submitting the form:  *ERROR* POST /content/forms/af/demo-form/jcr:content/guideContainer.af.signSubmit.jsp HTTP/1.1] com.adobe.fd.workspace.service.impl.AFNativeSubmitServiceImpl Error occurred while submitting form.com.adobe.fd.workspace.exceptions.FormsWorkflowException: nullat com.adobe.fd.workspace.service.impl.RemoteOperationsServiceImpl.getTargetHost(RemoteOperationsServiceImpl.java:191) [forms-dashboard-core-bundle:3.0.80]at com.adobe.fd.workspace.service.impl.RemoteOperationsServiceImpl.postData(RemoteOperationsServiceImpl.java:145) [forms-dashboard-core-bundle:3.0.80]at com.adobe.fd.workspace.service.impl.AFNativeSubmitServiceImpl

Hi, Is there a way i can download the AEM archived workflows as an Excel report? Can this be achieved using a query builder , Any pointers? Thanks

I am in the process of adding a check box to a form. However the behaviour of the check box I would like is the opposite to what the field is capturing.   example Please tick the box if you don't want to receive news, updates or product information from MHR International example: if New check box = true, mapped to an opt in field = false.   Is this possible, or do I need to map to a separate field to first map to the opt out, and then have a trigger which will control if the opt in field is true or false?   Thanks

Does anyone here has the information on the latest industry metrics for email marketing?

Hi Team, Please suggest me how I can get the word count for a page. We do customisations to the AEM tool.Eg: Page authored has many components . So it should count all the words present on page. Also is it possible to customise the rte word count plugin to count the words on page. Thanks.

Hi All, We are leveraging Super Metrics alongside Data Studio for campaign reporting. SuperMetrics pulls in all our channel data including Adobe Analytics into Data Studio. All channels are working correctly EXCEPT AA. Any have experience working with Super Metrics, Data Studio and AA who have resolved this issue? Thanks

I am working on adding AEMMJML (https://github.com/Netcentric/aemmjml) capabilities to my aem project. I was able to add it using package install but our team looking towards adding them as dependencies to the project. I added appropriate pom entries but the  'aemmjml-foundation' needs node js dependency and I am not able resolve that issue. Here is the pom entry which I have added to my project pom file : <dependency><groupId>biz.netcentric.cq.tools.aemmjml</groupId><artifactId>aemmjml-foundation-package</artifactId><version>0.1.0</version><type>zip</type></dependency> I got below error while running mvn clean install:  Failed to execute goal on project jackson-campaign.core: Could not resolve dependencies for project com.jackson:jackson-campaign.core:bundle:2.2.2-SNAPSHOT: The following artifacts could not be resolved: org.nodejs.dist:nodejs-binaries:zip:win-x64:12.16.3, org.nodejs.dist:nodejs-b

Hello all, I have a custom AEM project which I've built some services/servlet and will only be installing the core module (lets say osgi bundle a) on to AEM. Now I want to add this bundle a into another AEM Project which will consume bundle a's services & servlets. How can I go about adding my custom bundle to my custom AEM Project while resolving dependencies. I would also like to know what to add to my pom.xml's if possible.

Hi, the question is: is it achievable to create a permission for a user to be able to-edit existing pages,-but not to create new pages and-not to publish?  Thank you.

Need to know if there is any OOTB feature in AEM to lock an user account for say 30min if he/she enters wrong password for say 5 times.

Hi, I was trying to add custom fields to content fragment models. I wanted to keep image data as node below to have following schema /content/dam/my-model/image and there will be a list of props related to this image.  I added the new editor type in /apps/settings/dam/cfm/models/formbuilderconfig/datatypes/items/image Moreover I created my custom property definition basing on /libs/dam/cfm/models/editor/components/datatypeproperties/maptopropertyfield and removed "field-propertyName-validator" to bypass the name of the field validation (/ was not allowed to use)  After that I wanted to create example model but in the result I got the error: It looks that AEM tries to add lastModified property for each field and if fails on more sophisticated data structure. Does it mean that content fragment was designed only to keep flat models and I am heading in wrong direction? What should I use to model the composite data structure?

Hi, I have replied to my previous question and have not received an answer so I'm reposting my issue here because I'm not sure if my replies are being seen by anyone. My issue has not been rectified so please let me be more specific about my issue.  On my form, I have a drop down box listing choices.  The item chosen from the drop down list is populated into a floating field which is in the header of a table.  When the table flows to the next page, the headers of the table flows to the next page as well.  My problem is that the information that is in the floating field of the header on the first page does not move to the next page.  The header box on the next page is empty.  The answer I received is still not working and I have additional questions.  Maybe this explanation is better and will result in a fix.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
