Hi,  I want to ask about definition of distinct clicks. The manual says; Distinct clicks for the population reached : Number of distinct people having clicked in a delivery at least once. Then the statics should not exceed 100% in my understanding. But I can see there is some case that exceed 100%.Why is it happen? (There were three hyperlinks in Campaign, so I wonder that are affect distinct click)    Please let me know if I have any misunderstanding about this issue. Thanks,Seungyeon

Q. In Marketo is there a way to compare fields and trigger a workflow if a match or tie exists? e.g. set of score fields that hold the same score? Do I need to use a webhook for this?    Basically what I am trying to create is: If there is a tie between a set of 8 score fields (example score 1 = 3 score 6 = 3 and score 9 = 3) then populate a field, e.g. text field named “score-match” with a value of true. Then use this field in campaign logic so it reads if field is “empty or false” then use current product interest field (this is a separate unrelated field that uses highest current score and product interest label of that score) to determine product track. Whereas, if score-match is "not empty or true" then use in workflow to add member to a smart campaign with a priority structure using choices and list membership to determine correct product track. Our stakeholder wants to only use priority of product track IF a tie exists.

Hi All! We have a global campaign launching soon and want to create a Workspace dashboard that allows us to view metrics by time and time zone. Any easy ways to do this? Would this be best in Launch? If so, any documentation around how to do this? Any segments or calc metrics work before we go down that road?  Per the usual, thank you!

Hello, We have created few js data elements based on data layers. The data layer naming conventions comprises of both upper case and lower case values. We have selected the option of 'force lower case' in DTM data element settings. Now, the issue is that while, the debugger shows lower case values (the way we want), the values in report suite(staging in this case) are coming as same as actual data layer values. Can someone please help on what might be going on here and ways to fix it?

Hi,If I create a tag with the name "pröva", AEM will create a cq:tag with:the jcr:name set to "prova" - i.e. the 'ö' is stripped out and replace with 'o'the jcr:title set to "pröva" - i.e. the 'ö' is not stripped outIIf I now tag an asset with this tag, the asset nodes metadata\cq:tags property references the jcr:name of the tag and not the jcr:title of the tag, e.g. the asset will now have cq:tags set to "prova".This means when using the omnisearchbar to try and retrieve the asset using the native spelling of the tag (i.e. searching for "pröva") nothing is returned. This is because the omnisearchbar performs the following query:(/jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, nt:folder)[(jcr:contains(., 'pröva'))] | /jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, dam:Asset)[(jcr:contains(., 'pröva'))])And of course jcr:contains will only look at the cq:tags property and won't find pröva anywhere.I have contacted Adobe support, but they told me to " update the indexes definition so that tags jcr:title are also par

Hello everyone, I am working on the migration from DTM to Adobe Launch. Last year it another Partner migrated part of Adobe Launch but they did not complete it. Basically, they only migrated the STAGE DTM web property but they did not execute any library build. Below there is the only stage that they executed and I have no idea if they checked the choices or not. I am thinking what if I delete the migrated property in Adobe Launch and execute the step again with my own choice? Thanks

I am trying to build some SMSs for one of my programmes in Adobe Campaign. As my url is too long I have shortened it using Bitly.  When testing the SMS with the Bitly link (https://bit.ly/2tTzkdv) it sends through to my mobile phone but not as the Bitly link as: /r/?id=s1e9f4bc0,33a8839a,33a88421Can anyone help me work out how to send the SMS with the correct Bitly clickable link. We have sent SMSs before with our normal urls e.g. www.centerparcs.co.uk/my-account and these work and send correctly. So why doesn't Bitly behave the same? Any help would be very welcome

Is there a way to capture the URL itself in hidden field on a Marketo form? We already capture URL parameters, which is great. But I'd like to also be able to just capture the URL itself (the main part of the URL before the question mark). Then we would know which page the user was on when he/she filled out a given form. The use case is kind of a long story, but it's related to the fact that we use a single Marketo form for all our webinars. Each webinar needs a different Unbounce landing page, and a mobile version of that page too.I'd like to be able to specify in the form that if [URL where the person filled out the form] contains ABC, then go to thank you page XYZ.Thanks in advance folks!Matt

I have used two shoe hide drop-down in a component when I choose one of the drop-down value the show hide option also reflects on the other drop-down too... Is there any solution.. Thanks in advance

Hi everyone, In Adobe Campaign Classic, we have created a custom delivery template with content management forms. In some cases, it is impossible to fill out all the inputs because they display out of the screen size and no scroll is possible.See example here: How would you manage this situation?(Given that, it is not an option to have the view divided in 2 columns.) It looks, we're limited by the screen size/resolution here and no scroll button appear.. Thank you for your help, R

Hello, In a delivery template, is it possible to get the value of an option without using an include (<%@ include option='myOption' %>)?I actually need to include an option in a javasript string : <%var string = "Hello, blabla: [option]";%> Thank you for your help,

We want to resuse the components within multiple sites having different designs. Here, We are having some contraints in using style system as UI team has their framework and are not compatible having style system implementation. Please suggest a better approach .

hi guys, In AEM 6.4.8.0 Service Pack release notes, some of the key highlight is mentioned as "Updated the jQuery version bundled in ContextHub to 3.4.1." But i could see still it is pointed to 3.2.1 in  "/libs/granite/contexthub/dependencies/jquery". Could you guys please confirm on this update. I have created a component "xyz" which has a clientlib with category name "shc-xyz". When I am embedding "shc-xyz" in clientlib-base its accessible in both publisher and dispatcher as below.<script type="text/javascript" src="/etc.clientlibs/shc/clientlibs/clientlib-base.min.js"></script> <link rel="stylesheet" href="/etc.clientlibs/shc/clientlibs/clientlib-base.min.css" type="text/css"> Now I removed "shc-xyz" from embed property on clientlib-base and calling it in xyz.html as below.<sly data-sly-use.clientLib="/libs/granite/sightly/templates/clientlib.html" data-sly-call="${clientlib.all @ categories='shc-xyz'}"/> After this change my "xyz" component is broken when I am accessing it in dispatcher but its working fine in publisher. In publisher "xyz-shc" is included as below in page source but I don't see this in dispatcher.<link rel="stylesheet" href="/apps/shc/components/content/xyz/clientlibs.min.css" type="text/css"> <script type="te

I followed below approach to enable the style system in Static templates. For Enabling Style system I added below design dialogue in my component.<styletab jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/include" path="/mnt/overlay/cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/style/tab_design/styletab"/>1) It is working perfectly in editable templates.working behavior of my Component in editable template. 2) But it is not working in the Static template. I followed the below procedure to enable the style system in my component. After I added the above values in my component design mode, I can see the brush icon in the static template, but I cannot see the values of Quote Block and Test2 in authoring mode.

Is there a way to include the email web browser version / 'MirrorPage' link into a SMS?

Hi all,   I am trying to understand something about our MKTO set up. We are a local (country) office of a global org and MKTO account. The DeDupe rule is email+lead partition ID.   - One method we have of acquiring leads is through a global Fb Business account through which we run Lead Ads. Our HQ then assign a Lead Partition ID based on which country ran the ad, and leads then enter our workspace. - We also have Munchkin API,  list imports, and form fills for leads to enter our MKTO. What we are seeing is multiple records being created in our workspace (sometimes up to 10 records), due to the Lead Partition ID that is being assigned. We are seeing people being placed in different nurture streams simultaneously, and also seeing people existing in multiple country workspaces.   Questions: - If we request this dedupe rule to change to email only, what will be the consequences? - If our global MKTO account then sees ALL same emails as unique leads, how will the merges

Hello Team, I have a AEM project built using Archetype 23 and i have defined multiple content packages(ui.apps). i have same OSGI configurations defined in them. As per the earlier versions of AEM, OSGI will pickup based on order of runmodes. But with AEM as cloud, Build pipeline failing in Cloud Manager itself stating that conflict of OSGI configurations. Where should i set this "'mergeConfigurations' flag to 'true'"? Error:-Configuration 'org.apache.sling.commons.log.LogManager.factory.config~test' already defined in Feature Model 'my_packages:aem-program-project.all:slingosgifeature:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT', set the 'mergeConfigurations' flag to 'true' if you want to merge multiple configurations with same PID @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @kaushalmall

Was hoping to get some help here on when a user who has ever been in our system signs-up. Here is the user journey:They click on an app marketplace and arrive at our signup formThe link they clicked has UTMs paramsThe user completes the signup formOn submit,We submit a marketo lead form that creates a lead in marketo with the UTMs and a campaign then picks up the user via a smart list and assigns them to an acquisition program Our signup form syncs the user with the database, and then creates a contact and account in salesforceThe result: A duplicate lead in Marketo (because Marketo will always regard the CRM as 100% source of truth). So I was wondering what the correct way / best practices way is to capture UTMs and attribute to a campaign on signup?Disclaimer: Our signup form cannot send the UTMs to salesforce as the way it interacts with the back-end prevents it from communicating with Salesforce. This is an architectural consequence that will not be solved. Any

Hi there, I'm setting up a campaign where I will be sending 5 emails to a smart list. Is there a possibility to use filter "3 open emails", in a way to show leads who at least open 3 emails? I've seen that could be done by advanced filter in smart list but there are so many combination and wondering if there's some workaround to avoid that? Thanks!

I created a Cohort analysis and for my inclusion criteria I added orders for visitors who registered for a first time customer program. For my return criteria, I wanted to know how many of those visitors who came back to the site and placed another order. I was asked by my client if I could do the same thing using revenue. The client wants to know what the average order size is for the inclusion criteria compared to average order size for the return inclusion. I tried and could not use revenue in my inclusion or return criteria. 1. Can I include revenue in a Cohort analysis?2. If not, how can I get average order size with the inclusion and return orders? Thank you

I'm currently working on enabling the Audit Trail feature in Campaign Classic however the Audit tab is not under the Administration tab. I've tried to extend the schema and include <element aggregate="xtk:common:auditTrail" name="auditTrail"/> according to this documentation: Getting started, however it's not working. Anyone know why my Audit tab is missing and how to enable it?
