Hi,today I come up with a question regarding video analytics. I am using the Videos Report. As you know this report provides metrics like video views, video completes etc. You can get video time viewed as well. But I am missing the average time viewed metric. Ok, you can see this metric in the detail report but you can´t add this view to a dashboard. So my question is: is there a possibility to get a video report including the average time viewed metric? Calculation is no options because the metric video time viewed is not available. Thanks for your ideas, Juergen

We are a publisher and would like to track the various ad types a user experiences during their visit.  The goal is to be able to better understand how the ads impact the user's behavior and engagement on the site.  We are specifically interested in tracking the more intrusive types of ads (pop us, in banner video, etc).  Any assistance would be appreciated and the ideal implementation would be one that did not require additional events or hits.

Hello,          I have a question regarding segmentation logic on Adobe Analytics. I have a list of definitions I have to make within one segment, this can number from the hundreds to thousands. If I want to make the correct statement, a clear majority of these definitions are equals or contains. This has led me to do a very manual process to build this type of list. I wanted to understand a way to better automate this process using if then logic with Adobe Segmentation rules. Is there something I am missing using the contains field for example, to do a complex segmentation.Goal: Within a segment, I would like to make one definition of a dimension that can catch multiple values that I am aiming at. While doing this I dont want it to be a catch all like contains any, I would prefer multiple contains logic. Thanks,Tim

HiIs it possible that I can come up with another example than Revenue on Histogram.

Hi,I am using Windows 10. While working on reportbulider i have noticed a few options, like custom filers where a user can enter numbers to fetch top line items, is missing. Everytime we have to select select specific option and choose data manually.Any clue / suggestion or is it part of an Adobe upgrade?? Note - I have already reinstalled reportbuilder multiple time but the same issue is still there. Thanks,Mridul

In AEM 6.4 Workflow we had a Process Step "Set Value of Element in Json" based on "Setting value of JSON Data Element in AEM Forms Workflow"https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/forms/adaptive-forms/setvalue-json-data-in-aem-forms-workflow-article-use.html?lang=en#adaptive-forms In 6.5 I found the Process Step "Set Value into Formdata" out of the box but no description nor documentation. Does anyone have further Details for a proper best practice way to update the formdata in a workflow step (formdata in crx jcr:data either as XML or JSON)? Links, Documentation, Samples for Process Step "Set Value into Formdata"? Thanks in Advance for any Input

Hi there,    I am looking for some help from the community in regards to Marketo Custom objects.    Description:  Recently, we have moved our subscription renewal reminder emails from Zuora to Marketo and we are passing the renewal-related data from Zuora to Marketo custom object 'Renewal ReminderObject'. Then using velocity scripts we are translating the data from the renewal reminder object and reference them in the emails.    Now I am trying to also include invoice details in the emails and in order to house the invoice data I have to create another Marketo custom object ' Renewal Invoice Object'.  Thus, the goal is to pull in certain fields from the Renewal reminder Object and a few invoicing fields from the Renewal Invoice Object.    Issue:  One of the major issues with doing so is duplicate records. Our SFDC instance has a lot of duplicate personas of the same email addresses. Thus, how do I make sure when our data warehouse

Hey,I am trying to replicate the Interesting Moments section through the API.I am able to get an access_token via client_id and client_secret. I am able to get a Marketo ID via SFDCLeadId. I am able to get a pagingtoken via sinceDatetime.  (used July 1 2017) Looking at Salesforce I am able to see this Lead has interesting moments since July 1 2017.Then I try to use this callout to return activity data for this lead:rest/v1/activities.json?access_token=xxxxxxxx&activityTypeIds=46&nextPageToken=yyyyy&leadIds=12953232This is the response:{    "requestId": "aab4#xxxxxxx",    "success": true,    "nextPageToken": "abcdxyzxxxxxxxxxxxxxx====",    "moreResult": true}Questions:Why isnt the Interesting moment that I see in Salesforce displayed here? Why is the moreResult attribute true?  Even though no results are returned... If I use the new nextPageToken in another callout as you would in a more than 300 results situation, I basically get the same response, no real results but a new

Hey There.    I recently created an email template with some new modules including a module for presenter images with a description below. When i go into the text editor to edit the text, the formatting shifts a little bit. When I go into the back end code, it seems if I edit there then it stays in tact. Anyone have this issue before and have a solution for it?   Stefan

We have a requirement to mention path as regex in Custom Authentication Handler configuration, as we are having so many country language combinations. Since we don't want to mention all the individual paths in configuration, so we are exploring whether we can do it with some regex expression.

We are monitoring several subdomains end-to-end data.In one of the subdomain, it's find in AA, the "Visits" from Search Engine (Adobe Default) is about 2-3 times more then "Clicks" in Google Search Console data, which has never been found in any of rest subdomains.(PS: We see there are rest of Search Engines, e.g. Bing, after breakdown referrer = Google, same result: Visits is much more than "Clicks") Any possible reason on settings (e.g. internal URL filters) or tracking code implementations, user behaviors? By the way,If a user visit 5 times, the first time by clicking the search result then add to bookmark, then the rest 4 times visit from bookmark:In AA, only 1 visit credits to "Google" and "Search Engine Type", the rest 4 visits credit to "Bookmark/Typed".Is this correct?  Thanks in advance for your inputs.H

Hi,So I recently added the new participation calculated metric to one of my report builder requests and it seems to have a huge impact on the time it takes to refresh the workbook.  In the past all the queries took about 5 minutes to refresh, but since I added the participation calc'd metric I had the refresh fail three times on me already.  I deleted out 10 less important queries in hopes of trying to ease the total load, and it is still taking well over 30 minutes now.  Anyone else have any issues like this?  I'm only using the metric on two queries, and each are for a one week time frame, for a top ten pages list.  If this continues to be an issue, I may have to just remove that metric from the query. Thanks in advance for the helpChris

Hi -I'm getting an error 7003 while refreshing the RB queries. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dear team, with our analytics team we are looking for a way to identify & segment users that are active a certain number of days in the month. Is there a way to already do this OOTB? If not, what would a custom metric look like that could enable this? Thanks for your help in advance! Stefan

Hi all,Trying to figure out what the difference between these two metrics could be, any ideas? Thanks in advance,Salina

Hello,is it possible to test aem adobe analytics in a cq5 test environment? Matthew

The Data Insertion API documentation is fairly clear on how to send in data regarding eVars and values. However, I am trying to understand how I would use the API to send in data on mobile states (i.e. screen views) and actions (i.e. button taps). Is this possible? If so, are there docs that point out how this is done?

Hi,We have multiple applications(web properties) and adobe analytics implementation is in progress. My requirement is to send push notifications of user activity on application to other application's sales team. For example: Application 'X' is a SalesForce based application used by sales team to schedule and meet the customers. Application 'Y' is used by the customers to explore the products. I would like to track the user's interest/behavior for products on application 'Y' and notify the sales team on application 'X' through push notifications on their mobile. So that the sales people understand the user's interest and can sell the most relevant products/propose a service offering to them by meeting personally or calling them.I would like to know the possibility of this through Adobe products. If yes, then I would love to know which adobe products to be used and the process to achieve this goal.Appreciate your valuable suggestions. Thanks in advanceDaniel
