Hi all, My first post and I am a complete AAM newbie. We have a rule-based trait (and a segment that uses this single trait) that qualifies a customer if they fall into specific incentive programs. We discovered recently that data hasn't been pushing to Adobe for the rule-based trait to determine the qualification and so we have been seeing 0 traits realization. The trait has 15 days TTL. Assuming it worked before, let's say 6 months ago (March 2020), and broke down a month after (April 2020).  Is it correct to assume that:1) Those who qualified in March have dropped out of the trait2) For those who dropped out of the trait, they can no longer qualify back this trait since they are passed their TTL? Even if we fixed the data issue, the traits will only realize for those who were never realized back in March? And so the best bet is to recreate the trait and segment? Thanks,Alan

Hello All, We have upgraded our project from AEM 6.4 to 6.5.6. We are getting blank screen when looked in workflow models Touch UI console. All the workflow related bundles are active. We can see all our custom and ootb workflow models in classic UI and the functionality also seemed to be working fine when triggered from Classic UI.All our workflow models are present under either /conf or /var. We are getting below error log when accessing workflow models from touch UI console. 26.10.2020 06:02:57.590 *ERROR* [198.212.71.164 [1603692177518] GET /libs/cq/workflow/admin/console/content/models.html HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Uncaught SlingException java.lang.NullPointerException: null at org.apache.jsp.libs.cq.workflow.admin.console.components.item.workflowmodel.card.card_jsp._jspService(card_jsp.java:503) at org.apache.sling.scripting.jsp.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:70) [org.apache.sling.scripting.jsp:2

Hello, I have a variable I want to apply Classification to. The format will be something like : %CountryCode%-Homepage-%LanguageCode% (just an example) Where %CountryCode% and %LanguageCode% are dynamically sent by the developers. (ex : FR-Homepage-FR) I want to use the classification to KEEP the dynamic values and change the value in the middle only - to have something like this :  %CountryCode%-HP-%LanguageCode% Is this possible in Classification Rule Builder ? I want it to be a classification because I want it to be retroactive to old values. Thank you

Hi all, I'm trying to create a curl command to delete AEM page cloud service configuration, but can't seem to make it work correctly Server ip address will be used as 1.2.3.4 So, I ssh-connect to the server ip via putty and tried to run this command:curl -u username:password -F :operation=delete http://1.2.3.4:4502/content/companyroot/sitename/en/home/testpage1/jcr:content/cq:cloudserviceconfigs Result: the command timed out with error "curl: (7) failed connect to 1.2.3.4:4502; Connection timed out" I thought that since the server can’t connect to its own ip and port 4502, then I could use localhost, but that didn’t work:Command: curl -u username:password -F :operation=delete http://localhost:4502/content/companyroot/sitename/en/home/testpage1/jcr:content/cq:cloudserviceconfigs Result: nothing. The command is complete, no errors in the console, the page cloud services are not deleted. I tried to record curl command using Chrome development tools,

Hi,I have a requirement to implement image rendition based on AEM components. Each component is having different variations. So I have to run different launchers based on dam locations with different workflow models for each component. I have tried this scenario, The problem is default "DAM UPDATE ASSETS"  workflow is also running when I try to add an image for my custom location under dam. Is There any way of skipping to run dam update assets workflow for specific dam locations.if so I can only run my custom workflow for specific dam locations to get different rendition variations  ? This approach is fine ?

Hello, AEM Community Does anybody have some experience in integration Dynatrace with AEM? Especially I'd like to know about server analytics. Can not find any info about it in the internet. Maybe you found some interesting. Thanks.

Hello everyone, As I am quite new to the world of Adobe Assets I apologize if this question has already been raised and solved. What I am interested in is what are the options, and best practices, for searching for a desired asset via the AEM Assets API? The user of my app is allowed to enter the search keywords which correspond to the asset metadata attributes. Based on the user input my application should return the desired asset which is stored in the DAM. However I am not sure what is the best way to achieve this in Adobe AEM Assets? v.6.5 I appreciate the help

I want to restrict that any recipient should not receive more than 2 email . Tried using  a query on the delivery logs to filter out those who got X emails in a day but was not able to get the count . Is there anyway to do it?. Thanks!

We have been using offers in our email deliveries that contain personalization just fine. For deliveries that have a file extraction, reference to [proposition/offer/view/textSource] is empty.  The text content in the offer contains something like  "Hi <%= recipient.firstName %>" In the file extraction expression where do I get the text field that has been processed for personalization?   Do I have to configure something in the offer space to make this work for non-email channels? Has anyone have an example using an offer with personalization in a delivery with a file extraction, e.g. direct mail?

I implemented the adobe embed api in Angular using Angular sample, now I want to jump to a particular page Example: I opened example.pdf it has 14 pages and I want to jump to the 3rd page, how can I do that. In this https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/PDFOpenParameters.pdf , I saw the property of page which we can add after pdf URL like example.pdf#page=3 so it will directly jump to 3rd page of that pdf. But when I implement that property it won't jump to that page Any suggestions for this are appreciated, Thanks in advance

Hey, I have a page where the form is at the bottom and when they submit, that form section is replaced by a thank you confirmation and a couple articles. The problem I am having is that when they click submit, they are taken to the top of the thank you page which has the same content as the form (some information stuff about our products).  Is there a way for me to add a # anchor link to the form upon clicking submit? I tried doing:<input onclick="#ThankYou;next();"><input onclick="next();"> <a href="#thankyou">Submit</a></input> Any other suggestions? Thanks,Bryce

Hi Community,I really need some help on setting up some monitoring which will give me information when there is an issue with the Adobe campaign UI.All I want is to monitor login and logout, is it possible?

Hey Team, I was wondering if we can create a new dimension in report corresponding to a particular custom-resource or a schema other than ones mentioned(profile, delivery etc) I am trying to leverage the feature of  custom reports and create a report consisting of data pertaining to a custom-resource in ACS.

Hi ,   For my landing page there are two radio buttons 1)yes i subscribe2) No i unsubscribe. Is there any way to fetch the data for a profile to prepopulate this radio button based on user subscribed or unsubscribed to a service? Also is there any way to update the subscription and subscription for new profiles based on the radio box selectionAs of my understanding we cannot  do this we can just map the radio button values to a field in the profile schema an display those values.Any help on this will be appreciated. Regards,Geetha

Hi,We're having issues when using Adobe Campaign Standard in Google Chrome after the update to version 20.4. For some reason, no images are displayed in ACS, neither as a thumbnail for any programs/campaigns/email deliveries, or when editing an email delivery. When editing an email delivery, all the images appear as broken images, both in the Email Designer and in the legacy editor. Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone who did experience this and managed to solve it? Happy for any help, 'cause this is really frustrating...

I have a need to report on templates that have been tacked on to another schedule...the details tab only shows first template used.this actually causes some problems in other areas. help?
