I am the Product Manager over the Best Practices initiative that was highlighted at Leap 2020. I am trying to understand what project templates you rely on in order to run your business through Workfront. If you are responsible for building or maintaining project templates, I'd love your input! This is a short survey; 5-10 minutes.https://workfront.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2ubZdohjONra66F Thanks for your participation! ~ Matt

We have got requirements to implement UGC related features like forums, comments, blogs etc on ourwebsite. We got to know from Adobe rep that Adobe has discontinued AEM communities and Adobe Livefyre products as they are not selling new licenses anymore. Does anyone of you have any other recommended products which provide similar set of features and which are used by any of your clients? What is good replacement for these products?

We have a global dialog which has a a couple of text fields and a RTE which is being referred in multiple components using sling:resourceType - granite/ui/components/foundation/include and path properties. So far it works fine. Now we created the RTE plugins and UI settings as separate nodes and we have referred them within the global dialog for RTE by using sling:resourcesuperType. But it is not picking up the plugins when we edit the component dialogs. Looks like if we use "include" to refer a RTE node which is in turn using slingresourceSuperType to fetch the plugins then it does not seem to work.Below are the cq dialog xml's:Component where we have reused the global dialog<globalTab jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/foundation/include" path="/apps/test/components/base/_globalTab"/> _globalTab dialog where we referred the RTE and UI settings plugins<descriptionText jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resource

Hi, I've written JSON exporter with Sling model to expose it as JSON. When I try to drag the component on page and then check it with <page url>.model.json - it doesn't show the component JSON. But, when I get to specific node path e.g. <page-node-path>.model.json then it returns the component JSON. Any idea why it's happening like that? Best regards,Himanshu Singhal

Dear All The business requirement is to use the new font (Antenna-Extra Light) for developing an email template. We have downloaded and imported the particular font in the ACC, but if we try to use the imported fonts in template most of the fonts are working as expected in both email and browser but Antenna-Extra Light is reflected only in the browser not in outlook. What might be the reason for it? Pleas help me. Thanks in Advance

We have recently enabled SSO SAML2.0 Authentication with Microsoft Azure AD. We were successfully able to integrate AEM with Azure AD. Every time when we hit the AEM URL, it takes us to SSO Provider, and upon successful authentication, it takes us to start.html of AEM. Also, users are created with synchronized attributes specified in the configuration. However, we cant login as admin or other AEM users, since the legacy AEM login page is replaced with the SSO login page. Tried modifying the path variable in SAML OSGI Config but no luck we had to revert the OSGI Configuration. Please let us know if there is any other way to achieve the SSO with restricted paths and also with login as admin/other aem users (tried directly accessing crx/de or system/console still it is redirecting to SSO login Page) Followed Adobe recommended article(s). https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/administering/security/saml-2-0-authenticationhandler.htmlhttps://helpx.

Hi,  We've created an audience based on Tracking Log label values. Now I want to to use that audience in another segmentation to build a new audience. However, when I add an Audience to the Audience builder, I can only select audiences with "Profile" as targeting dimension, not my audiences with "ms:trackingLogAppSubRcp:profileTrackingLog" as targeting dimension.  How can I use that audience with "ms:trackingLogAppSubRcp:profileTrackingLog" as Targeting Dimension for further Audience work?

IF Hit depth is incremented on every during a Visit and Visit depth only incremented for a Page View hit AND Pagename is not the same as previous, shouldn't the Hit Depth always be either equal or greater than Visit Depth ? Take the following example with Segment applied ..   Surely if Visit depth was 2 it should have taken at least 2 hits to register so why would Hit depth be at 1 for a (large) percentage of Visit depth = 2 ?

Hi All, I am seeing issues while trying to install the Java helper class in AEM 6.5.3 version. This issues is in particular with the newly created helper classes in 6.5.3 version whereas the ones created in 6.3. version seems to be working without issues. Also, I am unable to read the page properties while doing enhancements in the clases in 6.5.3 version originally created in 6.3 version.I did check in the system console bundle but could not find the newly created models. Could this be related to POM.xml files? Please advise Thanks,Gokul B

I have a PURL site: https://discover.uindy.edu/junior/KayeMcclendon Whenever I submit the form (right side of page), it updates a different record: https://discover.uindy.edu/junior/X2YGTU-1 I do not collect the email address on the form or have any other parameters in the URL. I'm using an embedded form and I dynamically insert it using a token.    I did clear my cache this morning, which might have caused the problem. What do I do to force the form to update only the record based on the Marketo Unique Name "KayeMcclendon"?

Hi,I have a requirement to load a audience list from a campaign workflow and share it with customer service group. The tricky part is that this list needs to be pulled and shared prior to actual email is triggerred. I tried to export the audience list in a list. Now I am trying to pass this list to another export workflow using xtk.workflow.PostEvent and External Signal activity, but now I am struggling with the appropriate syntax and activities I need to use. If anyone have any experience with the technical functionality and can provide guideline it will be very much helpful... Thank in advance... Kind regards,Dipankar Basu

Hello. In our instance of Adobe Campaign, we have a high volume of deliveries that either has the status of 'being edited' or are proofs. Is it safe to delete these, would you recommend archiving into a separate folder or something else? To note, the records I'm looking to remove were from deliveries sent out 12+ months ago and won't be used again. Thanks. Luke

Hi, do you know if it's possible to set-up the initial suit and workspace in Adobe analytics, so when I open it, it will start from the one I want? It's supposed to be based on recency & frequency algorithm but in my case, it shows not the most frequently used or even some which I never used. Of course, I can switch it easily but doing it each day is annoying. Any thoughts? thanks

I was trying to create a fallout of just two events to see a success rate and the numbers that i see both at at visitor level is different than, if i see the same events in a table format. These events are unique so one user cant hit the same event more than once.

I am playing the role of an admin for a couple of  Login companies and I am unable to view the "Show All Scheduled Reports" option when accessing "Components -> Scheduled Reports".  What options should I enable to see this?  As per the article mentioned here, https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/admin/admin-tools/scheduled-reports-admin.html#section_3F167CAAEEC24140B476CF95B7402690I should be able to see the "Show All Scheduled Reports". What permissions am I missing to view this option? Let me know in case of any questions.

Hello everyone,Anyone has the link to open a ticket for Adobe Campaign as partner or client? Thanks,

we have run into some issues with our Data Quality scoring that looks at specifically formatted phone numbers and determines if the criteria is met.    Currently we're unable to require country codes on our Marketo forms (we don't think there's a way to do that) so if people submit their phone numbers without country code, they are failing the DQ scoring. Is this something anyone else is dealing with and if so, do you have thoughts on how best to tackle/address?   TIA

Hi all, I created an AEM project with Maven archetype 22,AEM version is 6.5, and JDK version is 11.0.7. I would like to modify the following package properties and build the package (for contents under ui.apps and ui.content):(1) package name(2) package filterMore specific path like /apps/project-name/components/content/something/somethingAdd other paths outside /apps such as /etc/designs/clientlibs(3) package group I managed to change the package version by running this command, build works as well: mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=1.X.X -DgenerateBackupPoms=false I've tried:Editing filter.xml (under: ui.apps/src/main/content/META-INF/vault) then run the `mvn clean package` command, but the build failsEditing properties.xml (under: ui.apps/src/main/content/META-INF/vault) then run the `mvn clean package` command, build passes, but the changes I made are overwritten to default ones Is it possible to modify package properties when we use AEM archetype? Pl

Hi everyone,   To manage our lead database limits, we currently delete anyone that unsubscribes and is then inactive for a period of time. What I have noticed is that when these leads are re-acquired by another program (say 4 months after they were deleted they fill in a form on the website) they are marked as 'acquired by' that program and therefore reporting as a new lead when I'd rather classify them as 'reactivated'.   So in summary, I'm looking for a way to report/identify leads who are truly new to our business (no prior history in Marketo) vs those who are have been re-activated (for lack of a better word!) which would mean they existed at some stage, were deleted and then re-added upon engagement again.   Any idea on the filters I could use to produce a report of new vs reactivated?   Appreciate your help!   What I'd like to do

I want to capture both landing page visits and those who click on the PDF CTA separately to a specific landing page.  The landing page doesn't live in Marketo but there is munchkin tracking on the page.    I tested using an email address that is in the database and cookied on my machine. The first smart campaign shows that I visited the page but the second smart campaign isn't showing any results. When I go to my activity log it shows that I clicked the link on the page but why doesn't it show up in the program smart campaign? Any ideas or can you recommend a better way to set this up? I set up a Web Content program with two smart campaigns:  Smart Campaign 1   Smart Campaign 2 In process of adding new status of Web Content > Download
