We have a requirement to show different content (few links in header section) on a page for logged in and non-logged in users. URL of the page will remain same for both users. How to design such pages in AEM. How the caching and validation of users would work on each page requests? @asutosh_jena_ , @arunpatidar , @markusbullaadobe , @vijayalakshmi_s , @pulkit_jain_ , @vaibhavi_j , @ritesh_mittal

Is there a simple way for an AEM 6.4 user to see links from one page to another? I've found mentions of how this can be done at the admin/programming level, but I do not have that level of permission. I'm trying to see all instances within our site where a page is link to. To me this is similar to seeing the resource referenced (Referenced BY) in an asset's properties. Is this possible at the page level?

We are planning to hire several digital agencies to develop and manage our site (CMS) in AEM.  Question can several agencies be provided access to do CMS?

Dear all, I built a custom attribution panel using the marketing channel and first/last touch channel. And I learned that if I unchecked the box 'override last touch channel' for 'direct', the channel before 'direct' occurred got all the credits. So, if visitor 'A' visits the site in order of Paid search > Natural search > direct(conversion), Natural search got credits for the last touch channel. But even though I unchecked the box 'override~~' for direct, I can see 'direct' channel data on the last touch channel table.  Is there anything I misunderstood?  Please share any ideas. Thanks

I'm trying to extract some data using Data warehouse through API 1.4 and this issue has occurred which wasn't earlier occurring.I'm extracting a certain number of metrics and 2 dimensions. However, the json output of the request, I am seeing one of the dimension values appear under counts node which should actually have metrics data only.  Can anybody help me understand why this is happening? Few sinppets-The output should be-While I'm getting- Any help will be appreciated!

I am assuming this is not possible, but hoping to be proven wrong. Here's the scenario:User A visits Page 1 and clicks a Button B that filters the results on Page 1. They click a link to Page 2 from these results.I want to show the usefulness of Button B by showing all the times a page was clicked from the filtered results and which filter they used. Button does NOT have a 'previous' value evar and expires at the hit level.Segmentation only seems to allow me to define the entire visit sequence or before/after clicking the Button B and then clicking to Page (2-100). I have Buttons A-Z on Page 1 as well so in theory User A could: visit Page 1 > click Button D > click to Page 6 > return to Page 1 > click Button B > click to Page 2 > return to Page 1 > click Button F > click to page 11 > leave the site.So using sequential actions I can either segment on:Page 1 > click Button D > click to Page 6 > return to Page 1 > click Button B > c

Hi all,I am planning to upgrade AEM 6.2 to 6.5. There is a section called 'Prior to Future Upgrade' in Common Repository Restructuring in AEM 6.5. Does it means do we need to perform  these Prior to Future Upgrade activities? Thanks.

Hi, I've configured the Day Email Server with my Gmail email, which works because I am receiving workflow emails via this Gmail account, so the configuration is correct. But I am trying to send a campaign email newsletter and the MessageGatewayService always comes back with null. In my class I reference the service:@Reference    public static MessageGatewayService messageGatewayService; And then want to retrieve it via:MessageGateway messageGateway = messageGatewayService.getGateway(HtmlEmail.class);I found that quite some people have had the same issue but I couldn't find any solutions. Anyone have an idea what is going wrong?Any help is very appreciated! Thanks, Alex

Hi Friends,I am trying to send email in participant step. I have written a email service which uses the Message Gateway to send emails. But MessageGateway<Email> messageGateway = this.messageGatewayService.getGateway(Email.class); this line is giving messageGateway as null.I went through a number of posts and everywhere it is mentioned that if the SMTP details are not mentioned properly in Day Cq Mail service then it comes as null. But I have configured it properly because if I select the senEmail checkbox in the dynamic step then AEM is able to send default emails using this. So I am sure SMTP is not something which can be at fault. Do we need something else also so that the messageGateway doesnot come as null. I am using AEM 6.1 SP3.Thanks,Tushar

Hi all, We have a requirement of creating multiple CUG groups for different content hierarchies. When configured, once a non-logged in user tries to access a restricted page from a particular hierarchy, we see the login page. Now the user logs in with certain access as per the CUG group membership. If this user now tries to access content for another CUG group, instead of being sent to login page (where we have messages like 'seems you do not have access....'), we see the 404 page. Is there a way to resolve this? Any help will be appreciated. RegardsRuchi

Hi Team, I have multiple CUG's enabled on my site. User of one CUG gets 404 error while accessing content of other CUG member .we need to have login page of that CUG  instead of 404 error page.If anyone has encountered similar scenario then your suggestions are welcome. Thanks,Gaurav

Hi, Do I have to worry about loss of data when updating the 'List of Authorized Values' in a field in the Profile resource? I just need to add one more authorized value to the list of authorized values. We have millions of rows in it, and I'm a bit nervous doing any updates to this resource, and wanted to make sure I don't negatively impact this resource in any way whilst updating.  Thank you kindly,Johnny Bravo

Hello all, Sorry for reiterating likely simple questions, but here's my situation: Smart List: - Trigger = Email A is delivered - Member of Program B - Boolean Days Since Last Card Activation (Between 21 and 60 ) - This is for a Debit Card activation - Unsubscribed = False   Flow Steps: - Wait = 15 Days - Send Email B   Thought process is this: 1) Customer gets Email A, triggering the next step listed above 2) After 15 days the customer will get Email B   The question is: Does the Smart List criteria continually update until the 15 days is over and Email B is sent? Essentially the point of this is a reminder email if a customer has not activated their debit card by the time Email B is ready to send. 21 days after a first activation email and before 60 days (Where Email B is in the process).

This used to be called the MCA, but I'm not sure if it still has the same name. Apparently this certification used to last forever, however, now I am seeing on Adobe's website that all of their certifications expire in two years. Does anyone know how long the MCA or Adobe Certified Professional certificate lasts?   Thanks!

Hi,   We have been trying to add emojis to one of our landing pages, adding it inside a Rich Text Box editor. We've tried adding it directly to the HTML code as 🦁 and even copying directly the emoji from and pasting it in the RTE. When we save the RTE, the emoji is showing up ok inside the page but as soon as we preview or approve the whole page, all the content included in the RTE below the emoji is removed and deleted completely.   Has anyone experienced something like this before? Is there a way to be able to add emojis to a LP?   Thanks!

Hi everyone, Is there a way to update an Options value directly from within a workflow? I need to set one value at the beginning of the workflow and another one at the end of the workflow as it completes. I've tried the setOption function in a couple different nodes now, but they all kept erring out.  Thank you,Jim

Hi folksI have a ask to generate PDF file which has blank pdf assembled with main pdf.I had generated main PDF from XDP using OutputService.generatePDFOutput() and received a aemfd document PDF.Now i have DDX file which is like below and I am not what I should be putting in 1st child <PDF source="<Name or Path...." tag.<DDX xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/DDX/1.0/"> <PDF result="PDFWithblankPage"> <!--Add this page to ddx_pageList--> <PDF source="<Name or Path for main PDF>"/> <PDF source="<Network Drive>/blank.pdf"/> </PDF> </DDX> I have checked the DDX file operation and it is working fine if I generate a static PDF, copy it at physical location with some name to PDF and provide the same Name to this DDX file. And it generates the desired PDF with blank page. However I dont want intermediate PDF to be saved to a location and then pass to DDX as it will result in many temp PDFs getting created at that loc

Howdy! I'm using the API to create a new segment and when the response comes back (as a 200), tags is just an empty array. Am I doing something wrong or is this some kind of bug with the API? POST to https://analytics.adobe.io/api/kroger1/segments?expansion=tagsAlso, it seems that no matter what ownerID I use, I am the owner of the segment created. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Payload: { "name": "chris-test-segment", "description": "A segment created using the Adobe REST API", "rsid": "MYRSID", "owner": { "id": OWNERID }, "definition": { "container": { "context": "hits", "func": "container", "pred": { "str": "my-test_A", "val": { "func": "attr", "name": "variables/evar171" }, "func": "contains", "description": "AB Test: Groups (v171)" } }, "func": "segment", "version": [ 1, 0, 0 ] }, "tags": [ { "id": 119957, "name": "ABTesting",
