Hi,I have created a footer component that shows n number of links and hides all the other with a show hide button to show the remaining links based on user click. The first component authored works fine but the rest of the components authored are not responsive at all and the toggle functionality fails to work if the same component is authored multiple times on the page. Please find the below sample code of the component:HTML Code:<div data-sly-test="${wcmmode.edit}" data-sly-unwrap><div data-sly-use.clientLib="${'/libs/granite/sightly/templates/clientlib.html'}" data-sly-unwrap><clientlib data-sly-call="${clientLib.all @ categories=['author.widget.multifieldpanel']}" data-sly-unwrap/></div></div><div><div class="outer"><div class="title" id="alen">${properties.mtitle}</div><div data-sly-use.myClass="${'com.utilities.widgets.Multifield' }" data-sly-unwrap><div data-sly-list="${myClass.myHashMap}" data-sly-unwrap><div d

The platform admin role for my company has gone through an internal audit. I have the platform admin group as a child to the out of the box admin group which grants (what appears to be) a blank check for permissions to the system. The item that has come out of the audit is that the users in the platform admin group are able to create and publish content which bypasses the workflow process. What I'm hoping to accomplish is to remove the ability to create content. I cannot seem to find a way to restrict the ability to create content. The steps I took for a different role got me a 404 error when creating a page or site, however, those same restrictions for the platform admin do not work. Has anyone had to limit certain abilities to admin level users while keeping the association to the out of the box admin account? If not, is there any documentation on what permissions the admin role grants so I can put together permissions for the platform admin group I have?

Given a hierarchy of CAC configurations defined at multiple levels, for example: /content /en +{CAC1} /animals /dogs +{CAC2} /hound /bloodhound /dachshund /poodle /cats /de Suppose that I have the resource for `bloodhound` and then I do:ConfigurationBuilder builder = resource.adaptTo(ConfigurationBuilder.class);myConfig = builder.as(MyConfig.class);I can access the configuration properties as needed, but how to get the path where the actual configuration is defined which in this case would be path of CAC2 i.e. /content/en/animals/dogs?I tried something like:@Referenceprivate ConfigurationResourceResolver configResourceResolver;...String contextPath = configResourceResolver.getContextPath(resource);but contextPath always returns /content/en/animals/dogs/hound/bloodhound and NOT  /content/en/animals/dogs which is wha

Dear Members,We are introducing experience fragment for the first time in our project for that we have maintained the same site structure like:/content/experience-fragments/project-name/language-masters/en_us/……for language-masters and /content/experience-fragments/project-name/us/en_us/…… for live copies. But the problem with this approach is while crating a live copy of a pages from language-master, we are have a option to select the target but while creating live copy variation of the XF we don't have option to select the target, where I wanted to place the variation, So this is impacting the existing the Rollout config rule of our project.Since live copy variation needs to be created in our case, I can see only one option : first create a master copy then live copy variation at the same place and after creation move it to the respective live copy location like /content/experience-fragments/project-name/language-masters/en_us/……  to /content/experience-fragm

hi team, When we had try to purge the workflow (completed/aborted), we got query limit exception issue, so we thought of fine tuning /oak:index/workFlowDataLucene with includedPaths / excludedPaths. As per our analysis we came to know that only from below three paths, it is getting indexed./var/workflow/instances - Runtime Workflow Model/etc/workflow/instances - Old workflow instances before repo restructure/var/taskmanagement - OOTB task managementSo we thought of adding the above three paths in includedPaths property. Next time when we purge the workflow it will look only in these three paths instead of searching whole repository. Please let me know if we are going on a right track?.

I have created a editable page template under Tools > General > Templates. On this template within the Layout Container [Root] I have added a component in Structure mode which I have populated with content. The idea is that this component populated with content will show on all pages that implement this template. However, whilst this displays correctly in author, on publish the component does not show on the page. I have worked out that this is because the anonymous user does not have read permissions to the /conf/.../templates folder.Am I using editable templates in the wrong way, or do I really need to give read permissions to the /conf/.../templates in publish (I am very reluctant to do so)?

Hi, I am building a small POC to try out some ways to capture data using at.js (version 2.3.0) directly on the page instead of Launch. We created custom color list in template meta and its set to multiple elements on landing page. We are getting like attached image. Question is, 1. Is it possible to set color name. For example "White" instead of "#ffffff" , "Black" instead of "#000000"? 2. Is it possible to set color preview like color visual image instead of  hex code "#000000"?

Hi All, Whenever im installing a package by uploading the ui.content.zip from target folder onto the aem package manager, it is observed that the changes do not reflect in our aem instance on installation. Each time it needs to be uninstalled first, before installing a new content package.  Note - This question is for the envt's where we do not have a devops or provision for running autoInstallPackage present. The ui.apps and ui.content zip folder from target are uploaded and installed. It is observed that even force update does not add the updated content onto the nodes.

We're building an ARC nurture program via Engagement Program in Marketo, primarily taking into account the prospect's funnel stage (Awareness Stream = TOFU, Research = MOFY, Consideration = BOFU). Ideally, we'd like to add more personalization - differentiating content depending on the prospect's industry, job title, and/or company size.    I am trying to determine the best path forward to achieve this. Is the best option to simply add more streams? Each stream tailored towards a very specific persona? Or, is it a better practice to keep the number of streams low, but then use segmentation/dynamic emails to tailor content by these additional factors? Or is there a different option that I am missing altogether?I am trying to determine the path of least resistance and the path that will yield the best reporting.  Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to have AA produce the two-character country code in the geosegmentation instead of the full country name? Is this something I could rig up with a custom dimension?
