When we try to update the profile fields like middle name via API with japanese charcters, the values are stored as junk characters, but the same is working if we do the update directly on the adobe campaign standard profile page manually. Any pointer to fix this will help us more. Thanks in advance.

I am loading personalized mask values for "from name", "reply to address" and "reply to name" & have been able to reference the additional data to populate these values in place of the defaults.   My dilemma is that my client wants to populate with the personalized masks where they are not null and populate with defaults where null. I *think* I need to create new content blocks for these but don't know how to create a content block for temp workflow data...  can I write the  if statement withIf ((targetData/fieldname) is empty, 'default content block',(targetData/fieldname)) ??

Hi there, I have a very simple Adobe Analytics implementatio using Adobe Launch. All I want is measuring page views of a certain page and using the url path as page name. If landing page URL equals myexampletestpage.com set variable and send beacon.Page Name comes from a data element using location.pathname to retrieve page name from url path. Unfortunately it does not work. Do you have any ideas what is wrong with my set up? Thanks

Hi Experts, We are using Adobe Launch for Adobe analytics and Google Universal Analytics.    I am new to Google universal analytics. For Adobe Analytics everything is fine.   Coming to Google Universal Analytics how can we send the click events data to Google Universal Analytics, which is already sent to Adobe Analytics. Help is highly Appreciated. Regards,Prathap

Hi everyone! Our current data layer is a single object. I've seen the approach of a data layer comprised of a top level object with other objects nested inside. For comparison, our current page name property is accessed using dataLayer.pageName but in the nested approach it would be something like dataLayer.page.pageName.I was wondering what the advantages are of this nested approach for marketeers, developers, and from a configuration perspective? Conversely what are the challenges? Our current data layer works quite well so I don't want to pursue a big change if the costs outweigh the benefits.

post_event_list and event_list are included columns of a data feed, but the are not showing up. Does anybody have a clue way this might be?

Hi guys, we wonder how to delete versions of Assets or Pages, which are already deleted. We tried the different purge tools, but none of them delete versions of deleted assets or pages. I know that this is a feature of a version, to get old (or deleted) content back. But I don't believe that there is no option or possibility to explizit delete versions of deleted content. Any ideas or hints? Regards, Maik

Does Adobe have a preferred SMS Service provider that can be integrated to Adobe Campaign Standard. That support NA (US and Canada)?

RTE is automatically adding white-spaces in between the html code added via source code plugin. Even when I remove the space, save and re-open, the white-space comes back again. Is this a known bug in AEM 6.4.5.0?

Hi all,We are in the middle of upgrade from AEM 6.2 to AEM 6.4 and we noticed that parts of the page - links, components, images - are not displayed when the page is accessed in wcmmode=disabled .There are no issues when page is accessed with preview and edit modes. Can you please provide information what may be the cause for this and how it can be fixed?

Hi Everyone,I'm new to target and as of now working on recommendation. Is it mandatory to create feeds in recommendation?

Hi all! I want to create a data element that saves the distance a customer scrolls within a popup. I can return the value I'm after in the browser console using the following: // Full height of div including scroll var totalHeight = $("#myDialogContent")[0].scrollHeight; // Initial height of div that needs to be subtracted var initialHeight = $("#myDialogContent")[0].clientHeight; // Actual element height value var height = totalHeight - initialHeight; // Scroll depth var scroll = $("#myDialogContent").scrollTop(); var scrollPercentage = (scroll/height) * 100; var rounded = Math.round(scrollPercentage); return rounded; This is the code I've used in the data element. However, when I try to return the value of the data element in the browser I get undefined each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone provide me JS code that returns list of activities running on a page?  Thanks,Gauresh kodag

I've noticed some websites have implementations that include the same server call (data, structure, etc) going to two report suites. The AEC debugger seems to count the duplicate server calls as just one. How is something like this configured in a best practice? Just comma separated report suites in Launch? Also, is there a cost to this? As in, does this count as two billed server calls or one? Thanks!

Hi Guys, I'm using AEM 6.2 which is integrated with Target thru cloud services for a/b testing and rules based personalization. The logic works properly for both activity types, but there is a bug in the AEM author environment. After targeting any components they look good unless I leave page. If I leave page or my session expire and I re-visit targeted page, components are invisible. I can see there are some border lines for each component, but the content itself is invisible. I can normally operate on any component and targeting works properly on publish instance, but it's difficult to work with some components when I can't see them. I can't see any related errors in the console or AEM error.log Help? 🤔 🤔

Hello,I inherited a Marketo instance about 6 months ago so there are a lot of landing pages that were created before my time that are still active on our webpage today. I have been able to trace back most of the landing pages and gates on our website with the associated Marketo program that is making it work. However, I came across one page that I just cannot find in our instance that (of course) needs to be updated. I've visited the page and then looked at my activity log in Marketo to see if there is a way I can trace it back but no luck. I am hoping someone else has had this problem and can give me some advice on what to do besides go through every Marketo program to find where it lives. We do not have the option of asking the person who owned the instance before me where it lives in Marketo. I am fresh out of ideas. Thanks,Virginia

Hey guys,I am using AEM 6.5 and I've deployed a custom OSGI service config. Hi folks, I am a total novice with AEM.I had to write a component which had a JS Client library which made some calls to the Google map API and some calls to other Google services like geocoding and timezone. I finally thought I got everything working and it worked perfectly on the Author instance when I "Viewed as Published".  I have a valid Google Key.  This is the jquery  "map" call that works and the request/response shows up on the Network Pane of my Web Console.$('.event-location', wrap).html('<a href="https://www.google.com/maps/place/'+map+'" target="_blank">'+ address +'</a>').show(); This is the jquery call that doesn't even show up on the Network Pane of my Web Console. (It is as if AEM swallowed it.)$.get("https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/geocode/json?key="+ $googleApiKey + "&address=" + address, function(geo_data, geo_status){ The Author and Publish instances are on the AEM Cloud. I ssh'd into the Publish instance and

Hi,Is there any way to recover recipient table in adobe campaign?

I am looking to personalize a page for users that enter the site  with a specific parameter www.example.com/testpage.html?utm_term=example7 the logic i used was Site Pages: Landing Page Query containsutm_term=example7 the experience fires upon initial entry but does not persist when user within the same session returns to the page without the parameter. How can I make sure the experience persists for the lifetime of the campaign, that way any user who went to the page with the parameter will forever see the personalized experience

Hi Everyone This is my first posting to the adobe community. We are in the process of migrating from AEM 6.2 to Aem 6.5. I had to create a new table component in 6.5 that completely changed the table properties dialog.  This was no problem in 6.2. However I've tried doing the same in 6.5 and I cannot get it to work, hoping someone will be able to help. I know we should not be overlaying these files but i do not want to modify the OFTB files. My issue is that the new dictionary entries are not appearing.  I created overlay files for Coral.template.js (modified to use my new entries) and for DefaultI18nProvider.js (contains new entries). What is happening is that it is not 'picking' up my new label entries. i've included 3 files, the original table properties dialog:The new table properties dialog we would like (ignore the colors) :and what I am seeing currently:I cannot figure out why it is not picking up my new text, all other files I've
