Hi. What is the difference between the unsubscribes in an Engagement Stream performance report versus Email performance report? I am not understanding what I am seeing. In the engagement stream performance report, I see 2 unsubscribers. In the email performance report, I see 72 unsubscribers. Can someone tell me why the big difference between the two numbers? I would like to know what the total number of unsubscribers since the initial launch of my engagement program, which started in Feb. 2021.There is no way that only 2 people have unsubscribed since the launch date. 72 unsubscribers seems reasonable, but I do not want jump to conclusions that this is the correct number. Thanks for the help.

I'm trying to append the lead's language to unsubscribe html text via a token. Each piece seems to work correctly on its own. When I send a sample, the script inside of the token is just added to the end of the URL. My token is #if(!$lead.language.isEmpty()) #if($lead.language.toLowerCase() == "english") #set($LANG = "en" ) #else #if($lead.language.toLowerCase() == "chinese") #set($LANG = "cn" ) #else #if($lead.language.toLowerCase() == "spanish") #set($LANG = "es" ) #else #if($lead.language.toLowerCase() == "portuguese") #set($LANG = "pt" ) #else #if($lead.language.toLowerCase() == "russian") #set($LANG = "ru" ) #else #set($LANG = "en") #end #end #end #end #end #else #set($LANG = "en") #end $LANG  My Unsubscribe HTML is <p style="background-color:#ffffff;"><div style="color: #4f4f4f; text-align: center; font-family: 'Gulfstream Horizon',Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10.5px;">This email was s

Enable "Debug" in HTML library Manager through configMgr, then the form editor report lots of css and JS errors for 49 times:Refused to apply style from 'http://localhost:4502/var/clientlibs/libs/granite/ui/clientlibs/quickactions/less/generated/quickaction-default.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled. I see some solutions for Angular or other JS frameworks. Any idea how to resolve this in AEM granite? I just want each css and Javascript in its own file to easy to debug or view.

We have subscription forms where preferences can be selected. When a member fills this form, a new member is created within Marketo (unless they are present already). A member can opt for any/all of 6 preferences. We would like to keep track of how many members have subscribed to each of the preferences everyday. This is done using a trigger where if data value changes from False to True for a particular preference then the datestamp is stored in another column corresponding to that preference.    Even though the preference columns work as they should, this automation doesn't seem to work since the datestamp fields are left empty. Do triggers not work for new members?  Or any other reason the automation doesn't work? Thanks!

Hi all!I'm trying to deliver a test on 4 different pages. For instance, four different product pages. My first thought was to go into the page delivery and add a template rule "Or" to do a "URL Contains" for each page. What I've found is that you can only do one "Or" in template rules, and the rest must be "Ands". Therefore, I can only extend an activity to two pages using Page Delivery.Has anyone had experience delivering a test to more than two pages without running multiple activities to span those pages? Thanks!

Dear All, I am following the Luma Tutorial for Adobe AEP platform, however I don't see the Edge Configuration option as described in the article. Could be an issue of permission or access or am I missing some other steps? Can someone please help? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/platform-learn/getting-started-for-data-architects-and-data-engineers/ingest-streaming-data.html?lang=en#create-an-edge-configuration    Another issue is that creating the HTTP API steps, don't see the target dataset screen. Instead I get the below screen wherein it is asking to upload. Which data is expected here? There are no steps provided in this step. Need help to shared your experience and root cause if possible.   Best Regards,Vipin

Hi All, I have a requirement to get all the PDF assets from dam (general folder). Following is the folder structure pattern where <schoolcode> is a 5 digit number (could be more than 1500 codes)./content/dam/anc/school/<schoolcode>/general//content/dam/anc/school/<schoolcode>/misc/I am using AEM 6.5.

Is there a publicly available list of which referring domains Adobe considers to be search engines? The "Search Engine - Natural" dimension provides a friendly name rather than the referring domain, and applying a segment in which "Search Engine-Natural" exists to Referring Domains is resulting in a lot of domains that are definitely not search engines. I can use a segment in which "Referrer Type" equals "Search Engines", which works better, but was curious as to whether there was an official list.

In my apps package filter.xml i have give as below:<filter root="/apps/site"> <include pattern="/apps/site/components"/> <include pattern="/apps/site/config"/> <include pattern="/apps/site/config(.*)?"/> <include pattern="/apps/site/install"/> <include pattern="/apps/site/pages"/> <include pattern="/apps/site/templates"/> </filter>With the above code, when I am deploying my package, any new folders/files created are getting updated in crxde any existing html file changes are getting updated in crxde but changes to component dialog.xml are not getting updated in crxde (to explain, I make changes directly in one of the component dialog in crxde and then i deploy my package. The changes I did are not getting udpated from my codebase is the problem)So then I add the below pattern as well to the filter.xml and it works.<include pattern="/apps/site/components(/.*)"/>Can someone help me if we need to include bot

Hi Team, In one of the delivery template we have a post processing workflow which triggers with external signal when the delivery is ran in any workflow. When the same delivery template is used and ran at the same time from different workflows the external signal in the post processing is only taking the first workflow data(this workflow which might have ran 2 seconds earlier than the 2nd workflow) in to it..Is there anyway we can control this or anyway in which we can make the post processing workflow take all the deliveries data which comes simultaneously. Thanks,Greeshma

Hi All, We have a content fragment template which has date field  and Time Zone dropdown. Now our requirement is that when the author selects a date and the time zone we want the date to be saved in the author selected time zone format. For example , if author has entered date as "May 21,2021 11:29 am" and selected Time zone as "UTC+8: Hong Kong, Beijing, Kaula Lumpur"  then instead of saving the date  as "2021-05-21T11:29:00.000+05:30" it should be saved like "2021-05-21T11:29:00.000+08:00"  which is author selected time zone format. One approach we are planning is to invoke a listener or a javascript function when the author tries to save the content fragment. Please suggest if anyone has come up with the similar kind of use-case and solved it. Also the approach taken to achieve the same.

We have requests coming in that will end up on our 3 year roadmap. We want to convert those requests into holding projects for reporting/tracking purposes. We'd like for the request status to equal "ROADMAP" when the resolving project status is "ROADMAP". Thank you!

Hi, I was wondering if there is any plans to make Vue.js a 1st class framework, similar to React and Angular? Thanks!

We were using Omniture 1.3 API in our production and got decommissioned. Have urgent need to migrate to API 2.0 but not finding any Java client code that works with your 2.0 API to get OAuth token. Could you please help with Java client code to get OAuth 2.0 token and run the reports?

Hi all, I'm wondering if someone knows if it is possible to post data to a Marketo form via https data re-post for example just using the link like this one directly in the browser: app-xxx000.marketo.com/index.php/leadCapture/save?formid=1000&munchkinId=000-XXX-000&Email=test@test.com&FirstName=Test&LastName=TestSurname When testing the link (of course using proper Marketo instance, munchkin & form IDs for our instance) I get the following error: {"error":true,"errorCode":500,"errorType":"serverError","message":"Parsing a Body as FormData requires a Content-Type header."} Do you know what is this error and how can it be solved? I can't find it in the Marketo error codes documentation... (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/error-codes/). Is the approach I'm describing possible at all? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, We have a set of content fragment templates with content reference fields that allow you to select images. Sample config:  <imageField jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="dam/cfm/models/editor/components/contentreference" fieldLabel="Image" listOrder="21" filter="hierarchy" metaType="reference" name="imageRef_image" nameSuffix="contentReference" renderReadOnly="false" showEmptyInReadOnly="true" valueType="string"/> When interacting with this field, I can select the image just fine, but is there a way to select one of the image renditions (located at IMAGE/jcr:content/renditions/)? For some background, we have a servlet that returns content fragments as JSON. The image field on this response ends up being a ref

We have Adobe Experience Manager(AEM), Adobe Campaign(AC), Adobe Analytics(AA) and Adobe Audience Manager(AAM).AA is integrated with the website on AEM and generates the Adobe Marketing Cloud Visitor Id.AA in turn sends the data to AAM.We are now planning to integrate AC to the remaining products and the first step as per Adobe documentation is to generate the Adobe Marketing Cloud Visitor Id from AC.Could you please help me understand how that can be achieved?

Hello all,I have created a custom object that uses a switch statement to fill drop-down objects depending on user selections. I'm getting an error stating: "Paper Forms BarcodeSince this list allows for custom text entry, you should specify a data pattern using the XML Source editor. Otherwise, when this list is filled at run time, the amount of data may exceed the maximum barcode size." See below:I could be wrong but I believe the District/CO drop-down object is the one it has a problem with and it is only two characters. How do I fix this as it thinks its a custom entry because the entry text is within the switch statement.  Here is the link to my form with the object:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KNrF8wRtJNE502IFMFML83QtAIFAEA9c?usp=sharingThank you!

I've got my emails set to daily digest, but just realized I didn't see any emails yesterday and none again this morning. Looks like the last digest emails I received came through Thursday evening. I know this community isn't THAT quiet! :)

Hello to everyone  I'm facing a problem when i try to identify when dam events my requirement is that when an asset is being copied, moved or created we need to add a new property into the metadata of that asset, the method that i have is the next one, this method is in a class that implements EventHandler, DAMEventService.public void handleEvent(Event event) { DamEvent damEvent = DamEvent.fromEvent(event); LOGGER.debug("********** EventType=" + damEvent.getType() + " === " + damEvent.getAssetPath()); /* Use case when Creating Assets and Versioning Assets after DAM Update Asset Workflow finished processing */ if(DamEvent.Type.DAM_UPDATE_ASSET_WORKFLOW_COMPLETED == damEvent.getType() || /* Use case when Moving and Copying Assets after DAM Update Asset Workflow finished processing */ DamEvent.Type.DAM_METADATA_WRITEBACK_WORKFLOW_COMPLETED == damEvent.getType() || DamEvent.Type.ASSET_CREATED == damEvent.getType() || DamEvent.Type.ASSET_MOVED == damEvent.ge

So we published the contribution folder to brand portal and it correctly created "New" and "Shared" folders. However the agency partners do not see the "Create" option. Is that because we need to upload that user list in AEM Assets by going to contribution folder, "Asset Contribution" tab and adding members there? If the member does nto exist there, they will not see "Create" on brand portal ---> is that the correct behavior?  If I now add the user by importing them in AEM --> tools --> Assets ---> Brand Portal Users, how do I force the contribution folder rights into brand portal ..will I need to publish the brand portal? Or the rights will be synced on schedule
