Mytoken is used in the email content and sometime happens that Smart campaign qualifying the records but Mytoken with the empty value.   Thus, Email preview with the empty space.   Is there any way to check if the Mytoken value is empty, not sending the email to that record?

Does Adobe Campaign Standard SMS Channel integrates with Twilio for SMS?

I have a form where we need a field on one page to be autofilled with the text entered in another. The difficulty is we need to allow the user to be able to override the second, autofilled field if need be, so using the same field name and setting binding to global doesn't allow for that. I've tried putting a script in set to calculate. First field is Year1_text.   Value is User Enter-RequiredSecond field (to be autofilled) is Year1.  Value is set to Calculated-User Can OverrideLanguage is set for Javascript script on Year1 field is:this.rawValue=Year1_text.rawValue I can't seem to get it to work.

HI,I am trying to run a jenkins job to flush dispatcher cache and getting below error.<html><head> <title>403 Forbidden</title> </head><body> <h1>Forbidden</h1> <p>You don't have permission to access /dispatcher/invalidate.cache on this server.</p> <p>Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p> </body></html>Command I ran:curl -H "CQ-Action: Delete" -H "CQ-Handle: /content/" -H "CQ-Path: /content/" -H "Content-Length: 0" -H "Content-Type: application/octet-stream" -H "Host:My_env_host_name" http://IP_OF_Dispatcher/dispatcher/invalidate.cache When I login to that dispatcher machine as root user and try to execute that command (or using localhost), I get same error. I know the curl command is good as it works for other AEM Dispatchers. Anybody have any suggestion what can be issue here..?

Hi everyone, Currently, we have created project briefs as a custom form at the "program" level of a project where it lives in "Program Details". Reference: https://prnt.sc/vvnr46 The issue is, we work individually on projects at the project level so it's not efficient since we have to always go back to the program level to reference the brief. Reference https://prnt.sc/vvnsn6 > Reference: https://prnt.sc/vvnu86 Ideally the brief of a project lives within each project (in the left hand pane) and when updated, updates for all programs. Let me know how you are briefing your team in Workfront, and how the workflow is for you. Thank you very much!

Hi All, I was going through the AEM link checker documentation and didn't find any details on why the "Referrer" column or its value is empty when we I hit the "http://localhost:4502/etc/linkchecker.html" url. I believe this column is to show all the references where the link is referenced, is my understanding right ?If yes then may i know why the column is empty ? If not, is it possible to get all the referred pages of all the valid or invalid links ? Thanks,Praveen

After installing AEM on my local and setting up a project/site, when trying to edit a template/page the content tree is empty and there is no content areas on the page so am unable to edit any pages.Have confirmed that admin has full access and all permissions are set. We are trying to implement custom meta along with some OOTB meta data. Our issue is that the last tab always comes up with the "Insights" tab which our product team does not want. It is coming OOTB but wondering if there is a way for us to hide it. We try looking at the - /libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/tabs which is responsible for rendering the tabs but dont see anything there.Does anyone know if it is possible to remove/customize the "Insights" table? We are using AEM 6.3.Thanks,

In Adobe Campaign Classic we have the ability to store a 'prefered sending time' of a customer (read: recipient). We have (external) logic to calculate that prefered sending time, which will differ per recipient. Expected behaviour is that the recipient will receive the delivery on the prefered sending time. If the prefered sending time is already passed (eg; prefered = 7AM, but workflow started a 9AM) then the business expectation is that the email is send out directly. Question: how can I take the 'prefered sending time' into consideration when I want to send out the same delivery to all my recipients?I've read that there is an integration with Sensei, but that (I think) it's mainly handling the calculation of the value (which is already done). I'm more interested in actually using that value in my campaigns. Maybe we can re-use ACC-Sensei logic here? Does anyone know how send time optimization is handled in that case?

In RTE Component of AEM - unordered list by default provides "." bullet list.I need to provide an option to make list with checkmark bullets. If we add some style (by configuring styles nodes) for list, then markup is generating as below.<ul><li> <span class="abc">Line One</span> </li><li> <span class="abc">Line Two</span> </li></ul>so whatever changes made( colored check mark or font) are applying to whole <li> content.i am thinking to insert a class in ul so that i can control default "." bullets behavior with some other list type.on applying of style to ul div my source should look like<ul class="abc"> <li>Line One</li><li>Line Two</li></ul> How can i achieve this in RTE. is any custom list plugin changes required? or can we achieve by properties? Thanks in advance.

Running AEM 6.5.4Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment(build 11.0.5+10-LTS)Have you solved this issue?  We have no problem when we restart AEM, all things seem to work fine.  What appears to be out of the blue, all HTL related pages stop displaying with this same error.  If we restart, we are fine again.  22.04.2020 19:47:06.739 ERROR [10.65.37.142 [1587577626473] GET /ca/en_ca.html HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Uncaught SlingExceptionjdk.nashorn.internal.runtime.ECMAException: ReferenceError: "use" is not definedat jdk.scripting.nashorn/jdk.nashorn.internal.runtime.ECMAErrors.error(ECMAErrors.java:57)at jdk.scripting.nashorn/jdk.nashorn.internal.runtime.ECMAErrors.referenceError(ECMAErrors.java:319)at jdk.scripting.nashorn/jdk.nashorn.internal.runtime.ECMAErrors.referenceError(ECMAErrors.java:291)at jdk.scripting.nashorn/jdk.nashorn.internal.objects.Global.__noSuchProperty__(Global.java:1616)at jdk.scripting.nashorn.script

Hi, recently i created a few reports which i would like to distribute within my company. In order to set the monthly delivery of them directly from Adobe Analytics in pdf format, I should add new users from the admin console. But, I do not want these new users to know they have access to the tool, the purpose is only to deliver reports in pdf format. So, I would like to create new users without sending the welcome email. I think this was possible some time ago, but I have not managed how to set this option.

Hi,   Is there any best practices around email footers? Do we absolutely need social icons?   Thanks,

Note: I'm a front-end developer and not a java developer. If this needs to be handled in the backend, please let me know.I'm working on a project that allows filterable tags. There are some tags I'd like to have populated by default, without the content creator having to find and select them. Is there a way to do that in the .context.xml dialog? Attached is my current code and what it looks like in the dialog box. Use case: I have 2 tags selected. Is there a way to have them populated by default without having to click the checkbox and find them?

We have a use case in on our site to use the core List component for an articles list. We would like to sort the list by a field other than lastModified or title. What would be an the correct way to add another sort field?

Hello AEM Community, We have a strange trouble with UI for /etc/importers/polling.html:As you can see, there is a blank screen. But importers exist under this path: So there is no possibility to manage importers, add new and so on. Do you have any ideas what the problem can be? AEM 6.5. Thanks.

Hi, I have created a LP(with form) in Marketo and want to use it on 1500 pages on external site(hosted on AEM), I would just give a Marketo live link to publisher team and they would use it to create snippet on AEM and ultimately that goes on 1500 different pages. I need to route the Alert email based on the URL that the form is submitted (All 1500 pages has different URLs), please guide me to handle this request in best possible way. My approach - I have created a form with hidden field to capture the source URL on which form is submitted and use it as choices in send alert flow step to route alert email to concerned person, Any inputs in setting up the smart campaign is appreciated.
