Hi all, The following update seems to point at the data value change being made within the "Sync with SFDC" program, yet it wasn't. I know when I click the activity for more info it will say "Synched from Salesforce", but I'm wondering what the relationship is between the update and the campaign. Thanks in advance!

Let's have a look at the one of the most common use case "Populating Adaptive form text field based on FDM initialized drop-down value". Consider a database table agent_rta_data that has 3 columns siteID, agentID and rtastatus, on form initialize I want to initialize a drop-down with the list of agent IDs fetched from the database and based on the user selection of agent ID we will set another field in the form with rtastatus assigned to the selected agent.   Sample Table:  agent_rta_data   Let's BeginStep 1: Create a Adaptive form that has a drop-down (element name: agentDropdown) and a text field( element name siteDescription)Step 2: Configure a JDBC based form data model as shown in Setting up JDBC Data Source in AEM Forms and make sure the GET service is returning an ARRAY as output.

If I want to develop a site using only core components with no customized components, do I need to ask the design and css teams to develop the css classes with BEM notation same as in core components? How do the coordination between AEM teams and design teams work and what are the best practices?

I'm getting ready to enable Brand Portal for our AEM 6.4.2 instance and want to confirm that the approach outlined in the article linked below is still the recommended process for integration.   Configure AEM Assets integration with Brand Portal If there is a more current process using the non-legacy Adobe I/O Console that is documented somewhere, please pass it along and I'll go that route.  Thanks!

We are on 6.1 and building a new set of 6.5 servers. I would like to take sample content from the 6.1 server, page content and assets, and install on the 6.5 server testing. This will speed up the process of checking the front end code. Will 6.5 be able to use a content package from 6.1 on 6.5? Will we be able to migrate content from 6.1 to 6.5?

Hi All,Currently, we are using Adobe Campaign Classic - v7 build 8887 and Application Server 7.0 build 8891.And, we are planning to perform database patching from Microsoft SQL Server 2014(SP2) to Microsoft SQL Server 2014(SP3).I checked the link Adobe LiveCycle ES4 supported platforms guide but, I didn't find anything regarding Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or the later. So, my question is, will it be compatible with the current version of Adobe campaign we are using?(Adobe Campaign Classic - v7 build 8887 and Application Server 7.0 build 8891)Can you please help me find out this information. Thanks in advance,Anoop

I am running Real-Time Traffic Reports for the current website traffic but I want to exclude specific pages when viewing real-time report. I can use the caret which allows me to select pages that begin with, however, i want everything except one type of page. So I am looking to see if there was a way to exclude something/name or excluding something that begins with while showing everything else? This is in regards to page search field, I am able to use ^ to determine that I want to show what pages that begin with something specific. thanks in advanced

Trade In FormI need to create a form to take input for a trade-in offer.  The submitter would need to input their contact details along with some fields that refer to the item being traded in (brand, model, S/N) and item (drop down) they wish to purchase.  They can submit this form multiple times if they have a number of items to trade in.The contact detail fields are already in the system but no the trade in product details. Can someone help with a quick, simple way of building this.

Hi,Just wanted to doublecheck the viability of using s.campaign variable for internal campaigns. As far as I know that is a bad practice but I want to be sure. On the other hand, just wondering if a new visit is fired when a s.campaign is firedthanks

Hi,We are currently creating custom ODBC driver and having a hard time figuring out how exactly Adobe recognizes the provider/dbtype?We need our custom driver to be recognized as hive.I found this .js application.getDBMSType('nms:extAccount:'+'hadoop') but couldn't find how getDBMSType actually reads the db type, anybody has any better insights here? Here are some sample outputs from the function getDBMSType:When using ClouderaODBC hive driver --> output = 'hive'When using Teradata driver --> output = 'teradata'My initial guess is that it would read something from the driver itself but cannot figure out what exactly?Regards,Ari

Hi Everyone, got a question regarding advertising analytics: We did the whole setup. Report Suite Configuration, Connection between Adobe Analytics and Google Ads, s_kwcid added to tracking template in Google Ads. And we get data. BUT somehow, no matter what we do we don´t get matching data between AMO Clicks and AMI ID Instances (screenshot).Has anyone of you an idea what´s probably the reason for this? In my opinion the clicks (via API) have to match AMO ID Instances (Visits with s_kwcid attached to url). Thanks for your help!

Hi Marketo Experts,I have a nurture program with multiple streams.  I'm in the process of updating my emails with newer verbiage and would like to re-order some of the emails.  Such as move Email 4/Stream 4 to Email 6/Stream 6, etc.  What impact will this have on the people already in the nurture?  If they received Email 4/Stream 4, will they receive it again if it's moved to Email 6/Stream 6?

Is there any way to determine when people were added to a segment within a 'segmentation'.  I realise this may change over time, but I just need to know the most recent time they entered a particular segment.CheersJo

I'm setting up a 6.5 author locally to work out issue before I install on our linux server. I need to configure AEM to use a shared mounted drive for the location of its file data store. The data store will be shared with an offloader I'll be setting up next.I've gone over this page Configuring node stores and data stores in AEM 6  and tried everything I can. When I set a different location the server either fails to start or it fails to use the new location. I start AEM using sudo to make sure it have permissions to do what ever it needs. I've put these two files in the crx-quickstart/install dir with these settings commenting out various values for testing.org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.blob.datastore.FileDataStore.config#repository.home="crx-quickstart/repository/datastore"path="/path/⁨user/Sites⁩/⁨AEM-Runtime⁩/⁨6.5⁩/datastore"#minRecordLength="256"org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.segment.SegmentNodeStoreService.config#repository.home="crx-quickstart/repository"#tarmk.size=I"256"customB

Is there a way to sync a Marketo Program to a Salesforce Campaign programmatically via the API? We want to conduct 4-5 GoToWebinars a week and want to find a way to automate this process instead of manually creating Marketo Programs and syncing them to SFDC Campaigns.

In my landing page template I have a div #header2 which has a background image defined with a variable :#header2{ background-image: url(${header2BackgroundImage});background-position: center;background-repeat: no-repeat;background-size: cover;padding:25px;margin:0;}The problem is that this background image should be different based on a segment ( coreActivity ) . But I do not see this value in the dynamic content section. How should I handle this background image problem? Is there a way to get the URL in the dynamic section?
