Solved

Good morning,I'm experiencing some issue related to the subscription process from mobile app.In particular, I can see the link between visitorID and profile but the registration token seems to be empty.  The demdex call contains the device token, so the implementation seems to be correct: I noticed more than one post related to this issue, but I can't find the solution.

Hi, I recently set up ACC within an AWS ec2 instance. Also set up postfix on this which is working. However, when creating a delivery within the ACC console the email delivery is showing as sent but is never received. The relay I set up seems to be working as I am seeing the successful connection within maillog, mta logs and mta child logs. From searching the only clue I have at the moment is the following error in my mta child log:   2020-05-01 18:26:31.603Z 00000FC4 00000FC4 1 info log Starting an MTA child (pid=4036, tid=4036)... 2020-05-01 18:26:35.761Z 00000FC4 00000FC4 1 info log MTA-740014 '<removed email>' sent 2020-05-01 18:26:41.720Z 00000FC4 00000FC4 1 error log IOB-090007 Network error (recv(), errno=2: No such file or directory) (iRc=-61) 2020-05-01 18:28:02.725Z 00000FC4 00000FC4 1 info log MTA-740013 Message(s) waiting: 0, active session(s): 0. 2020-05-01 18:28:02.725Z 00000FC4 00000FC4 1 info log Stopping MTA child (pid=4036, tid=4036

Hi guys,I created a List by importing a Excel file. Then in my workflow, I'm using a Read List component to read that list and pass it to a Delivery. I'm trying to send a proof to a seed address (myself), but I'm getting an 'Unreachable' and a 'Error while compiling script 'content htmlContent' line 168: targetData is not defined. SCR-160012 JavaScript: error while evaluating script 'content htmlContent'.'How can I fix this please?Note: I'm doing it this way because the Excel file contains columns we don't have in our Schema (and it's only for this delivery) plus it contains duplicated emails that I have to send (a single user sharing the same email address but with different company names).Note 2: I've already set up the TO so it won't 'Exclude duplicate addresses during delivery' and it will 'Keep duplicate records (same identifier)'Thank you!- Raúl

How do I query the recipientIds of failed messages for a given Campaign? I want to be able to query the failures in the workflow and send a separate email with the failed recipientIds in the workflow, if possible.  thanks

I need help on how to flush selector based cachinghttp://example.com/content/myapp/us/en.child1.xmlhttp://example.com/content/myapp/us/en.child2.xmlLets say,we have xml's cached under the folder as/<docroot-cache>/content/myapp/us/->en.child1.xml->en.child2.xml->en.child99.xml->en.child100.xml->en.html->en.model.jsonI need to provide selector based caching, that is to flush en.child1.xml only and should not flush en.child2.xml or other xml's when the request for flush happens for /content/myapp/us/en.child1.xmlI've tried dispatcher flush invalidation through HTTP call like below-GET http://mydispatcher/dispatcher/invalidate.cacheHeadersCQ-Action ActivateCQ-Handle /content/myapp/us/en.child1.xmlContent-Type Application/xmlBut,all files under "us" folder(i.e. all selector for en page) gets invalidated, how to just invalidate "en.child1.xml" please suggest

Hello, Adobe Community,We have one of custom tab included in page properties with some properties:As we can see, all properties are empty on the screen but nodes in crx still exist:m4w node - all properties which are located under tab "Web feed settings"ads node - fieldset with properties under under tab "Web feed settings"Properties have names like "./m4w/something" and "./m4w/ads/something".Is there any beautiful way to delete nodes if all properties under some tab are empty or node doesn't have properties?I tried typehints like "@Delete", but they did't help. And the problem is also that then we click "save & close" button on page properties page, it seems that it saves these nodes anyway.Thanks.

I understand the concept that marketing channel and tracking code are different, for example, allocation and expiration date, so that those can't be together in W/S.  However, I am just wondering is it ok to understand this result like this?  As you can see below, tracking codes which contain paidsearch and display that I set up those should go into the paid search are in Natural search.  Is it because people who visited our website with those tracking code override and natural search was their last touch channel?  Thanks.

what is the difference between user mapping service and user mapping amendment service?when to use them differently?

I have created a simple adaptive form and I have created custom submit action(post.POST.jsp) for this form and calling OSGi service inside post.POST.jsp.Now when I retrieve form field value in post.POST.jsp for field having No bind reference , I get it eazly as below(in classic way) String firstName = request.getParameter("firstName");but if I do the same for the field having bind reference it gives null.I tried with below to get form data having bind reference Document dataXml = null;    if(slingRequest.getParameter("jcr:data")!=null) {        dataXml = new Document(slingRequest.getRequestParameter("jcr:data").get());     }and it works fine because I need to get all data in an XML Document and them read all fields value. My question is -1. Is there any other way(other than XML document) to get the form data in post.POST.jsp for the field having bind reference ?2. What is the reason that form data is not ret

Hi, I have created a custom delivery channel for outbound messages. The problem I have is that the service provider is returning with an Message ID once the message has been received our failed to a jssp on the Adobe campaign server. How can I find the providerId that I set in the connector so I can match the status to a broadlog entry. I use the following JS connector://----------------------------------------------------------------------------- // Neolane Delivery Connector Methods //----------------------------------------------------------------------------- function processDeliveryPart(deliveryPart){ var msgs = <messages/>; for each( var msg in deliveryPart.message ) { var broadLogId = msg.@id.toString(); // always the "good" broadlog ID var mobilePhone = msg.custom.recipient.@mobilePhone.toString().replace('+','').replace(/ /g,''); //Remove + and spaces var address = msg.@address; logInfo(msg.toXMLString()); try{ var messageId =

How do I track opens and clicks for triggered emails in Adobe Campaign? Is there an easy way to do this with out of the box reporting?

Hi, I'm halfway through the learning course for Analytics, but my company's Sandbox Environment doesn't show the Geometrixx Training Report Suite used in the tutorials and exercises - it seems like we don't have access to it right now. This is pretty frustrating as it makes it much harder to follow along with the course. I wonder if anyone would know how to import this Report Suite into our current Environment? It may be something to do with the fact that we log in through Experience Cloud rather than the my.omniture.com portal Thanks in advance

I'm working with a freeform table that has the number of visits and average view time of pages from a segment our site. I want to know the pages that have the longest average view time for only the top 25 most visited articles. How do I limit the number of results based on one of the metrics and then sort by a different metric? Thanks

Hi Team, We have a registration and login functionalities on the site. Sometime people who filling out registration forgetting/not realizing that they already have an account tied up to their email address or they may mistakable reach the registration page and then navigate to Log In. So basically we are trying to figure out the differentiate on this experience from the customer. Therefore, it won’t skew our exact abandoned data from the existing customer. What is the best method of capturing this from the user for the above scenario. Please let me know if any. Thank you,Jay.
