Is it something like that possible if user would turn on journey/campaign?

Hello Team,Here is a use case. There is a trigger campaign in Marketo which deletes the confidential data (the record which is selected as confidential in Salesforce end). The flow set is set as such it deletes from Marketo database but not in CRM.Can we also control the deleted records to be kept hidden in Salesforce? If yes, should it be done in Salesforce admin settings?Thoughts please? Thanks in Advance,Gayathiry

Hi Everyone, Current datastream config has analytics dataset (profile enabled) and AJO dataset (profile enabled). ECID and user ID is not getting stitched in profile if analytics dataset is selected as primary.  Could you please suggest what's recommended approach to make push notification working with analytics dataset as primary and why data is not stitching when analytics dataset selected as primary. Thanks

Before unified approvals became a thing, we used to be able run reports showing assigned approvals that any user could run for themselves using the $$USER.ID wild card. Now, the only place that assigned approvals are listed is the home page and I haven't been able to figure out how to create a report similar to the one we used to use. I would be willing to switch to using the home page but, as someone managing a team with assigned tasks, I can't filter tasks by working group on the home page. I'm left with having to use a custom dashboard / report to manage tasks and issues, and the home screen to manage approvals. Is there a way to create a report that could be added to my custom dashboard and list all of my assigned approvals?

Hi, I know you can create a parameter report to list all reports a field is being used on.  1. Does this mean the field is in the filter or the view (or column)? 2. Has anyone been able to create a report to list filters a field is being used on? I have tried combinations between an API call or even the Data Lake to see if I can pull data.  Curious if anyone got close to this?

Hi, Has anyone been able to use text mode to group by project name (or ID) on a baseline task report? I tried the below as a starting point, but it is zero value group.0.linkedname=task group.0.namekey=view.relatedcolumn group.0.namekeyargkey.0=task group.0.namekeyargkey.1=Project ID group.0.valuefield=task:Project ID group.0.valueformat=customDataLabelsAsString

I have a content fragment with a text box that has the “unique” option enabled. When the fragment loads, it triggers the unique field validation call (/mnt/overlay/dam/cfm/admin/components/authoring/validations/uniquefield.json), but it doesn’t return any response. In the Query Performance tool, I can see the following error:“The query read or traversed more than 100000 nodes. To avoid affecting other tasks, processing was stopped.”To fix this issue, I configured Lucene indexing for this query:/jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, dam:cfVariationNode)[(@location = 'market')] option (index tag fragments)I used the Oak Index Generator (https://thomasmueller.github.io/oakTools/indexDefGenerator.html to create the index definition. However, it didn’t work. After adding the configuration, the Content Fragment didn’t use the index. I tried restarting and reindexing, but there was no luck.\What could be the issue? { "/oak:index/damcfVariationNodeLucene-12-custom-1": { "async": [ "async",

Is there anyway to show the email address in a typeahead custom field instead of the user name?Even though when typing in a user, the email adress is visible, I need the populated field to show the email address, not the name in the submitted request form.Or, can this be done using calculated fields?

Hi everyone, We are currently implementing an Adobe Commerce on Edge Delivery Services (EDS) storefront connected to AEM Sites as a Cloud Service. In our current setup, the file https://example.com/configs.json is publicly accessible from the browser. This file contains environment-related configurations and API endpoints required for the Drop-ins initialization. While this approach works functionally, it raises a security concern for production environments since the file is exposed and potentially reveals sensitive configuration details. I would like to know what Adobe recommends as the best practice for handling environment configs and secrets in EDS storefronts. Specifically: Should these values be managed through a secure service, such as Adobe App Builder runtime variables? Is there a supported mechanism to inject configuration dynamically without exposing it client-side? Would Adobe recommend using a CDN layer (Fastly/Cloudflare) or a

I have an OSGi service that uses the WorkflowService API to programmatically trigger the "Update Asset" workflow that's forever been found at:/var/workflow/models/dam/update_assetIt's missing in AEM Assets as a Cloud Service and I can't find clear documentation on triggering its equivalent. Does anyone here have advice on what needs to be done to trigger this or its equivalent from inside an OSGi service in Assets as a Cloud Service? Note: The workflow model still exists in the Quickstart Jar from Software Distribution, so everything works fine for me locally. For context: The reason why we're triggering the workflow is because we have custom OSGi code that pulls proprietary data from other systems and creates and updates both image Assets and Content Fragments. Updated images will create new Revisions of Assets through the AssetsManager API. The Update Asset workflow doesn't seem to fire the way it would if you manually made these same changes, so we're triggering the Update

Hello,I'm encountering a persistent issue when attempting to create a Dataflow in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) via the Flow Service API.### Problem Description1.  API Response: The API call to create the Dataflow consistently returns a `500 Internal Error` with the following details:   ```json   {     "type": "https://ns.adobe.com/aep/errors/FLOW-1102-500",     "title": "Internal Error",     "status": 500,     "report": {       "detailed-message": "An internal error has occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.",       "request-id": "jRYpviErjYYlp5lIszoHrfdtUb3pQZ3B"     },     "errorMessage": "An internal error has occurred. Hi All, Can anyone please suggest what is the difference between between profile attributes saved via FAC Save profile feature and standard AEP Profile by data ingestion ? What are the limitations of using FAC Save profile ? Is it possible to use save profile for profiles that does not exist in AEP? Thankyou !

I see two main methods:1. getPropositions() - This API retrieves the previously fetched propositions, for the provided decision scopes, from the in-memory extension propositions cache. As I understand its not new request but it takes what is already in Cache? Does it also include capping?2. updatePropositionsWithCompletionHandler() - this one gets propositions if there is nothing in Cache?

Hello!  I have a user who is not computer savvy and is always on the move. He's asking to have his password reset and it's been forever since I had to do this. I thought I could go into their profile and there was a button that would prompt a password reset but I don't see that anymore. Has that function been removed? Is the only way to do a password reset now through the user's log in screen? Any info is appreciated!

Hi Team, Does anyone know the steps involved to make AEM Assets defined taxonomy (hierarchical tags) available in Content Hub? (as filters, upload metadata, and search)Although some tags related choices show in the selector, these are not our custom defined ones. The configuration panel is very well made and easy to understand. But it is somewhat surprising that this essential part is not directly available. Thanks for your insights.

As per this document, to enable experiment feature we have to Add the Experiment accelerator resource, then select View Experiments and/or Manage Experiment Metada from the drop-down menu. But I am unable to see the experiment accelerator resource in the menu. Journey Optimizer Experimentation Accelerator | Adobe Journey Optimizer

In another marketing automation tool, I saw that while creating content cards they are able to attach a content fragment/block in the on click behaviour, image url and key value pair to fetch connected content from a third party advertising application. The data is fetched using API callsIs there any way we can replicate the same in AJO ? Can we link a content fragment in a content card design in AJO ?

Hello, CommunityI created a calculated field in a Task Form with the intention of having the user "clicking" on a live link that will take them to the Project's Documents section (if it were to a specific Template Folder even better! but I think that would require Fusion help...) Although the Project URL displays correctly, the link takes me to my Home Page. Here is the formula I used:'   CONCAT("<a href='https://orgname.my.workfront.com/#project/",{projectID},"/documents'</a>")  ' What am I missing...?

My team and I want to create an activity with an audience that is mostly active during vacational periods, for example, summer vacations, so we can create offers dedicated just for people who's activity during those specific time frame are more active. Is is possible? knpw there is a time frame option when creating an audience but you can just choose date ranges for the future. How this time frame option works and is it possible to use it in this scenario or is there another way of creating the audience? Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I created a customer action for making an API call within my journey and then is trying to parse the custom action response as contextual attribute to create my email. This is how the response looks like from custom actionI can access most of the thing in this response like name,url,cta_label,description but is unable to access the _path which is present in the media object. I am wondering because its an array its not working. Did any one tried accessing a array object via contextual attribute in AJO? I tried using helper function for it , but didn't succeed. Thanks,Arpan
