Hello support I have a question about the Marketo API and custom objects update.The CRM of my clients takes as dedup field an ID, which is a custom field in Marketo. That means that they have contacts with the same email address but different ID. When I want to update the custom objects associated to the contacts via the API, I want to check if the lead already exists in Marketo based on the custom fields "client ID" rather than by email.- If it does exist a lead with the same ID: email address: client@email.com / clint ID: 123. Update the custom objects associated to it.- If lead with client ID 123 / email address client@email.com doesn't exist in Marketo, but lead client ID 456 / email address client@email.com exists in Marketo, I want to create the lead and associate the new custom objects to this new lead.I know this last scenario will create duplicates in Marketo, as the unique identifier is the email address, but if we'd use the email address as dedup field to sync

Is there a way to reference the data elements I have created inside a snippet of custom code in the code editor?var bkprop4 = "%myDataElement%";

Hi All, We are trying to upgrade from AEM 6.3 to 6.5. After the upgrade we noticed that gigya cloud configuration stopped working causing error in the jsp of gigya. On further investigation we found out that com.day.crx.security.token.impl.impl.TokenAuthenticationHandler  in OSGI have Enable encapsulated token support checkbox. Once we disable it , Gigya starts working and keeping it enabled causing gigya to fail. This work in 6.3 and we never faced issue. On further findings I found that once I enable encapsulated token the value of cp.get("tokenExpiration") in below code is null which breaks the code<%@ page import="org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.spi.security.authentication.token.TokenConfiguration" %><%@ page import="org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.spi.security.ConfigurationParameters" %>int getTokenExp(TokenConfiguration tc) {ConfigurationParameters cp = tc.getParameters();Long exp = Long.parseLong((String) cp.get("tokenExpiration"));exp = exp /

Where in an email delivery activity can we set up throttling to send emails out over the course of several hours? This is an option used in ACC and when going through IP Warming but I do not see where this exists in ACS.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi- We are looking to import some customer transactions via the Visitor ID data source.  Documentation seems very light in this respect, so I'm hoping for some help.  We will have set s.visitorID with our internal member ID. 1.  I've set up the data source (generic->Transaction ID).  Is the only thing required is that I replace the Transaction ID header with the visitor ID header?2.  How does the Visitor ID connect differently to the visitor profile than transaction ID?  Would I still be able to see the campaign source for the data (associated to that visitor in the timeframe of the timestamp of the offline event) that I upload?Thank you

Hi, Is it possible to include a unique identifier (such as an ID token for example) in my "attend webinar" CTA in my Marketo email which will be sent to the people who registered using a Marketo Form? The webinar however will not be held on a Marketo Landing Page therefore I was hoping to use the unique token in the URL, so that on the landing page they can make sure only people arriving with a unique identifier can view the webinar, while people arriving to the url webinar without a unique identifier would see a different page.  Is this doable?

Hi - I have a Marketo form embedded on our website. In the form's settings in Marketo, I've defined an external URL follow-up page, however when I fill in the form on our website, it's not redirecting upon form submission. Any idea why? Do I have to custom code the follow-up page on my website or will the embedded form respect the settings defined for it in Marketo? I should mention that the form re-directs properly when I test in on a Marketo landing page - the issue is only when I embed it.Thank you!

Hi Team, i have installed Adobe Launched and integrated with Adobe Analytics. even I sent analytics bcon the value is not passing into my report suit. Please help me

I set up 8 scheduled reports in Ad Hoc Analysis (Discover) to be delivered daily, however, upon inspection this morning only 4 of them are on the FTP site and I have zero notification emails (be it failure or success) letting me know what happened. The reports that didn't get delivered are the larger files so is there some kind of theoretical upper limit on the size of the file that can be sent to the FTP server? I was having issues using the Send Now option (still FTP) with these larger reports as well which is originally why I set up the scheduled report. Any help is appreciated!

I can see the number for clicks on the preview button, but how can I get the number how often the preview has been downloaded or the clicks for unique users? I just want to know how many people has seen the preview of an issue.

I work on a very large site that utilizes MANY (in the thousands) proxy urls to access the same site, way to many to list in the s.internalLinkFilters list. Currently using the "auto exit link tracking," as the users are clicking around internal site clicks, every click they perform is being falsely tracked as an exit link. I am also not receiving these users traffic in the report data based on other internal server side logging and I think is also related to this problem.One option I am looking at is turning off the auto link tracking and writing some custom javascript to compare the window.hostname with the link they are clicking, if the two match track as link_o, if they don't match, track as link_e.I wanted to see if there is potentially another way to keep reporting all of these users traffic at internal no mater what proxy address they have and still have the ability to see the exit points. Has this problem been solved before? Are there settings internally to SiteCatalyst to do w

- We have a SharePoint application. The application captures analytics in one report suite.- On this page we have added a webpart that acts as its own application within the page and collects analytics in a separate report suite.  The webpart uses the same URL as the original application with a redirect at the end of it (#rediretpage).- The problem is that the page that contains the webpart is now being captured in the 2nd report suite, that is for the web part analytics and not in the initial report suite.  This action stops us from getting accurate page view and visit counts on the initial page.Does anyone have any recommendations to fix this?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite in 2012 through tech soup. My Photoshop is crashing and says to reinstall. I go to the Adobe website (as directed by tech soup) and have a login ID and password but cannot find where to input this information. Help?

Hi, We have a website, that has a modal pop up display as soon as you enter the site (don't ask why), this pop up allows you to go to different branded pages of the same site.  When this popup loads Analytics seems to send a beacon, however, upon closer inspection, the data layer element for the report suite ID is blank but the hardcoded report suite ID is read OK.   When a user clicks on the pop up to go to other branded pages the report suite ID is read correctly, the same is true if the pop up is closed and a link on the page is clicked.  How can I ensure the data element is read before the popup is loaded? Many thanks.

We are migrating to new Adobe Experience Platform Launch for all our mobile apps, and the list of properties in Adobe Launch is growing.  I do not see any options to filter properties by companies, report suites, platforms, etc.  Can we get some filters for the property list?  Thanks!

Can you add an option to export the mobile code snippets on Adobe Experience Platform Launch?Often our mobile apps are developed by third party, and we do not provide access to Adobe Launch, so we have to copy and paste the code snippet out of the Adobe Launch.  It would be nice if we can export the whole thing to a text file or pdf file.  Thank you!

If you have programs in your nurture streams, do you have to mark the campaigns that send the email to use communications limits, or will it apply automatically because it is part of engagement?  I am hoping the latter, but wanted to make sure as we use programs throughout.  I know you don't schedule the campaign, so I'm hoping that the communications limits apply anyway.
