Hi all, It's pretty standard to customise the search rail for assets but has anyone ever customised the search rail for workflow inbox? Let's say I wanted to add a different facet to filter the inbox items. I don't see any documentation regarding this anywhere and naturally would be very interested to know if anyone has done this. I have attached a screenshot and marked up the section that I am alluding to.  Many thanks.

hi there, is there anyone who knows how to not to correct 1 depth data if there is 2 or 3 depth data?  for example, as you can see the picture,  gnb: test_company_all has 2 values : "all" for 3depth and "tes" for 1depth (donna why just "tes" came out :(, anyway)  but i would like to get just "all" for 3depth, since "tes" is not the data that i want to collect.  1depth should collect just 1 depth sentence like "gnd:test3" which doesn't have _ in value.  let me know if you guys know the way. thanx this is the regular expression that i used for this classification  1depth: ^(gnb: )(.[a-zA-Z0-9 ]+)[^_$%^&]3depth: ^(gnb: )(.*)(_)(.*)(_)(.*)

Hi Team, Can we use RegEx in calculated metrics? if so please share the link for details

When setting up a delivery template, there is a routing field (on the general properties screen) that allows the user to select an "external account" for routing. These external accounts are managed by going to Administration - Platform - External Accounts. I need to understand that when choosing email or direct mail as the channel for an external account, then what exactly do the different delivery modes mean ( external, bulk delivery, description, mid-sourcing). Can anyone explain these to me?

We are saving values in a field whose length set on schema level as 2000 characters. Before saving, values of strings > 1023 characters are perfectly stored in "ctx.vars.Comments" or "ctx.webAppLogRcpData.Comments" but while saving field value to the schema using xtk.session.Write(xml) method, the values get truncated at 1023 characters. Further we tried updated field through workflow with strings > 1023, it gets updated on schema correctly. Is there any limitation on string attribute length on XML while sending through xtk.session.Write() method?

Hi everyone,   Do you know if Marketo syncs with Salesforce over the weekend? I know the sync is every 5 minutes but not sure if this is 7 days a week or just 5 days?   Thanks! Olya

Hello,I'm trying to block field updates to the Original Source field, as you can see below:The idea is to let this field get populated once and then never get populated again. Ideally a sales rep will select a value for this in SFDC and it will sync to Marketo and get locked in.I looked at the options to block updates and find them confusing. I don't know which one to select.Should I just select all of them if I don't want this field to get updated down the road? If I block Salesforce Sync, will that mean I won't be able to update it the first and only time I want it updated? If the field is empty and I block it, will Marketo update it the first time and then stop updating after that?Thank you in advance.

I run into an issue related with collectPII in my app. After initializing MobileCore and other extension, I am sending device id, and some other details with MobileCore.collectPII method.collectPII(contextData = mapOf( "guid" to "123456", "deviceid" to "Device-ID Test" )) fun collectPII(contextData: Map<String?, String?>?) { MobileCore.collectPii(contextData) }I see initialization of the event in my log as;2021-02-04 13:31:24.565 15626-15802/com.example.debug V/AdobeExperienceSDK: EventBus(EventHub) - Processing event #2: { class: Event, name: CollectPII, eventNumber: 2, uniqueIdentifier: b083364f-77b5-43fc-bb1b-3b97e66ad10b, source: com.adobe.eventsource.requestcontent, type: com.adobe.eventtype.generic.pii, pairId: null, responsePairId: 5e499529-d1e3-4d09-bb61-b00d8dcfb346, timestamp: 1612474284233, data: { "contextdata

Hello!   I have 2 streams in my engagement campaign with transition rules setup to move members from stream 1 to stream 2 after a welcome email has been delivered. Stream 1 only has one email and that is a welcome email whereas Stream 2 is the real meat of the nurture program. I needed to create two streams to send the welcome email on a different cast schedule of the rest of the emails in the campaign. This email campaign aligns with a 90 day demo program which is why the cast cadence is important. Below are my screenshots, does anyone have any idea as to why members aren't being moved from stream 1 to steam 2 and are just being flagged at exhausted? I understand Marketo is tagging them exhausted because they received the only email in stream one, but my transition rules should move them and make this a non-issue, correct?

Hello,I found the script below in this discussion: How do I require a BUSINESS emailI pasted the script in my Marketo landing page template and tested the form with a Yahoo email address and it still is allowing me to submit the form. Where exactly should this script be placed to reject non-business email addresses for particular forms? Any help would be greatly appreciated.<script>(function (){  // Please include the email domains you would like to block in this list  var invalidDomains = ["@yahoo.","@hotmail.","@live.","@aol.","@msn.","@outlook."];  MktoForms2.whenReady(function (form){   form.onValidate(function(){   var email = form.vals().Email;   if(email){   if(!isEmailGood(email)) {   form.submitable(false);   var emailElem = form.getFormElem().find("#Email");   form.showErrorMessage("Must be Business email.", emailElem);  }else{   form.submitable(true);  }  }  });  });   function isEmailGood(email) {   for(var i=0; i < invalidDomains.length; i++) {   var domain = inva

Hi guys, I'm migrating my iOS app from the Adobe Analytics to the Adobe Experience Platform.Previously I used ADBMobile.collectLifecycleData(withAdditionalData: ) to provide some additional data. Which API should I use to achieve the same result in the AEP?I see there is the ACPCore.lifecycleStart(data) which I'm calling in the beginning when I'm initializing the library. But what if I need to provide additional data later on?

We would like to capture and store the most recent page url (from which the lead filled out the form in a Marketo field).  Does anyone have the script for the same?

Hi, Apologies if this is mentioned but I couldn't find anything in Adobe documentation or on the forums. A site I'm working on doesn't use a data layer and currently only passes URL into the Page Name variables. I'm looking for a workaround to pass URL minus domain and query string parameters into the Page Name var, possibly with slashes replaced by colons. Is there a rule for this I can use within Adobe Launch? Assume it may require some custom code. Thanks,James

We're currently using GoToWebinar and the Marketo integration works well for single events.   We're about to launch bi-weekly webinars as a recurring webinar, which isn't supported by the native integration. I looked at bridging the gap with Zapier, but the GTW trigger action handles each webinar as an individual event.   I want to avoid having to create a new program or Zap for every instance of a webinar.   Any recommendations for a webinar platform that supports recurring events *and* will feed leads into Marketo via some form of integration that isn't shuttling CSV files.

Hi, Android AEP Edge SDK lifecycle doesn't reach AEP Network using the same sdk-core as the v5 and the new Edge extension. On iOS side, core and lifecycle have been refactored and it's working as expected.https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/v/AEP-Edge-Docs/using-mobile-extensions/mobile-core/lifecycle What's the timeline the get the same refactoring/update on Android ?

I am attempting to set up our Marketing Channel definitions and am not getting the Organic channel to populate. I was looking for 'campaign code is not set' AND search engine exists. This rule was prior to the rule to catch any remaining traffic with a referring domain into "referring domain'. From looking at our clickstream data it seems that the only traffic making into the Organic channel are those with the old-style referrers that include query string parameters like "https://www.google.com/search?q=what+are+mainstay+suites&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1-m". Why would that be? I updated the rule to not even care about the campaign code since that traffic should be caught earlier and only look to see if Search Engine exists and I still have the same issue.   A rule that is lower in the processing takes all referrers and puts it into referring domains where the bulk of our 'google.com' and 'bing.com' referrers are going rather than being captured into

Hello, is there a way to apply the same segment to multiple panels at once? I see where I can change a panel date and select "Apply to all panels". With segments I seem to have to go to each panel and add the same segment over and over again, instead of apply to all panels. Thank you

Hello - I have a ticket in with Support about this, but hoping the community may be able to answer quicker (no response from Support other than an acknowledgement of the ticket in 24 hours). I have a report initially built in the report builder, which pulls all data between 11/01/2020 and $$TODAY. It's pulls tasks with a name that contains certain criteria. Because I have multiple task name criteria, I switched to text mode to add the other variables for task name. Before I switched to text mode, the report was pulling in data for the correct date range. Since switching to text mode, it's pulling in a year's worth of data prior to 11/01/2020. This is what I have in text mode currently: OR:1:task:name=BPS ReviewOR:1:task:name_Mod=cicontainsOR:2:task:name=Production FileOR:2:task:name_Mod=cicontainsportfolioMM:ID=5bdb34fa00435dfb1b0179ebac27d6a1portfolioMM:ID_Mod=intask:actualCompletionDate=2020-11-01task:actualCompletionDate_Mod=betweentask:actualCompletionDate_Range=$$T

Does anyone have a thought or experience on using one over the other?  I have a request to create a new filter in Author for keywords model and photographer.  Why the business isn't using the metadata (IPTC extension) for these is an outstanding question (are they using Bridge, Capture 1, etc.)  But it raises my curiosity about the recommended use of keywords or metadata? I've been operating on the notion that "tags and keywords" were best for augmenting (personalizing) an asset (i.e., flirty, fun, resort) whereas metadata would be specific (i.e., model, photographer, year, etc).

Hello, As per definition of first launch it captures the first launch after installation or reinstallation. Is it possible to infer that in month of Jan 2021 if x are the number of first launches then x is the number of installs too?

Hi team, Our web lives within another team's website. we are recreating our site with AEM 6.5 React SPA and wanted to check about approch for itegration. If it is react only app, we can include script tags along with matching div name and that should work but since it is AEM app seems like there is some problem on ModelManager side where it is taking a root path of current url instead of our app(just a guess). Any ideas or approch to embed our app in other team's site? Thank you for your time and help
