Solved

Hi, greetings to everyone！ Currently I have 1 main site(e.g. www.main.com) enabled with adobe analytics which under 1 global report suite, now planning to expend Adobe analytics to other domains, e.g.:www.A.main.comwww.B.main.comwww.C.main.com....We want to know if there's a way/unique identifier to identify an single anonymous user across these domains(entry from organic channels), as well as cross browser/device. If has, how should I set it up?  if any specific settings for Adobe launch and report suite. Thanks a lot!

I am trying to add response header, specifically - Content-Security-Policy script-src to requests on resources under /content/dam/ or resources with .png extension.  Should I add the filters on sling? or is there any other way to it directly add headers on dispatcher.

HiPreviously it has not been possible to create custom target mappings in ACS in order to create delivery targets from other resources than Profiles. Is that still the case?Regards/Mikael B

Is it possible to create a new target mapping in Adobe Campaign Standard where the targeting dimension is different from the OOB nms:recipient resource? When I create a new target mapping, I cannot save it when the Targeting dimension field is touched. Thanks,Kornél

Can you help point me to the documentation around various values of Delivery Modes that can be selected while creating an routing account for Email? Thanks!

I am cross-posting this in the remote chance that someone from Analytics knows the answer to this question.Adobe Campaign Triggers implementation uses Adobe I/O to create the JWT authentication between Analytics and Campaign : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/integrating-with-adobe-experience-cloud/experience-triggers/configuring-adobe-io.html?lang=en#adobe-io-prerequisitesStep 9 in the instructions selects an Analytics Product Profile that has been configured specifically for Triggers: "Choose the product profile called Analytics-< Org Name >"However, nobody in Adobe Support or Consulting knows how this Product Profile is configured or what permissions this profile requires for Triggers to function.Does anyone here know what permissions, etc would be required in this profile?ThanksDarrenOriginal post: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/configuring-adobe-i-o-jwt-connectors-for-triggers/qaq-p/39

Hi all, We are trying to use the AEM forms app, from the Google Play Store/IOS App Store, however we've been unable to open our forms from within the app. We are able to see which forms are available in the app, but not the ability to open/download them. The text "Download failed" also appears below the title of the forms.

I have a form where a field is limited as to the number of words.I found a JavaScript that does what I need as far as giving me a Word Count, however it will only show the results on exit, not while the user is typing.I've tried changing the event to "change" or "enter" and other options, but that breaks the code.How can I fix it so it gives me live updates? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks. The code is currently:var cnt = word_count(this.rawValue); WordCountResult.rawValue = cnt.toString(); function word_count(textParam) { textParam = textParam.replace(/^\s*|\s*$/g,''); if (textParam) return textParam.split(/\s+/).length; else return 0; }

Dear experts,I’m working on a project for which we have implemented Adobe Analytics. In this project we create a mobile app for iOS and Android using Cordova. The app can connect to various Salesforce sandboxes (development, production, etc).We would like to have analytics captured only for the use of the production sandbox, however, the sandbox to use is only selected at runtime upon login of the user. It also might change when the user logs off and then logs in to another sandbox. Could you advice us on the best way to set this up?

Hi all ,We recently implemented SiteCatalyst and I am doing the report validation. On the Product Finding Methods report, all the orders revenue shows under Unknown at time of purchase (attached a screenshot). Any idea what does mean ? Why it does like that ? Thanks Kas

Can we track users who saw our ads but came to the sites without clicking on the ads when Doubleclick is integrated with AA?

So I'm working on a proprietary software for my company.  There are 4 types of tokens in Adobe Analytics.  Three of them require that clientID and clientSecrets be created per user.  I see a fourth one -- JWT -- which I'm trying to get.  My question is if JWT can support just one clientID and clientSecret that all users can use.  On various Google services -- Google Analytics, Google DCM, etc. -- only one clientID and clientSecret is needed for a given application that all users can use to access their services.

Hi, I've a couple of pages of one Site Section of which I want to know the preceding site sections. Thus I created a segment based on Hit dimension with the criteria of the pages. When I apply this segment in the "Previous Site Section Flow" I get a different number of total path views as when I look at each page's previous path flow and sum the totals. How is this possible? Shouldn't the number match?

So for pathout reports it seems there are two 'lifecycle' levels:a visit/session (defined as a browsing session ending by 30 minutes of inactivity or exit of the site)a visitor (defined via unique visitor id stored in a persistent cookie)My question is could I have a custom interval defined (i.e. purchasing lifecycle) so that I can set a key-value pair in the cookie, then reset the value whenever a critical event has happenedbasically trying to track behavior by a single visitor, across multiple visits within a custom defined 'interval'

Need some help setting up data sources - We have an application form where there is offline processing done after the application is submitted, I want to be upload a data file with the transaction ID, the latest status of the application and the final value of the application.I have set up a data source with the final value as the metric which is mapped to a currency success event, in dimensions I have set the status which is mapped to an evar, this all seems to upload and process fine however the order status isn't being shown in the evar, all I'm getting is "None". The final order value appears to be working fine and updating the success event but I can't workout why the evar isn't updating, any help would be appreciated!EDIT: I've just answered my own question, the evar is working correctly but i'm only setting the metric for one of the statuses (the final status) which is the only one that's showing. I was under the impression that the evar would be tied back to the application com

The addition of breakdown segments for Data Warehouse was very useful.  Now I'm trying to move some of the reports I've created using the DW UI into scripts using the 1.3 reporting API, and I don't see any documentation of how to specify the breakdown segments. The parameters for the DataWarehouse.Request() call are:{ "Breakdown_List":[ "(string)" ], "Contact_Name":"(string)", "Contact_Phone":"(string)", "Date_From":"(string)", "Date_Granularity":"(string)", "Date_Preset":"(string)", "Date_To":"(string)", "Date_Type":"(string)", "Email_Subject":"(string)", "Email_To":"(string)", "FTP_Dir":"(string)", "FTP_Host":"(string)", "FTP_Password":"(string)", "FTP_Port":"(int)", "FTP_UserName":"(string)", "File_Name":"(string)", "File_Type":"(string)", "Metric_List":[ "(string)" ], "Report_Description":"(string)", "Report_Name":"(string)", "Segment_Id":"(int)", "rsid":"(string)" }I'm able to apply a global segment, but not segment breakouts (I need more than one).  Is this functionality present b

Hello - I am running into a roadblock on a report that I am trying to create and hoped I could get some advice/tips here.  What I am trying to do is:We are going to have several landing pages that a user will come to from various forms of advertising.  The goal is after the user accesses the site on the landing page - they ultimate complete an enrollment form which has about 8 pages in it.  Once completed they will arrive on a "Thank You" page. What I have been trying to do is set up a conversion funnel or a marketing channel overview to track those who enter on one of the landing pages and complete their enrollment by arriving on the "Thank You" page. Thus far I am not having any luck in accomplishing this. I've created a segment for one of the landing pages and added a "within 1 week" they arrive on the "Thank You" page, but I'm not sure how to use this to generate the report I need. Thanks for any input or advice.

Our analytics team has identified that we are not showing any data for videos in android folios. There is no problem with IOS.

We are trying to upload offline data linked to an online visit and attribute that as a success event to an online campaign. To do that we collect the Visitor Id during a session and then we try to use that to import the data through a Generic Data Source (Transaction ID).This is a request example using the API 1.3 BeginDataBlock Method:{    "blockName":"test",    "columnNames":[        "Date",                "visitorID",        "Evar 1"    ],    "dataSourceID":"1",    "endOfBlock":"1",    "reportSuiteID":"XXX",    "rows":[            "04/11/2015/16/30/00",            "2B1CC581852C22E8-400000C0A013CFDD",            "Test"    ]}Based on this article this should be possible https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/datasources/adobe_analytics_data_sources.pdf. However, when we try to do that we receive the following error during the data processing: "Column header: "visitorid" is not a valid column header"Any idea of what might be causing this? Is this a known issue? Thanks

Whenever I attempt to "Save As" the dialogue box appears mostly disappeared off screen.

We are trying to link website visits related to a campaign to offline conversions. To achieve this we collect the Visitor Id of the session and we then use it to import that data using the Generic Data Source (Transanction ID). Based on this documentation (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/datasources/adobe_analytics_data_sources.pdf) this should be possible and the way to achieve this goal, since with Full Processing the offline success events won't be assigned to the online campaign. However, when we import the data the processing fails saying “the visitorid is not a valid column name”This is an example of the request:and this is an example of the error we get: Any idea of what might be causing this?

Hi Team,Can I link an email open tracking back to the visitor? Meaning if I am targeting member's community - these known members will have a mid assigned to them. When they open the targeted email, can I see the mid on the image sent back to Adobe server?I don't want to be using emails as an identifier though. Thanks,Jakub

Hi:I am planning to have some iBooks (Apple's 'book reading' app) on our tablets. We want to collect a couple of metrics - number of times an iBook is clicked, number of pages viewed (swipes on the page to go to next page). I will appreciate it if you can give me some pointers on how to tag.  We are using Tealium SDK.   Thanks,Areef

Hi,In our mobile carrier report, there is a value 'Not Distinctive'. What does this mean ? Is the SDK not able to recognise the value ? The actual problem that we have is that Singtel (the #1 carrier here in Singapore) is not captured properly. We only have 10 counts with a value 'Singtel'. The count for 'Not Distinctive' is a few thousand, so we expect that the majority of the Singtel users are captured under that value.Any ideas ? ThanksRobert
