Hi,I want to know if the analytics data for visits include bots too. If I want to calculate the percentage of bots in the total visits, how can I go so?Thank you,

Hi all,According to the documentation at Configuring Dispatcher we no longer need to install the VanityURLS-Components package anymore on AEM instances > 6.3.I just setup an AEM 6.4.3 instance and there is no /libs/granite/dispatcher/content/vanityUrls.html to be found. Is the documentation just plain wrong?Has it been moved to another path? Or must we still install the VanityURLS-Components package on AEM 6.4 instances?Kind regards,Wim

We recently upgraded from Launch to DTM and I'm working on cleaning up our architecture and implementation. I've got 2 questions...1. For some reason, they put the dataLayer just above the footer. That's poor design right? I've never seen it so far down the page. Does it need to be in-between the header and footer code but in the header for best practices? 2. In Launch, I can't find a header and footer code, only one embed code.  Are both the header and footer no longer necessary and only one string is needed now?

Question on Soft BouncesContext/background: Recently warmed dedicated IP. This process went very well. After warming we sent a promotional email and the deliverability is terrible (around 60%). Note: about 8 days between last warming email send and first promo email.Problem: Majority of bounces are soft and have returned error messages for Yahoo, AOL and Verizon. The error message returned are all:554 5.4.5 [internal] (last transfail: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 192.28.155.34 temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html)Other information: IP Sender Score/Reputation all looks great. IP is not listed on any blacklists (According to ReturnPath. MXtoolbox and Talos)Question: How do you mitigate this type of soft bounce error? It seems to be the one issue we're facing.

Hi all,We'd like to know if there is any way to automate the creation of a new value in a data field authorized value: we receive a lot of information from external systems and when they add a new possible value for a field we must add it too (see image for any clarification). We don't want to do this by hand and we'd prefer to automate it via Workflow or any other way. Many thx,Fabio

An analyst needs to report on a paid search campaign named “Best Gifts”. Instead of using a consistent tracking code, several departments have used own code, as follows: - best gifts - gifts - gift ideas - best presents - present ideas These codes are available in the Tracking Codes report. The analyst needs to create a ranked report for the last 30 days. The report must show the performance of this campaign as a whole, with other campaigns that were in place at the time. How should the analyst perform this task? A. Classify the tracking codes above with one campaign name B. Have the marketing departments use a consistent tracking code C. Run the Marketing Channel Report D. Create a visitor-based segment where the tracking code contains “gifts”

Hi there, most likely this is an easy one. But to me it´s puzzling...We did a campaign with tracking codes that detects the start of the video. I did the analysis in workspace. I expected to generate a campaign report which displays TC and click throughs. But click throughs were not available in workspace. So I did the same thing in Reports without problems. Why can this be?Why is it that a metric existing in Reports isn´t existing in Workspace???Thanks for helping a puzzled analyst ;-)Cheers, Juergen

Hi all,I'm using AEM version 6.3.0.2 and created a component using sightly and JS use API. I keep getting this error. Its the same with other components as well. org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Uncaught SlingExceptionorg.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.SightlyException: No JavaScript engine was defined. at org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.js.impl.JsUseProvider.provide(JsUseProvider.java:90) at org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.impl.engine.extension.use.UseRuntimeExtension.call(UseRuntimeExtension.java:72) at org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.impl.engine.runtime.RenderContextImpl.call(RenderContextImpl.java:75)  at What could be the reason and how do we fix it? Thanks.

Having problems with the querybuilder. We have our own dashboards for the clients. The data comes into these dashboards based on properties defined in the nodes. To display these dashboards we are using querybuilder api to get the data but recently seeing so many issues like reached 10000 stopping the process etc. Is there any way that we can optimize the queries or best way to retrieve the data without this msg. That would be great. Thanks in Advance.

${ link @ extension = 'html' } if link is https://www.google.com/resources then the output is https://www.google.com/resources.html. This is not the expected behavior according to the documentation. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Nikunj Jariwala

i have a requirement where in an input form i need to populate updatedBy field with the current operator name. So whenever a new record is inserted or an existing record is updated by an user using input form, i want that username to be populated in the updatedBy field. I tried using the default="CurrentUser()" in the schema on updatedBy field but it gives only the PK/ID of the current operator, not the name. Is the any specific function which i can use to get the current operator name in schema? Or is there any other way to populate the current operator name to a field in input form? Please let me know. Thanks,Annie Femena.

Is there any flag where we can identify that the Email Open record which is logged into TrackingLog is after clicking the Mirror URL inside a Email sent through Adobe campaign?

Hello,While (still) in DTM, I'm trying to filter our metrics by the Account Name and Account Number associated with each visitor.  After a visitor logs into their account, their Name and Number are listed at the top of the page.  Is there a way to see page views, downloads, etc by each Account Name &/or Number?  I could be very wrong, which is why I'm asking in the first place.. but I started by creating a data element for Account Name for the JS Object 'account-name'From there, I created a page load rule with an 'Account Name' evar added under the Adobe section.  Any feedback would be appreciated!

When I upload an iOS app that uses AdobeMobileSDK 4.18.7 I receive the following warning from Apple in an email:Dear Developer,We identified one or more issues with a recent delivery for your app, "xxxxxx" 6.0.0 (1). Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery:ITMS-90809: Deprecated API Usage - Apple will stop accepting submissions of apps that use UIWebView APIs . See https://developer.apple.com/documentation/uikit/uiwebview for more information. After you’ve corrected the issues, you can use Xcode or Application Loader to upload a new binary to App Store Connect.Best regards,The App Store TeamWhen I use a hex editor on file libAdobeMobile.a I see references to UIWebView and UIWebViewDelegate in the static link library. If I remove the AdobeMobileSDK cocoa pod from my project and re-submit the app to Apple I do not receive this email.  Our code only uses WKWebView. Is this issue something that is being looked into?  This

The Partner Learner Journey for AEM Developer refers to "AEM Challenges" - where can I find those challenges?

HiI have a workflow that will run every 30 minutes. The delivery that will be send is of the type 'continuous delivery'.How can I make sure that the seed addresses that are configured in the delivery template, only get targeted on the first run?I don't want the seeds to receive the email every 30 minutes. Thanks!Leonie

Hi All, Which is the best way to map evars and props while using AEP SDK for mobile app analytics :1) Map using Mobile services UI, which will create processing rules at report suite leve. For this we need to create two property in Mobile services , as only one report suite can be attached with one property in Mobile services.2) Map by creating processing rules at report suite level directly.Which is the best and feasible way to map variables? Please suggest.Thank you

Hi,I know that with a smart campaign we can tell it to ignore communication limits. Can we do the same with email programs? ThanksLeticia
