Hello,We are trying to download customers who have opened or clicked an email campaign so that this can be compared to our main database. This seems simple enough to do for a one off BAU send within the delivery. However, for an always-on campaign is it right that i would need to go in to every single send to see this?

Hello,Our AEM dispatcher cache becomes invalid as soon as any page is (re)published by an author. As we publish pages many times each hour, there is effectively little to no dispatcher page caching, and pages are rebuilt for each request. I can see the effect of this with the marked difference in response time during a period of no author publishing and just after. Is this expected? Can't the cache be configured so that only the re-published page and those dependent on it are invalidated? Thanks,Stuart

Is it possible for an admin to transfer the ownership of an individual analytics segment from one user to another? We have a complex segment that is hard to maintain for the current owner and it needs to be moved to another user that is able to maintain it. The segment is being used across lots of reports and we don't want to copy and redo the reports. Thanks!Sanjay

Hi All,We created a workflow in AEM6.3 using the Approval project / Project tasks. This works fine when I go to a project and add a content path and kick off the workflow manually. However when I configure the Workflow launcher to point to a folder in DAM and looking for some metadata attribute value to kick of the workflow upon uploading an asset. This seems to error out and I can see the below in the log.com.adobe.granite.workflow.WorkflowException: Process execution resulted in an errorat com.adobe.granite.workflow.core.job.HandlerBase.executeProcess(HandlerBase.java:199)at com.adobe.granite.workflow.core.job.JobHandler.process(JobHandler.java:258)at org.apache.sling.event.impl.jobs.JobConsumerManager$JobConsumerWrapper.process(JobConsumerManager.java:500)at org.apache.sling.event.impl.jobs.queues.JobQueueImpl.startJob(JobQueueImpl.java:291)at org.apache.sling.event.impl.jobs.queues.JobQueueImpl.access$100(JobQueueImpl.java:58)at org.apache.sling.event.impl.jobs.queues.JobQueueImpl$1

Hello guys. I'm trying to send an email with an attachment that is in a specific directory, the idea is not to upload the file on the application server. In the preview it appears all right, but when I run the delivery I see a read access error. Does anyone know where the error might be? When I upload to the application server works, but this is not the ideal scenario. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi,Given Oracle's recent announcement that Java SE will be moving to a subscription model for server and desktop (https://www.oracle.com/java/java-se-subscription.html), I wonder if there is any renewed interest in officially certifying AEM with OpenJDK?6.4 technical requirements currently list Oracle JVM 8/9/10 (and IBM).https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-4/sites/deploying/using/technical-requirements.html Phil

Hi,I'd like to configure Adobe Campaign so that all addresses from a specific domain are authorised to send mails (so essentially I want <%= recipient.firstName %>.<%= recipient.lastName %>@domain.com to be authorised to send emails). How do I configure the 'Authorized masks for the sender address' to allow an entire domain rather than defining specific single addresses? Thanks in advance

Hello,Fairly new to Marketo and trying to set up some A/B testing on a triggered campaign. I have a five touch triggered email program set up with automation. If I wanted to A/B test the third email in this program, and I have right clicked on the asset and clicked add new test and chose whole email. My question is when setting the percentage how would it calculate when it hit the number to choose the winner because it's is triggered and there is no total count and I don't see anywhere you can set the threshold of a number. Any input is appreciated.

Hi,I would like to know whether the "Not Opened Email" filter already assumes that the person was sent that email, or do I need to add that filter (i.e. have both filters "Was Sent Email" and "Not Opened Email").For example, if I have a smart list: 1. "Member of Engagement Program" is trueAND2. "Not opened email" is "Email 5"(there are 10 emails in this engagement program)Is this only going to give me the list of people who were sent but didn't open Email 5?Or is it going to give me a list of all people who didn't open email 5 including those who were not yet sent this email?

Hi All,whenever we'll get a exception in a particular process step, there will be a option called "retry" instead of "complete" if we select that retry option, the particular step will be re executed againif there is no exception it will move to its next forward stateif there is still exception the workflow should be there in that process step nlythis thing i need to acheive programaticallyThanks!

Hi Team,Can you please help me with creating calculated metrics for Avg Time on Page? Thanks,Dinesh

Hello. I have a trouble with bounce rate counting. I use following formula: single page visits / entries. But when I'd built report with splitting on tracking code I see such picture:You can see that BR (bounce rate) is more than 100%. Single Page Visits is more than entries. Could you help me with this problem:1) Why bounce rate is so strange? Maybe problem is in formula.2) Why single page visits is more than entries? Is problem in splitting or in something else? Thanks

I'm looking to create a daily report with a overview of email delivery metrics (i.e sents, opens, clicks). Is there an option to create an automation to export this data?

Hi,We have 2 hosts (xyz and abc) and both share the same content. However, we need to show personalised content to users  on home page based on hostname.Ex: If the user visits xyz's home page then show different content and if user visits abc's home page then show different content. We can use different pages for this. But in future we want to extend this functionality to a number of pages. I am new to personalisation in AEM. Is it possible to achieve this using Adobe Target and personalisation. If yes, then could you please provide some steps or links to the documentation? If not, which approach is the best.Appreciate your help in advance. Thanks!

Dear Experts,When a bunch of images are uploaded to AEM instance with 6.3.3 version having separated datastore, all images are uploaded successfully and proper jcr content fields are allocated. But, when I tried to locate the image(file) specified in dam:sha1 field in filedatastore, I neither found the image nor folder taxonomy.Could you please point me in the right direction?Kind regardsSid

I want to set up and study the reference sites for AEM forms 6.5 in my local AEM quickstarts. I'm slowly working my way through the instructions found here and I've come to a step labelled "Override default XSS configuration." This directs me to replace an almost 4 kilobyte, painfully complex regular expression with one that's vastly shorter. Is this actually correct, or is this step left over from a previous version? Thank you,Tony

Hello,I am trying to split an Address into - Street1, Street2, City, State, ZIP, Country - from a field "L3MG Original Address" which is part of a feed into Adobe, and therefore part of a Classification table with key "Listing ID".I created a Subclassification on "Address" for the six items -  Street1, Street2, City, State, ZIP, Country -.Then in Rule Builder, used regex  ^(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)\|(.*)$  to split the address as shown below.Individually, each expression is matching as shown below:But on "Test Rule Set"  it throws the error -Can someone help solve this? Is it because rule builder won't work on a Sub Classification key? Thanks,
