We have certain pages where we use dropdown filters to display the results based on the filter choice. I want to enable activity map tracking for all of those  links under the dropdown list. Activity map is already enabled on other parts of the site. Also need to enable tracking to publicly displayed phone number (contact button) and email ID (mailto) link.  How do i enable activity map for these links?

I need to connect my Adobe Analytics to supermetrics, but I don't know where to find these information.  While I found the Organization Id and I think the customer Id is just my email exmple@mail.com from the profile settings (or should I watch in another section?)I don't know where I can find the other two.  I also read this questions and the attached links, but is missing some information. Solved: Adobe Analytics API for Supermetrics - Adobe Experience League Community - 329690 Thanks Andrea

Hello All, I have created a new Metadata Profile and is applied it to the Dam folder. When created a content fragment inside the applied dam folder, metadata is not inherited from the metadata profile. Metadata is inherited while creating any asset inside the folder.Functionality is failing for the Content fragment. Is this the expected behavior..?AEM 6.5.6 Version Let me know your inputs. Thanks,Vinay Kumar M

The issue I have seen several time is this. In a workflow, in the Load File process. I "Upload a new file from a local machine" this has UK sortcodes in it (e.g. in format 30-20-10). This file has about 60 columns so on the "File Structure" step I use the "Detect structure from new file" option. Then the UK bank sortcode field is auto-detected as a "Date". Before the Load File is saved and the workflow is run. I got to "Column Definition" and change the datatype for that sortcode field to "text"When I start the workflow that change to text is ignored. The Load File process fails with the error message "TIM-030002 The element 'Month' = '13' is out of limits in the strong '30-13-52'!"I agree there is no 13th month but this is a Text datatype. So Adobe campaign should not be doing that validation. When I go back into the Load File process and the File Structure, it is showing as Text. What is the simplest and most effective method of overcoming this?

Hi @kautuk_sahni @jagpreet_singh_           Is there any plan to bring back the "Ask the AEM Experts" Sessions. I think those sessions were really helpful and since a lot of us doesn't get chance to work on every stack in AEM , these session might help a lot of us in many ways. Would love to see these sessions back ThanksVeena

Hello All,We know that binding variables like session - javax.jcr.SessionresourceResolver - org.apache.sling.api.resource.ResourceResolver are available for use in groovy scripts. We can use this JCR session to execute SQL queries, update node properties. But, we are not closing JCR Session and ResourceResolver explicitly like session.logout() and resourceResolver.close() in groovy script. How resourceResolver and session are getting closed automatically in groovy script? Thanks,Debal

We are using ACS commons EmailService to send emails from the AEM. Till now we are using Adobe SMTP server and now we are working on upgrading it to the our company SMTP server. But we are using office 365(Cloud version). We updated Day CQ Mail Services with cloud account details (host : smtp.office365.com).We are getting 'java.net.UnknownHostException: smtp.office365.com' error in the logs. I just want to check with community on ACS commons EmailService's support for Office365 Any help on this is greatly appreciated...

Hi. I have a smart campaign where "lead can run through the flow every time". In the flow, I have a wait step of 30 days. However, my leads were getting the same email every day instead of every 30 days. Would anyone know why is that? If the lead is going through the flow every time and the flow says to wait 30 days before sending an email, then why were my leads getting an email every day? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Team, I have implemented DCR on Purchase rule, but I checked for some instances it is not firing. So website can do something at their side, that DCR call fired every time. Any help?

Hi Team, How to disable file generation for privacy requests? For privacy requests, even though I disabled "2 Step delete request" and set the request type to delete, it still generates a downloadable file which contains PII data, is there anyway to configure the privacy request module to not generate a downloadable file? currently, a file is generated and valid for 90 days, however, is there any possibility of either disabling this feature to not generate a file or to configure the 90 day period. I checked the serverConfig and the config<instance> file but I do not see any settings for gdpr/privacy, I only found dataPurgeDelay="90" variable under "Privacy request cleanup" which removes data from the nms:gdprRequestData for records older than 90 days.  <variables dataPurgeDelay="90" dataPurgeDelay-type="number"/>

Hi. If I created a Marketo landing page, and used it for a display ad, could I see this activity in Marketo? For example, could I see in a lead's file that they clicked on the display ad that brought them to the landing page? Because this is a display ad, could I see people who are not in the Marketo database? If so, what type of marketing automation could I use in Marketo to capture those individuals and have them become a lead in my database? Thanks for the help!

Hi there,Want to get views on using CRX2OAK tool vs AEM cURL commands for content migration from higher to lower environments on AEM 6.5. Which one is recommended way?

I know the definitions and purpose of Layout Container and  Parsys component. Layout Container:-I see that Layout Container in used in editable template. It act as Container which can contains other component plus it also have feature to divide the columns (12 columns)Paysys :- It act as Container which can contains other component I would like to hear the response on the below questions. Can Layout Container be used in static template? or Is it designed to use only in editable template? Is Layout Container using Bootstrap for responsive or is it using AEM's coral style definition? Can we use parsys instead of Layout Container in editable template? If we have  component for dividing a columns  then we may not need to Layout Container and directly parsys?

We could use assistance on optimizing our calls to the Get Lists API endpoint . Currently we are experiencing long wait periods or timeouts retrieving lists due to the number returned (over 20,000 in our case). We noted in the API documentation there are no filters to retrieve only active lists. Do you have any recommendations for optimizing this endpoint? In this situation, the list names returned are used in a UI, so keeping this endpoint synchronous (versus the bulk async option) is preferred. We have tried changing the batch sizes, but that has not improved performance. We do have that set to 300 as a default.

I got a stupid question, can someone tell what's the difference "repeats" and "every" mean here, what if I choose like below, how the content will be delivered, thanks.    Repeats: weekly  every: 2 weeks

It's found in the workspace table, after a segment is applied, the listed result contains lots of items out of the segment. For example, a segment to Page URL has been applied that the report needs to include URLs contains /troubleshooting But in the table listed, there are a lot of result the URL does not contain /troubleshooting (red highlighted) *I used a filter to short the result, want to list "does not contain", but in above list, you still can see some result contains /troubleshooting Seems the result lists items not in segment, and, the filter in table also does not work? Please help to clarify. By the way, if a URL is in (Low-traffic) in workspace displayed, when I set segment "URL contains", will it get data from very backend, or only workspace displayed data? - which mean all (low-traffic) will not be counted, have to use Data Warehouse to get the full result? Thanks in advance.H

As you can see I've broken down Custom Links by Custom Link Name and got the result. However, I'd like to see by which segment or types of traffic a certain a custom link was clicked. How would I be able to know that?

Hello guys, I am sending Customer Attribute to customerId,age, etc to AA but I noticed that I have no ID matchs in AA and Custoemr Attribute. Any suggestion? Thanks

Hello, Unfortunately I get an error 'Unable to save segment' when I want to update an existing segment. It concerns all existing segments. The content of the segment and the ownership should not be the issue as when I create a new segment with the same content it does not show the error and I am the owner of the segments. Could somebody help me? I do not get the error when creating a new segment or when clicking on 'Save as' in an existing segment. Many thanks in advance,Hanneke

Hi Team, I have created conversion variable eVar16 that has allocation original value(First) and expire after purchase. Due to code issue in datalayer code, I was null value in eVar16, but after making the change in data layer code, that issue was solved. In sever call for particular page URL, data is populating properly, but still Null value is coming in Report.  Also, Page URL total is 19, but total value is around 200. Please let me know, the reason for the same.

Hi there, At times, most of our campaign visits fall under unspecified/typed bookmark etc, any possible reason as to why this happens? We often check our campaign set up and everything seem to be perfect. Could this possibly be an Adobe issue? If so, what is the workaround we could follow? Is there anything we can refer to resolve this issue? Many thanks!

Why the csv data were always in Chinese in the scheduled project? But if I directed send the project to me, it will show in English. My Language Setting：English

I have configured a new property in Launch for our new subdomain. The Adobe Launch Code is already placed on web pages, however, I can not see any data coming in the report suite. Any possible reason?I have been assuming once the launch code is put on web pages then the web pages should get synced up automatically into adobe report suite for general user metrics like unique visitors, page views, visits, marketing channels, activity map, etc. We don't need to create any page load rules until required.  Thanks

Hi Team, I need to track the visits of category listing page, but in category listing page variables were not passed, so I made the changes in the same and set the variables for same. But after making changes, in report it is still coming unspecified and in server call it is coming right. So, can tell me how to handle this.   Note: I have already reset the primary category variable, but still issue persists.
