Hi,My lifecycletimeout is configured to 5 minutes. Shouldnt a launch event be recorded every time the app is launched.(killed and launched)? I am is sdk version 4.17.7 for android. I think the launch event is being recorded only when i launch the app after the timeout value has elapsed. Can anyone help me with understanding the exact trigger for launch event, and point out the related documentation, if any. Thanks,Meenhaz

Hi there Marketo World, Have another question for the collective. We have 2 web service APIs that can create people in our instance: BrightTALK & Magento. I'm trying to figure out a good way to split the 2 of them so I can stamp the BrightTALK ones as BrightTALK and our Magento ones as Magento leads. The only thing I can see that is different is the API Method Name or Modifying User. However, I don't see those are fields that I can use. Has anyone else run into this issue/ have any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Hello All,Does Adobe Analytics offer a report that is similar to the industry benchmarks report in Google Analytics?

Hi Team,I am trying to embed jsoup jar file in a bundle so that we dont need to install the bundle separately.Could you please help on the same?

Working around with AEM page optimization, got a requirement to convert the DAM asset images to next-gen formats like webp. Is it possible to create a workflow to do the same. The workflow should access the DAM asset images and convert it to required format and rewrite the original file.

Hi Guys, We are using a plugin that allows us to just enter the Marketo Form ID into a wordpress template to sync form fills back to marketo through Wordpress native pages. Question: Do I need to have a separate new Marketo form for each new wordpress page with an embedded marketo form?I know if it's a Marketo hosted page I can just reuse the same form over and over again and specify the marketo landing page it is being used on to bucket it to the correct marketo program.

Hi all, based on the official documentation https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/using-mobile-extensions/adobe-analytics-mobile-services#set-up-push-messaging related to the integration of the push messaging there is no mention about the fact that in order to receive push messaging it is necessary to create a class that extend FirebasemessagingService and implement the onmessagereceive method (explained here https://firebase.google.com/docs/cloud-messaging/android/receive). The result is that if we follow only the official instructions (retriving and send the token to mobilecore throught the setPushidentifier function) messages aren't received and showed in the application. Could someome confirm that in every implementation it is necessary also to implement code to handle and show the messages sent by the Adobe Mobile Marketing console? ThankYou in advance

Hi Everyone,I updated the {{my.Copyright}} token in the universal folder in the "my tokens" to include the 2020 copyright information, and it is showing correctly in the token editor. However, when I place the token into emails, it is showing up as 2019.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there, we are using adobe campaign classic, analytics, ad cloud, target, and audience manager. I am wondering is it possible to see data from all systems at one place. I know that you see ad metrics combined with analytics metrics but I also want to know which ad campaign generated which lead. And of course there are other questions on my mind such as what ad channel or content performs best in respect to conversion.  Therefore it would be useful to have all this intel in one dashboard - under what conditions is that possible? Kind regards

I store leads and get get leads by, for example, email by making a GET request to /rest/v1/leads.json?filterType=email&filterValues=example@example.com endpoint. I get the following as a result: {    "requestId": "212121",    "result": [        {            "id": 121212,            "firstName": "First",            "lastName": "Last",            "email": "example@example.com",            "updatedAt": "2020-01-10T17:16:38Z",            "createdAt": "2020-01-10T17:11:11Z"        }    ],    "success": true}From here I can get the id of a lead. So I want to update a custom field this lead has (let's call it allowedToEmail). I can also get details about it by making a GET request to /rest/v1/leads/describe.json endpoint:{            "id": 21,            "displayName": "Allowed to email",            "dataType": "boolean",            "soap": {                "name": "allowedToEmail",                "readOnly": false            },            "rest": {                "name": "allowedToEmail"

Feel like I'm doing something dumb here. Trying to hit the "segments" endpoint on the 2.0 API, in order to create a mapping of "segment id" to "segment name"It returns a 200 code, but only returns an empty JSON.  Am I doing something wrong with the URL or request?: Firing a GET to this location:https://analytics.adobe.io/api/[myglobalcompanyid]/segments/?rsids=[myreportsuite] Response:[20-01-10 16:15:51:093 CST]{"content":[],"numberOfElements":0,"totalElements":0,"totalPages":0,"lastPage":true,"firstPage":true,"sort":null,"size":10,"number":0}

I want to use Adobe Campaign standard to set up a process.When a customer creates an account on my website for the first time,I will send a welcome email to them immediately.Is this feasible in ACS?If so,how can I do this?

Hi team, Please let me know on which occasions should we use an unconditional stop. Also how can we check actual workflow jobs in progress on Marketing instance before we initiate the unconditional stop. Also please let me know how should we debug a workflow which doesn't get into finished state but remains in stop requested state  with regards,Richa Chaubey

Hi all, I have saw this for the first time in AC.Any ideas? Regards,Milan

Hello,I am using Livecycle Desinger in SAP. Here i made a Form for working Hours of customers. When i call the Form say with 3 customers (all in one PDF), i have the issue that i am not happy with the pageCount. In most cases for each customer 2 pages are created (can be more). So for 3 Customers i get a PDF with 6 pages. So the numbering is "page 1 of 6", "page 2 of 6" … . What i want is to reset the numbering for each customer, so  i get "page 1 of 2" and "page 2 of 2" for each. I tried to Change the numbering in Pagination of the Masterpage, but as i have 2 Masterpages (Firstpage & FollowingPage), the result is not waht i want either.I then tried to make my own pageCount and i get my desired result for customers with 2 pages. When a customer has more pages it is wrong. A Customer can get more than 2 pages, as there is a table that grows dynamically. If there are too many rows, another page is necessary. He then has 1 page with Masterpage "Firstpage" and 2 with Masterpage "Follow

Hi,I was trying to implement the new feature in AEM 6.4 multi language translation. But the end result for me is not as expected. According to my understanding this feature will translate the content on the selected page hierarchy to the selected language by using Microsoft Translator but on implementation the content was not translated to the selected French Language.Please find the below reference link which I had followed.Adobe Experience Manager Help | Translation Enhancements in AEM Please let me know if any additional configuration is required in addition to the one shown in the video. I am trying to explore implementation of AEM machine translation and would like to use it to reduce the authoring efforts for my team.Any help on this topic would be highly appreciated.
