This was already setup by someone before, but that person left. Essentially we have templates set up with permissions that when created certain people/teams automatically receive contribute access. I just created a new team and cannot find a way to add them to this permission set. I've looked at the templates and access levels. Reference: https://prnt.sc/terouv Thank you!

Hello, I have purchased an AEM tutorial from Udemy because I would like to gain knowledge in AEM, but it requires the above-mentioned files. Unfortunately, I could not find a download link on the Adobe website.

Hi,Can anyone please help me with preparation guide (other than exam guide) and couple of sample questions for AAM BP certification exam. There are preparation classes and sample questions available for other tools but nothing for AAM !Thanks,Sneha

The reason why I want know this is I wanna get the delta changes after a specific timestamp from my publisher instance which node has been changed. I can get the added or modified nodes because they have timestamp to tell me when they have been changed, but I can't get the deleted nodes. For example I have a node tree in AEM and it has been full published to my publisher instance. And I have deleted the node "Page A-2" at some point. The node "Page A-2" would just disappears from my publisher instance, there is no any records to tell me when it has been un-published. A piece of my mind to solve this problem is handle the replication event and change the parent node modified timestamp if the child page will be un-published. But I don't think it's a best practice. Is there any other way I can do this?

Hi, We want to change one of our marketing channel name, but are afraid of doing so because we are not sure if it's retroactive. Could you please let me know if we can still see our historical data for the channel if we rename it? Thanks,Jian

In AEM site search is there any way a content author can bring up the page by the page name only and not any key words in the page or the metadata in properties?

Hi experts, I am making a HTTP API call from javascript. The API takes a JSON object as the request body. So I am using the following script for creating the JSON object for request var eml = "abc.com";var fst = "abc";var lst = "com";var obj = {email: eml, first_name: fst, last_name: lst};httpRequest.body = JSON.stringify(obj); When I make this call the API responds correctly. But if the variables : eml , fst , lst  has double byte characters like Japanese, Chinese, Korean characters, then the same API call is failing with a error "Request Body should be a valid JSON object." If I call the API from Postman, with the double byte character set up, then API works. Any idea why it is failing from Adobe campaign javascript?

I've been using @sanfordwhiteman 's solution to re-enable form prefill since last year without problem but recently I've been forced to implement a reCaptcha to the same template that manages forms and requires prefill and something weird started happening.   Some context:The page I'm working on is a webinar registration landing page that uses a custom build API that checks the user's email against our internal DB. The way this works is: - user fills out form and submits - page redirects to the same landing with the added parameter *show_modal=true#member-level* - the member level comes from a public json on our database. There is a large list of possible member levels (or user ids if you will) - I check what member level (3 letter code) the user has and I trigger a specific messaging inside a modal for each case.   The main caveat is that in order for the member level to work I need the form to prefill the data the user just filled so I can check using JS what's th

Hi, We know currently CSRF token has expiration set to 10 mins and token is generated every 5 minutes. We have a requirement wherein they do not want the "CSRF Token" submitted on the POST request to be used again. In scenarios where we have multiple steps(POST requests) in a flow or when you try to replay the XHR request, it uses the same CSRF token for every form submit. Is there any way we can invalidate the CSRF token once it is used and regenerate a new one for the subsequent requests? Thanks,Divya

Hi team, Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Analytics are connected to Data Connector.(https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/connectors/adobe-analytics-data-connector.html#about-data-connector-integration) When the e-mail is generated, 'cid' and 'bid' are generated as Query String at the end of every links. When it is in 'URL + #Id + Query String' order, 'cid' is located between URL ans #Id as followed.(URL + cid + #Id + Query String) However, we want the 'cid' parameter should be located at last as followed example. <Original link> (url + #id + query string)http://www.test.com/test.html#section1?a=b  <Current: Changed campaign tracking link>http://t.test.com/r/?id=abcd,efgh,hijk&cid=A00&bid=B00  <Current: Link changed after clicking on link above> (url + cid + #id + query string)http://www.test.com/test.html?cid=A00&bid=B00#section1?a=b (Do you see the two "?" signs here????

I'm trying to track newsletter signups from a specific form. The form is for something else entirely, but we've decided to add an optional checkbox to subscribe to our newsletter to increase readership.   What I'm trying to do is create a Smart List for people who subscribed to this newsletter at the time of submitting the form. Everything I've tried so far pulls in people who have filled out this form and subscribed to our newsletter at a later point, which is not what I'm looking for.   Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hey, so in Activity Map, is it fair to say that it always sends data about a click on the next /b/ss/ beacon? More specifically: With a Download Link or an Exit Link, is the click to that going to show up on the next /b/ss/ beacon (so not the actual Download Link or Exit Link beacon, but the next beacon)? What about for links that open in a new window? If that page has AA and is on the same implementation, it's going to show up on that page's load, right? What if that next page isn't on the same implementation though? Are there scenarios (like Download/Exit links or new links that take you to a spot where the same implementation of AA isn't) where the Activity Map data is lost because there's not another user interaction and so therefore no subsequent beacon? Thanks for all the help!

Team,  We have a requirement to send attachments along with the rtEvents .  We have implemented one service that will directly talk to the RT instances (cloud) . We are calling the  RT instance rtEvents method and sending the context information. Client  ----> Microservice -----> Adobe RT instance and calling the rtEvent methodIs it possible to pass the attachment url as a parameter to the rtEvent method? if yes, how adobe reads the attachment and add it to the rtEvent? Please explain me the process. Appreciate your help.

Hello, Does anyone have experience in creating slanted modules in emails? Example: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b0/c8/a6/b0c8a6f414876ccf790fa28089e9c24f.jpg I tried using clip-path: polygon in the CSS but that doesn't seem to be supported in most email clients. Any ideas on how to go about achieving this effect? Thank you!

OK, maybe it's somewhere really obvious but I am baffled on how to see Completed Projects within a program in the new experience. Classic had the sub-tabs for Active and All. If I open a completed program to review an old project in the new experience, it simply says there aren't any projects yet.

Hi, I am re-posting this question since i think it was partially answered (TanmayM, thanks!) but moved out without getting an option to feed in back again.I understand i can use the Flow Report under visualization, but instead, i would like to build the same thing using "dimensions and metrics". My goal is to have a list /table and not a dynamic flow.Thanks-G

Q1. We see discrepancy for 'Entries' metrics when we compare it between Workspace and Report Builder, when taking product as a dimension and Entries as a metric. Numbers were less in report builder when compared to workspace. Q2.  Entries are populated for entry page types other than product page page when we look have product as a dimension and Entries as a metric. Is there a different way i should interpret this report.

Hi, many of my time series visualizations (line, area, bar) show missing or 'shifted' time series labels.  I think this happens because we use a fiscal calendar.  Is there any way around this besides creating my own custom time periods and using them in place of the native time periods (day, week, month)?  The example below shows missing months for instance.

Hi All,  After installing AssetLink-configuration package for AssetLink configuration in author instance, observing that it updates default login page of AEM Author instance and added login link as "Sign in with Adobe"In our use case AEM author users are authenticated by LDAP using federated id, whereas users coming from creative cloud app will be authenticated by using enterprise id. Considering above use case not seeing any use of login link "Sign in with Adobe".  how can we remove "Sign in with Adobe" link from sign in page, and any complication we may face after removing it.  AEM 6.4.4 versionAsset Link configuration Package referencehttps://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/configure-aem-assets-for-asset-link.html

Hi ,Can someone help me with how the TTL of the traits and Recency and frequency settings in segments work together.Say, I have T1 (TTL15 days), T2 (TTL 15 days). S1 has rule -->  (freq(T1) >=1) <=15D) AND NOT (freq(T2) >=1)<=15DUUID1 realises the Traits and segment in following fashion:Trait/SegmentDay 1Day  2Day 3Day 4Day 5Day 6Day 7Day 8Day 9Day 10Day 11Day 12Day 13Day 14Day 15Day 16Day 17Day 18Day 19Day 20Day 21T1YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYNNYYYYT2YNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNYYYS1NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNYYYNNNT1 was realised on Day 1 abd T2 TTL last day was Day 1. On days 16 and 17 although trait 1 was not realised within last 15 days but since due to TTL UUID 1 was qualified in T1 just two days ago. So does, UUID qualify for segment 1?On day 18 however, I understand why it would be a part of S1.Any additional information would also be helpful besides this.

Hi Members, I am trying to integrate my local AEM 6.5 instance to a Kafka instance running on confluent cloud. I have written a servlet that uses Kafka Streams to connect to Kafka instance. Now when I am trying to deploy the servlet in my local AEM, the kafka packages are showing as 'cannot be resolved' in system console bundles. The dependency is added in pom file and maven code build runs fine with no issues. Any pointers or suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks
