Is there a link that outlines the support model/lifecycle for the Omniture & Analytics products? Or a discussion thread that I haven't been able to find?Other software vendors have explicit timelines for supporting products, especially legacy when newer, better, faster, advanced toolsets exist. Just wondering when Omniture is going to be sunset.

I've just recently been experiencing an error that says :The specified created timestamp ('2016-08-02T05:03:52+00:00') has expired or is in the futureBut the report details I'm sending is not a date of the future:{"reportDescription":{"reportSuiteID":"****","dateFrom":"2016-07-01","dateTo":"2016-07-30","metrics":[{"id":"visits"},{"id":"pageviews"},{"id":"uniquevisitors"},{"id":"f:607858"},{"id":"cm200000302_55c8098fe4b0a277f2b7cadd"}]}}Is there a reason this is happening now? Because it has always been working from before and it still works on the Adobe API Explorer.

Hello,On our test environment they made changes regarding cookies. Now I see that the s_vi cookie which is being set on production is not being set on the test environment. According to the information I could find in that case the sfid cookie should be set, but I dont see that cookie either. I do see that information is send to adobe analytics as usual. Can anyone explains how this happens and what the consequences are? We are using: SiteCatalyst code version: H.24.2.

Hi,How can I set visitor state report?I get a notification that says that "current data is not supported..." Thanks

Within Site Catalyst is it possible to create a segment to eliminate the roll up within a SAINT category? For example I place an order for 2 products: Product A & B --- A is part of SAINT category Red and B is part of category Blue.Because they are tied to the same order when I look at a report holistically (at the order grain or above) the revenue for both products is stuck together--even if I created a segment to say I only want category Red on the hit.Is there a way to create a segment to only give me Red revenue on a roll up report (e.g. key metrics?). Realize there are other ways to solve for this..such as just looking at the category report and breaking down form there, using ad-hoc, etc, but a segment would be more efficient if possible. Thanks!

I want to break down my device type information that is now captured as Mobile, tablet or desktop into something drilled down into how many percentage of the users are hybrid machine users?Like phablets or 2 in 1s?

Hi,I would like to create a report which will showcase the user journey selections on various pages. For example, user X logged in the application and he selected a field 'electronics', and then he selected 'phones', next he went to another page and selected 'phone model 123' and purchased the phone. Now I would like to see a report with users, category, sub category, product, product model with count. How can I create this report?Path analysis is giving the paths on various pages on the website. But I would like to see the user based reports with values of selections.Appreciate your help.ThanksJohn

Hi,I would like to see what are the pages viewed in a session. How can I achieve this? How many pages in a session is a quantitative value. But I want to see what are they. Please help. ThanksJohn

Hi there,I have a requirement with an objective to see data about pages viewed in a session? I'm trying in many ways but I couldn't find a way to see the data. I have stored all the page values in one eVar and clicks in one event. I'm able to see the report with pages and visits, clicks, time spent etc. But how to see the pages viewed per session? Ex: Do users view more than one page or multiple pages in a session? Also, appreciate help in calculating sessions.Appreciate if anyone help me on this. RegardsJohn

I am trying to determine how to track the search result link that was clicked when someone uses the search www.esri.com/search page. I just want to capture and report the destination url so that I have a report that has the search term and the search link that was clicked or the destination page from the search term used.Is there a method in DTM that tracks and collects the internal search link clicked or do I need to write 15 – 20 lines of code to capture the link click through a querySelectorAll and attach event listeners to each link and push it to a datalayer to be collected?I assume DTM can do some of the heavy lifting using event and page based rules to track the link click. I know that Google Analytics tracks the search start page, search term and search destination page (page visitor saw after performing a search on the site) out-of-the-box so I assume Adobe Analytics has a similiar setup.thanks in advance,Scott

Hello Folks,I am new to Adobe tools. I want to know1 .How does Adobe Digital Analytics store the data that it captures from Traffic, Event or Conversion Variables>? I s it in a DB and in form of tables?2. How can I import this data from Adobe Anaytics into Adobe Campaign so that I can make use of this data in Adobe Campaign to take decisions related to increase campaign effectiveness via segmentation etc.?

hi All,i have check through the steps provided in FAQ below but still cannot fix. any one faced same issue and has a solution ? many thanks!"Cost metrics have to be both turned on from both the Google DFA side, and supplied in the DFA interface, as well as turned on in the Genesis wizard. The first place to verify is that you have mapped a SiteCatalyst event for DFA Media Cost, and supplied a currency code. If you have mapped the Media Cost event, and finish and save the wizard, the DFA omnitureCostData flag will be turned on in the DFA API. This will signal to Google that the metrics should be sent in the nightly file. You can double check via the DFA interface that omnitureCostData is enabled by looking at properties on the integrated Floodlight. Finally, after checking these two places, ensure that the ads that are part of the integrated Floodlight specify cost data and cost structures. If cost data is not provided in the DFA interface, it will not show up in Analytics."

Hi All, I find the reporting in Marketo to be less flexible than I want bc I need to tie the email data to other corporate data in our warehouse. My question is whether the 'Bulk Activity Extract' APIs are the only way to do this? It appears to require several steps (create job, submit job into queue, pull for status, retrieve file). Is that accurate?   Also, when if that is the case, will I be receiving all the same info I get in the Marketo Reports such as Opens, Clicks, Bounces, Click URLs, etc that I get from the Campaign and other reports?    Thanks!

Hello Team,I have created an AF using FDM and when tested in my AEM Instance it was working fine as expected. So since it has to be shared with all team member's, I have created a package of same and included all dependencies in the CRX package as follows:/content/forms/af/<formName>/content/dam/formsanddocuments/<formName>/content/dam/formsanddocuments-fdm/<fdmName>I build and shared with one of my team member, it was successfully installed in his instance. Since same FDM (including Data Source and DB Configuration) and Form are used, it should behave in the same way as it was in my system. But to my shock, the behavior is completely different from my system. There are some Rules written at Root Panel Initialization level and seems like they are not working in his instance properly.I am really confused as to why it was behaving like that, when same code / conf is used without any changes and also we both are running on same AEM Instance Version and every configu

we received several timeout errors in event from 2:00 am to 3:00 am 30th June, which displayed they were connecting omniture service timeout.Timeout configured-10 secondsTracking server- first party tracking server - What could be scenario that this could be happening.Help much appreciated !

Hello, I have been trying to figure out how to enable Anomaly Detection on one of my Freeform tables, but do not have the option as many tutorials show. Can anyone give me some insight on why this is the case and how I can turn on this option?

We want the original request and project to be linked, and need their status' to also be the same.

I have a client that is getting up to 6 to 7 server calls in AA per page. Is this necessary? Common? Best way to resolve?
