Most views that come with Workfront (we're still in Classic) allow the ability to customize and save as a new one but it seems Milestone view does not. I'm sure it is a complicated view to create but we'd like to make two tweaks - add in project reference number to the left of the project name and increase the column widths.

Hi, Is there a way to render the entire AEM page in an experience fragment?  USE CASE: I have a homepage that contains around 10 components. Now, I want to create a replica of the home page in the experience fragment and export it to AT. Since most of my components are tightly coupled and I cannot use the components directly in experience fragment. So, I'm looking for something that will bring the entire HTML DOM for the homepage and render in experience fragment via some custom component. I have tried the below servlet, but I'm getting an internal server error.  import org.apache.felix.scr.annotations.Reference;import org.apache.felix.scr.annotations.sling.SlingServlet; import org.apache.sling.api.SlingHttpServletRequest;import org.apache.sling.api.SlingHttpServletResponse;import org.apache.sling.api.servlets.SlingSafeMethodsServlet;import org.apache.sling.engine.SlingRequestProcessor; import com.day.cq.contentsync.handler.util.RequestResponseFa

We are building content fragments and exposing to Mobile App. Able to get the CF json output when we use direct publish URL  https://publishURL/api/assets/abc-fragment.jsonBut when we use dispatcher URL(setup for our website) https://sitedomain/api/assets/abc-fragment.json we are getting page not found. We do not want to use direct publish to expose Content fragments to Mobile App. So do we have to configure any other settings or dispatcher rules to expose content fragment using a dispatcher vhost domain?  Appreciate inputs.  Thanks.

Hello again Marketing Nation!   How to add emoji to Rich Text Token?   When adding an emoji via Unicode e.g. "😀" to a Text Token, it works as expected - the emoji is rendered in email.   But, when using the same Unicode in a Rich Text Token, it does NOT work as expected - the Unicode is removed from the Rich Text Token after saving, and no emoji is rendered in email.   Any help would be much appreciated! Best, ernie

Hello -    Is there a way to debug a webhook and see what is being passed from Marketo? I thought there used to be more information in the activity log but I am not seeing what is actually being sent.  When I test all the same information in Postman, it works but when I try it in Marketo I get an error.     When we check the application logs, it just says that there is a mandatory parameter missing when calling the API but not what is missing.  So I am trying to figure out what Marketo is sending.

We're currently working on streamlining our email templates and expediting our production process by making all our templates "token-based".  Below is an example of how one of our token-based emails is set up:   This is how the email looks in the editor view:   This is how it looks from the "my tokens" view from the program level:   Is it possible to use this setup for dynamic content? For example, some of our communications are translated into 8 different languages. It would be great if there was a way to be able to use this set up (and not have to create 8+ different emails for each language).

Hi Team - I am trying to get the request through API 2.0 using post man and stuck in between while getting new access token. I have followed all the steps to connect the request. However, couldn't get the new token I guess because of this "Callback URL"  and "Access Token".Call back URL - I am trying to change the URL from the default. it was greyed out and couldn't able to change the value and I don't want to authorize using the browser. Access Token -  This is not auto generating the value after I select "Type" and "Add authorization data to"  and Hope this should be auto generating. Please let me know the solution to fix this issue and hope I can move forward quickly once I fixed this issue.Attached the image for the reference.

Hi Team, We have one organization  but have 2 different domains websites operated for different brands. examplexyz.com & pqr.comWe have 2 different adobe launch script created for above domains and deployed those websites. Analytics data is getting captured in 2 different Report suits vai those 2 different launch scripts.  Now we have requirement, some how we need to dynamically load the script of one domain website to other domain website? Is it recommended approach, is yes any challenges we face?Reason for asking is each brand has its own campaign and markting tags (adowrds/adform) deployed on respective websites, so will that that any impact on those tags if we manage to deploy cross domain scripts? Note: Tracking server & SSL tracking servers are same? One more question, if tracking server & SSL servers are same and user is using same browser for visiting 2 above brand sites, will session(visits) be shared between these visits as both

I am looking for a way to create a Processing rule in Adobe which allows to populate entry source of an event across the visit. As a result value of this eVar needs to stay unchanged across whole the visit. Does anyone of you have experience in that?

What is the recommended way to manage permissions on DAM folders? I see that users can create private folders in DAM and can assign users/groups from the permissions of the folder. Is this a good option to go with. I understand that permissions should be pre defined by dev teams with inputs from business on folders and only admin can set them at a group level from user admin console. Would there be any issues with governance when we give users free hand to assign users to folders.

I can no longer login through package manager on publish instance after installing the latest service pack 6.5.8. I can still through: /libs/granite/core/content/login.html. I'm just wondering if I've missed something in the release notes, maybe?

Hello All,  I have a component called SecondaryNav and SecondaryNavReference and both are having CQ: dialog. In, SecondarNavReference component I'm just calling the SecondaryNav Component via data-sly-resource.On the page, I have drag and drop the SecondaryNavReference component and I'm able to see the SecondaryNav component as well but I'm unable to edit the SecondaryNav component (inner component).Further debugged and found out that the CQ editable overlay is not appearing for the inner component. The same code and components are working properly in classic UI and able to edit the inner component as well. FYI. Below the code snippet: <template data-sly-template.secondaryNavigation="${@model}"><div data-sly-test="${wcmMode.edit}">(Secondary Navigation Reference)</div><div class="navigation row"><div id="menu-page-data" style="display:none;">${model.menuListJson @ context='unsafe'}</div><divclass="navigation-vertical columns collaps

Hi All, I have custom RTE plugins for the touch UI component and sometimes all the plugins are rendering fine and sometimes not. I have my custom RTE clientlibs under the component. This issue happens only in higher environments, not in my local. Provided screenshots below for references. Any suggestions would be helpful. RTE with custom plugins (local instance): In a higher environment(custom plugin is missing):    @14414417 @vijayalakshmi_s @anudeep_garnepudi @ratna_kumar @feike_visser1 @veenavikraman  Regards,Vijay

I have a requirement where I need to search for assets by title or file name. Does Assets HTTP API support the searching of assets in AEM DAM? Or is there an alternative programmatically approach or another API for it?

Hi,OOB workflows were failed. When I checked in the audilt logs, It was failed due to particular operator. That operator was removed from our LDAP directory. now we are not able to start the workflow. Could you please anyone help us to fix.  Audit logs:Unable to connect with login 'ABC'. Make sure that the login is correct and that the account is not disabled. If you wish to stop the workflow, use the unconditional stop. Thanks

My requirement is to create a component which will allow upload of a video in AEM but needs to be uploaded to Vimeo and provide the video URL in AEM so that it can be sent as a JSON to another service layer. Author should be able to upload a video in an AEM page while authoring and it must not be uploaded to the AEM DAM. Instead it needs to be uploaded to Vimeo and it must fetch the Vimeo provided URL to AEM so that it can be provided in the JSON when the service layer hits the API exposed by AEM.

According to pretty much all graphql documentation (read: first 3 pages of google search)I should be able to use syntax like:{  hero {      name   }}and{   human(id: "1000") {      name     height  }} The first page of https://graphql.org/ has examples like:{  project(name: "GraphQL") {     tagline  }}However, this syntax, and the majority of the grapql features, simply don't work with AEM for some unknown reason. AEM wknd has an Content Fragment Model called Adventure with fields with the following property names:adventureTitleadventureTypeetc. So I should be able to do this:{   Adventure {      adventureTitle  }} But this doesnt work. The only thing which works is something like: {  adventureList {      items {         adventureType         adventureTit

Hi,Hoping there might be a way to identify pdfs (we have almost 20,000 in the DAM in a number of folders) that are image-based (scanned)....usually created when the owner could not locate the original digital copy and ended up just scanning a paper copy and creating a pdf. Over the years, we ended up with hundreds of these. I thought maybe a very simple solution would work - in site admin>aem assets and using the search, with "-the" in fulltext, and file type=pdf (the idea being that since the pdfs are image based, there would not be any text to find and "the" is a pretty common word). This actually does find some but also end up with lots of "false positives". Would there be a way of doing this via coding/programming (not something I can do but can pass on to our programmer) or even an "advanced search query"? Jerry

HI all, We are configuring 2 SAML configs for 2 sites in publisher. One SAML config is for SiteMinder and other SAML config is for Ping Identity. In each config, I have added content paths for each site, same ranking, updated IDP url's (SM and Ping IDP Url's) with separate Entity ID's, default redirect paths and ACS URL( ex: https://abc.com/saml_login, https://xyz.com/saml_login).  SSO is not working for 1 site (goes infinite loop) if both SAML configs are enabled. I'm seeing below error in SAML trace. However if I disable one SAML config, then no issues with SSO login. 26.03.2021 04:08:37.400 *DEBUG* [qtp1786311869-8128] com.adobe.granite.auth.saml.model.Assertion Invalid Assertion: audienceRestrictions violated.26.03.2021 04:08:37.400 *INFO* [qtp1786311869-8128] com.adobe.granite.auth.saml.SamlAuthenticationHandler Login failed. Hi,   We have taken the Marketo subscription recently and wanted to understand the best practices while setting up the instance. Also it'll be great if you can share the setup checklist based on your experience.   Regards, Saurabh

Hi All, We have an issue where launchers are not getting triggered in publish instance but works fine on author instance. There are no errors in log files and we have also set loggers for below com.adobe.granite.workflow.corecom.adobe.granite.workflow.core.launcher but still there is no useful info. To rule out the permissions issue, we have provided RMCDR permission to all folders for workflow system users. On further digging, it seems the listener is not getting triggered on node modification (My assumption). We tried even with a simple OOTB workflow but still did not work. It works fine on author instance as stated previously. Does anyone have idea on this issue or what all things needs to be checked. Workflows are under  /var/workflow/models and settings under /conf/global/settings/workflow.  com.adobe.granite.workflow.core.launcher.WorkflowLauncherListener Thanks,Santhosh
