Solved

I've created a marketo email and need to send it to someone who will send it out to their association through their email program- Outlook or other. Can I simply forward and email sent to myself or is there a better way to do this for tracking?

Our status reports are custom forms that go on issues, and then we use an issue report to pull the custom fields. I also have a field on the report that shows a count of all open issues, but I wanted to change this to show a list of all open issues (the names). I have a piece of text mode code that does this on project reports, but I can't get it to work on an issue report. I'm pretty sure I'm missing a link somewhere. Can anyone help? displayname=Open Issueslistdelimiter=<p>listmethod=nested(issues).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=IF(ISBLANK({actualCompletionDate}),{name}," ")valueformat=HTML

Hi All,   I work with a digital marketing organization and provide automation & marketing solutions to our clients. We have created a set of programs (main/master programs) which are leveraged/cloned to setup a new program basis client's requirement. These main/master programs have tokenized structure for creating landing pages, emails, smart campaigns etc. and these tokens have default values assigned to them. At times while working on a client's project, our team accidentally edits/updates the main/master programs which takes a lot to fix and at the same time, impacts on the delivery of projects.   Is there a workaround to limit editing rights for these main/master programs for the users or in other words, can we set these main/master programs as read-only (cloneable) to mitigate this situation. We want to have editing rights enabled to a few users only not the the entire team. Please suggest if there's a solution within Marketo to tackle with our problem.   Thanks

I have created 2 smart lists to see who opened an email on mobile, or not on mobile.  A) opened on mobile B) opened not on mobile   The aggregation of both numbers isn't equal to the number of opens in my email performance report, thats has been defined for the same email over the same time. What can cause this issue?

I am referring to the anonymous IP address field to see if someone has been coockied.   We recently re-synced our CRM with marketo, and in order to obtain as much cookies as possible we have sent a series of mails. The number of people that clicked one of the tracked emails is significantly higher than the number of people with a value for anonymous IP.   See the attached screenshot of the people that clicked a tracked link in the email, only 1 has a value for anonymous IP. What is the reason for this ? How do you count your cookied contacts

Am I able to track on my website how many times out of session total a user clicked on the google translate option? if so, how?

Hi there, in Workspace I'd like to show a set of pages and all of the pages that came immediately after, like so, something like this: PageNext PagePage ViewsPage A 10 Page B5Page C 20 Page D5 The question here is: where did users go immediately after viewing a given page. No, I'm not looking for the Flow visualization that can only look at one page at a time in clunky visualization where page names are truncated to the extent that you can't read them. I want the data itself, for a set of pages. I don't want to include a separate flow chart for every page in a group of pages. Is this possible? A related question would also be: is it possible to create a sequential segment where instead of all pages after the given sequence, you only get the very next page. Thanks

Hi,I have seen similar issues have been addressed on the forum for AEM 6.1 and 6.2. The resolution was either eliminating relative sizes from the custom CSS or installing a hotfix. I seem to have a similar issue in AEM 6.4.I can't see any CSS clash. Is there an existing known issue for AEM 6.4 related to this? My page contains an angular app. After the initial content load in edit mode the height on the ContentFrame iframe and ContentWrapper div increases to infinity.Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hi team, I have added XF component to a page and after giving the variation path to it, it is adding an extra margin to the XF component, due to which a horizontal scroll bar is getting added as shown in the screenshots below. The margin is coming up from the OOTB CSSPath: /libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/xfpage/content.cssClass name: xf-content-height If we remove the margin , the issue will resolve. But I wanted to know what is the use of this class in /libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/xfpage/content.css and how to restrict the usage of the CSS for XF when any variation is added.              @kautuk_sahni  @vijayalakshmi_s @theo_pendle @arunpatidar @briankasingli

Hi Experts,  We have a situation in which a launcher should invoke a particular workflow only if couple of conditions are satisfied. To be specific, the launcher will launch a workflow iff the node has couple of properties set to true.  This means in the launcher configuration i need to verify weather it is true or not. But in the conditions textbox i am not sure how to use the && operator.   For example i tried with isDefault==true && isAdded==true but eventually it did not work. The launcher works fine with single condition. So please let me know if it is possible to use a multiple conditions in launcher config and if so then how? Thanks,Jai

After creating an Inline ad and clicking 'save' - I am unable to find my ad again under Web Campaigns. If I try to search for the inline ad I made by name, nothing shows up. If I try to recreate the ad and then save it using the same name, I am unable to because Marketo tells me that it already exists. Is anyone else having this issue? Any advice?   Thanks!
