UPDATE - smart list still not populating correctly when "is not 0" used, but I have used Ruchi's workaround logic "is greater than 0, is less than 0" and this is populating correctly and consistently. -------------------------------- Hi All!   I'm running into an issue where about 20 contacts in our database are populating on a Smart List where they shouldn't be.    I recently implemented a new lead scoring system and reset all our Person Scores back to 0 (4 days ago). I then ran a quick smart list to ensure there wasn't anyone missed and that none of the old programs where still adding/subtracting to the score. Smart List Parameter - Person Score is not 0   My Smart List populated with about 20 contacts each showing a value for the Person Score column BUUUUT when I clicked into each of the contacts to see either why the score wasn't updated or what program had changed it, I noticed the actual contact record shows Person Score = 0. Also, double checked we do not ha

We are using editable template for building website. It has 10 templates in total and all follow same header and footer. As per editable template, if you create a design dialog in component and it's properties gets stored in polices, in the /conf location  but the problem here is we have to maintain the same config in 10 templates because it is not for the website instead it is for per template.Assume that tomorrow I need to make some change in header section of navigation component then I have to open all 10 editable templates and update the navigation component in order to have consistent behaviour across the site. Actually I wondered  how this works in we-retail website so I take a look how we-retail website it is designed and ended up the same situation. Things tried in we-retail website, Page 1 is created using /conf/we-retail/settings/wcm/templates/hero-page editable templatePage 2 is created using /conf/we-retail/settings/wcm/templates/content-page editable t

Hello everyone, we have a use case where we want to manage the scheduler thru context aware. However we found out that it's not getting the value added in the Context Aware instead it's getting the value from the /system/console/conf. Any advice how we can override it with context aware?

Hello - We moved our property from DTM to Launch as synch and we also implemented Target as synch. Later based on Adobe recommendations in this document (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/launch-learn/implementing-in-websites-with-launch/configure-launch/launch.html?lang=en) we have enabled "rule components in sequence" feature, which created a site flicker. What we have noticed is Launch property was set in synch, but Target started to load as asynch creating flicker. When we unchecked the "rule components in sequence" feature it created a global analytics collapse on our site thus we enabled it back. I am wondering when this feature should be used?  Do we need to uncheck it if our property is set as "synch"? What is the best practice to uncheck it safely? And what are your recommendations in solving the flickering issue? Thank you!

Hello, Our workflow is erroring out due to using IDs in subHisto table that already been used.Is there a way to resolve that issue or could we used a custom script to force ACC to find an unused IDs? Let me know. Thanks! AK

Hi all, Need some ideas to perform the following action; Currently, I am subcribing a newly created recipient to a service (subscriptions); whilst registering, this user has also submitted a couple of answers which I am storing in a custom schema. I have created a template which is used for the confirmation of the subscription and since this automatic, now I need to include some of his submitted answers within the subscription template. What would be the best way to include this recipient's submitted answers as part of the subscription confirmation email? I was thinking of creating a queryDef in the subscription template and pulling this user's latest submission based on max date.is there an alternative solution? This is my user subscription script and storing of submitted answers to custom schema. var recipientId = ctx.recipient.@id; var jsonData = ctx.vars.jsonData; var stringColumns = ctx.vars.stringColumns; var stringValues = ctx.vars.stringValues; va

Hello, We work on data extraction for service campaigns and send out the communication to respective stake holders intimating file details, location etc using Alerts/Delivery step. List will keep on increasing if we keep on adding separate operator group for each communication. What is the best way to store the recipient lists so that we can fetch it dynamically instead of selecting from operator/operator group list?  Thanks!

I would like to pull the list of leads in Marketo that was created in SF (source - salesforce) in the last 2 days. How can i do that.. is there any particular filter I can use for the same?

Hi, I am trying to create EmailTemplate at Marketo using the following endpoint/requestBody via postman, but its not letting me create one. The accesstoken is fine. Hi,I have the Marketo munchkin cookie, as well as Marketo form embeds, installed on my website. I have been noticing this console warning for a while in Chrome regarding its new cookie policy regarding only delivering secure cookies on any website that uses a Marketo form/mkto_trk cookie:A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at https://app-sjf.marketo.com/ was set without the `SameSite` attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5088147346030592 and https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5633521622188032.Since this warning is only applicable to third party cookies, are there any fixes for this planned on the Marketo side?Thank you.cc: @Sanford Whiteman‌

Hi All,  Last year, I was working on ACS push notifications (Collect PII) using Adobe launch and our mobile application integrated with AEP SDK. We found a limitation that we need to create two different Launch properties for two environments - staging and production, since ACS has unique certificates for each environment. Even though there are 3 end points shown in settings in Launch property. Also, there is only one to one mapping in ACS with Launch property.  I wanted to know if this limitation still exist? Or can we just have one Launch property for both environments with two separate certificate keys?Attaching screenshot here. Thank you in advance,Rupal Jain

Hello everyone! We are having a struggle where we need to relate tasks being created via Marketo to SFDC campaigns. I know this is not native functionality, so I would love to know any workaround people have done in the past. For instance, are you leveraging the SFDC campaign token and referencing that in an apex trigger in SFDC?

Hi all! Hoping you can help...   I am building smart lists that target specific audiences based on behavior.    I have been using Clicked Link in Email - contains- "keywords" (performance, engagement, etc) and the same for the "visited webpage" field. I am getting data, but I am unclear as to the sourcing.   I am not using specific links, only key words...where/what is this grabbing or scanning from??

We set all our clients up as "Companies". Each company has a form attached with client and product info. When a new project is opened, we pull some of that company form information via calculated fields into the project depending on what company was selected in the native "Company" field. I want to make the Company field required. Now I know you can't do that with a native field, so I created a "Company" typeahead field thinking I would hide the native company field via layouts. All good so far. I created the typeahead company field but it seems it does not connect the project to the company. None of the calculated fields are pulling info from the company form like they are when the native "Company" field was selected. My calculated field goes something like this:CONCAT("Client: ", Company.{Client Name}," | Client Code: ", Company.{Client Code}," | Product: ", Company.{Product}," | Product Code: ", Comp

I have an adaptive form and a workflow that I need to export.  I followed the instructions here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/forms/manage-administer-aem-forms/import-export-forms-templates.html?lang=en However, the workflow is not appearing nor is the Adaptive form.  I "downloaded" the adaptive form from the UI and that worked but, I still am unable to export the workflow.  Any advice (or point out what I overlooked) would be great!  Thanks. Filters are:/var/workflow/models/CentralCribRequestProcess/conf/global/settings/workflow/models/CentralCribRequestProcess/content/forms/af/ia/centralcribrequest

Hello Community,   A colleague and I were recently discussing emerging email innovations, and he mentioned the use of "email microsites". An article I read describes this as rather than introducing a static message, the email is more dynamic, allowing consumers to watch videos, view image carousels, browse product assortments and make product purchases without leaving the inbox. An example of this is the image from an email below. It's interactive and serves as basically an image carousel.  I'm curious if anyone has created this type of email using Marketo's Design Studio, and, if so, what was your approach? Was it effective? Did you learn anything?   Thank you,   LK
