I need to update permissions for a certain path for a user group, however the /useradmin tool is not applying the permissions to the child items under that path. How can I update permissions on an entire directory including all its child items at the same time?

Hello,For years now Mobile Services from Adobe Marketing Cloud are used by the app we develop in our office.Now we added Apple Watch app (as a companion to main app) to the portfolio and we would like to track Analytics from that app.We tried to follow the guide https://docs.adobe.com/help/en/mobile-services/ios/apple-watch-implementation-watchkit.htmlBut we were unable to perform some steps described. There is a task to link to AdobeMobileLibrary_Watch.a for Watch target.But there is no such library available for us.We use CocoaPods to download and link Mobile Services SDK.When we try to add a pod with Mobile Services SDK for watchOS target an error is received: The platform of the target [target name] (watchOS 2.0) is not compatible with `AdobeMobileSDK (4.18.8)`, which does not support `watchOS`And when using a pod dedicated to iOS target - there is obviously no access to AdobeMobileLibrary_Watch.a. Instructions posted on https://docs.adobe.com/con

I have applied "Add Watermark" process step in Dam Update Asset workflow before "Process Thumbnails" step, so whenever i upload image in DAM then that image and its renditions are getting watermarked. But our requirement is to just watermark renditions and avoid  to watermark the original Image. So, please suggest any solution for this requirment.

In my organizations Adobe Campaign Classic environment the character set is different depending on how the proof is triggered. For example if you send a proof by:1) Creating an email delivery, saving then sending using the "send a proof" button in the ribbon the char set is UTF8 2) Checking "Enable proof sending" in the delivery properties and running workflow and then clicking the "Send a Proof" button as part of the approval process the char set is windows-1252 Is it possible to configure both proof methods to use the same character set?As well is it possible to configure Adobe so that deliveries are sent to recipients using UTF8? Currently the actual deliveries go out using windows-1252. We are using MS SQL server as the database instance.  Thank you

Hello, as the title suggests we are trying to add revenue values to Analytics without using the retail module. In the past we've done this with a Saint classification to the specific click for the product application but I'm no longer able to add numerical classifications. Is there any way to add a revenue figure attached to a certain button click which will multiply every time the button is clicked? We would be loading the revenue per click figure from offline data  Thank you, Scott

Hello, I have an excel file that is sent by FTP every midnight that contains the classification details for a certain variable. It has the following format : Key | Title If the value of the variable matches what is in "Key", then "Title" takes the assigned value in the excel. For example :  Key | Title123 | Test In my reports in Workspace, If I choose to display the values of the variable "Title", and then I place "Key" under the value "Test", I will find the value "123" for "Key". My question concerns modifying the excel. For example : Key | Title123 | NewValue Do the reports replace all occurences of "Test" with "NewValue", or will I have 2 values for "Title" : "Test" and "NewValue", that both are linked to "Key=123" ? Any help would be appreciated.Thank you

In a freeform table I want to breakdown the metric occurences by all the values of a given dimension, not just the top five. Is this possible?

Hi,I want to see the alert or any console.log after opening the tagpicker. (once all the content of tagpicker is visible or after opening the tagpicker console then show alert/console.log, not while loading tagpicker in dialog) Problem : Suppose in touchui dialog we have one pathbrowser and one tagpicker.Now, suppose if we click on image, it'll show the paths, and if we click on tagpicker it'll show the tags,requirement is to change the width of Tagpicker column width. So, we are ready with logic, but problem is it is loading on second time onclick of tagpicker. 1st time no change in width.  $('.js-coral-pathbrowser-button').click(function() {            $('.coral-Icon.coral-Icon--tags').each(function( index ) {                $(this).parents('.coral-ColumnView-column').first().css({"maxWidth": "21.870rem"});

Hi!I would like to know how to set up the answer management for my customers. To be more concrete, I would like to know how to configure an automatic answer to those who I sent an email and got back using the reply option.I am aware that some other tools let you set up the profile management to reply / no reply, but I can't seem to find the way in Adobe. I have seen that it is possible to set the reply address in the parameters of the delivered email but not how to set the answer and how to send those replies to a dedicated inbox. Can you help? Many thanks in advance! Barbara

Hi Team,Hope you are doing good.We have a requirement where we need to add headers to the delivery.Can you please let us know how to add the headers to the delivery( more specifically for continuous deliveries )For example, we have database fields called:1. source2. delivery id3. respondent idWe need to add these fields to the header of email. Can you please let us know the technical procedure.One more question -We need to add the headers information to the delivery templates which are already in use (i.e., delivery templates which have already been using by some campaigns through scheduler and continuous deliveries). Is there any option that we can add the headers to the templates which are already in use. Addition InformationAs per the issue we have around 800 templates, so we are trying to find a solution where we can embed the attached fields in the email header.Headers to be add to all the email deliveriesname contentx-mail_job_id <#MailJob[MailjobId]>X-Shipjob N<#Ma

I am facing an issue with hyperlink in RTE (AEM6.3.0), when i started using filter/search query along with my URL,  Problem i am facing : I made a hyper link for "Test" with this url https://test.com/campaigns?type=2&filters={%22audience%22:{%22value%22:[2]}} and then I saved and opened it in preview , after that we come back and reopen component then that hyperlink has become invisible/disappear,(i.e hyperlink is visible on "Test" at single instance only).So, now here if we Author the RTE with text and hyperlink with Filter/search query URL, and click on ok, we are not able to see the text as Hyperlink when we gave Filter/search query in URL. Expected Behavior: URLs with filter/search query should work same as the URLs without filter/search query. So, please help me to achieve the text with Hyperlink in which URL consist of filter/search query.I am using AEM6.3.0 Thanks@kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @habansal

I would like to create a dynamic news/blog similar to WordPress post using content fragments to display a list of news items with title, summary, and link to the Fullpage content. Is this possible and how?

Scenario : Adaptive Form-1 Dropdown(Year - Example 2018, 2019, 2020) Dropdown(TYPE - Example AAA, BBB, CCC)Create button Adaptive Form-2Label(Display form# example AAA-2018-10000) Requirement: On click of create button in Form-1, we have to call AEM servlet(pass Year and Type values in Query Params) which in turn invokes third party endpoint and return form# based on user dropdown selection(Year and Type) in Form-1. Once the response code is 200 from third party end point, we have to redirect to form-2 which displays form# as label.Please note that AEM servlet will send GET/POST request to third party endpoint and get the response. We should not call the third party endpoint directly from form submission.AnalysisI tried to invoke AEM servlet using Submit To Rest Endpoint by adding servlet URL into URL for Post request field. However in logs, it is showing as Unauthorized 401 while calling AEM servlet. Please let me know how to implement this requirement.

Hi All, We are migrating from AEM 6.3 to 6.5 environment. As per adobe documentation, repository upgrade is not required if we are migrating from 6.3 environment.I'm just wondering what would be the best way to migrate all the content+ existing users from AEM 6.3 to new 6.5 environment? I have following queries:Is it really worth to create the content package from AEM 6.3 environment using VLT and install in AEM 6.5 and migrate users using ACS tool?Can we do in place upgrade in this scenario as well which will migrate all the content and users? If yes do we have any adobe documentation for the same? Please share your input.

We created custom workflow. And selected "Transient Workflow" checkbox. This is just simple workflow (without any approval steps etc) - just to replicate content from author to preview publisher on modification.  What we observed was - this workflow is not appearing in workflow dropdown list     Is this true that a workflow will not appear in this workflow dropdown if we made that workflow "Transient Workflow" ? We wanted to make this Transient workflow so that it helps in performance. Thanks for help.

Can we monitor logs for any package installation details?

Hi ,I am new to Adobe Campaign Classic, After I installed my own ACC server and start it up. Created and ran a workflow, in that workflow i executed javascript codes and output logs and send out deliveries as well.When I go to Monitoring -> mta@<my_instance> -> Open Journal logi got below error:ErrorSOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'GetLogFileList' of service 'nl:monitoring'. It looks like a permission issue, i checked the nl:monitoring schema and find out that method 'GetLogFileList' does have a acceee='admin' and hidden='true'. but my login account are in the admin permission group.this confuses me why it still throw this error when i tried to open the journal log. thanksnigel,
