I have a my website on Dev environment which is not on public , how can Adobe reach it .Currently from public domain am reaching it using login credential , How can I incorporate these credentials on adobe analytics properties to use them.

We are bound to a rather strict rulset regarding data security. Adobe Analytics seems to not cater for these modern needs as it propagates values in parameters where you can't control the values:activityMap: The most annyoing and dangerous feature which we hopefully should be able to disable through the UI soon.r: as long as you don't use the no-referer header this can contain dangerous data (if the referer is a badly build website with PII in the url)g: similar to r, but here at least we have a little bit control over the website and should enforce to not have PII in the urlpev1: Exit Links and Download Links always propagate this Link URL parameter with the href of the a tag that triggered the event. Even if you don't use the automated link tracking from the Analytics Extension. Examples are PDFs that are generated with the name of a user or links to a website (or social media page where the username is usually part of the url)Is there a way to disable these parameters or at least be

We are trying to set up a very complex triggered program from a SurveyMonkey survey. There are about 18 different emails a respondent could receive after completing the survey based upon how they answered. I have all of this set up but then realized it's nearly impossible to test because my record will have all of the answers stored in my record history. This will set off multiple triggers and the goal is that a respondent would only receive one. I know there are some workarounds like adding an activity date to the filters and using multiple emails. But given how detailed these programs are, I was wondering if there is anyway to simply clear a record's SurveyMonkey data? This would allow us to test this much easier. Or are any other ideas that anyone has that I may not be thinking of? Thank you!

Hi,I was wondering if there is a clever way to mark a question containing checkbox questions (more than 1 answer possible) mandatory that at least 1 checkbox is ticked. In the example: I can define an error message for Container 6 if no checkbox out of those three are ticked. I know I can make each single checkbox mandatory, but that's not the point and would be detrimental in my survey case. Thanks!

Hi everyone,Actually this is a simple question. As the editable templates are introduced( but seems little confusing since it comes to just drag and drop for me), I am more versed to static templates since I am an HTML developer also. My question is which should be  actually used from version 6.3 onward and which one is recommended by Adobe also? I would require some detailed explanations on using the OOTB components in an editable page with parsys in action which will be very helpful. Any detailed answers on this question is admirable. Thanks!

I've been looking around at various threads on the community and seems there are 2 main ways people are building Marketo programs for digital UTM tracking - either using "Fills Out Form" with a "Referrer" constraint OR using UTM values as fields. For example, if you want to track Paid Social through LinkedIn. We are currently using the latter - so we have the standard UTM hidden fields on our forms and we're using them as filter constraints like this:Wondering if that's the best method, or if using Fills Out Form with a Referrer constraint is better, so something like this instead where the UTM query string is specified in the Referrer.Pros/Cons to each method?

Hi,We have integrated search and promote our sites with results combined from 4 URL'sWe have a scenario to give weightage to results in a particuluar URL or rank results by URL's.Any suggestion on this willl be very helpful. Thanks,Sagar Kumar

Hi All, As we know, how AEM has edit bar for components in classic UI mode, do AEM 6.3 have any edit bars for touch UI mode, instead having the floating dialog. Issue is web-pages which are having more than 10 components on page, it is hard to differentiate from one component to other until unless we do mouse hover on the components. If there is no edit bars available for touch UI, any other solution which can be implemented, which will help business authors to differentiate component in the page in edit mode(touch-ui). Thanks for the help! Regards, -Krishna.

Dear Adobe Community,We are looking into tracking all the purchases through Server side Tracking.I have seldom found Documentation on this subject.Could someone please share their feedback and documentation on this subject ?This would help us a lot !Cheers,Mario

Hello,I would like to know if someone has already tried to put a Adobe Analytics in a third party Payment platform. To give some more context : We believe we are loosing Purchases in the last step of our buypath since some users decide to use a 3rd party payment, and after paying they do'nt come back to the confirmation page that issues the Purchase Event. Please, comment on this, Is it possible to add a single simple tag on a third a party payment site - without having to use a TMS for exemple ?Right now I'm not even sure we can send the adobe Tag without a TMS - and I'm pretty sure that the secure platform won't allow us to add a TMS in there.Cheers,Mario

Hi all,I have a conundrum that I hope you guys can help with.We have demographic score rest as discussed on this page:marketingrockstarguides.com/demographic-rescoring-marketo-2726/We have an AQL threshold of 100 points with 40 made up of Demo and 60 made up of Behaviour. We've noticed that some of our Leads are re-AQLing when their Demo score gets re-calculated due to a change in one of their Demo fields.Let me give you an example:1) We have a lead with a PErson Score of 120 points, 40 of which is demo and the other 80 is Behaviour2) One of the Demo field values changes, so he is pulled into our Demo re-calculation programme3) This programme, sets the person score to be the Behaviour score, so that it can then gradually add the necessary Demo scores back up.4) By doing this, the Lead drops to below the AQL threshold, as it is now at 80 points5) As the programme adds the demo score back, the person goes back over the AQL threshold of 100 points, thus triggering notifications to Sales of

Hi all, so in our Adobe Campaign we have different users, each one of them have it's own workflows, and have it's own exports. the issue here that all the exports that the users do, go to the same folder in the server, i would like to create something (workflow or script) that take the file exported to a user folder, the user who did the export. to explain it more here is an example: we have the admin and 2 users, A and B, and the file X.txt. -if the Admin did the export, the file exported will go to \Export_Files\X.txt-if the user A who did the export, the file needs to go to \Export_Files\Files_A\X.txt-if the user B exported a file, it should go to \Export_Files\Files_B\X.txtRegards,Badr.

Hello,How AEM  retrieves dependencies  in the Asset References tab (used adobe InDesign tool here) Thanks!

Hi All,We are migrating asset pulishing related customizations. AEM 6.2 - What this basically does is on selecting an asset and clicking on "Publish" or "Publish Later", based on some logic on custom property which is set on asset, it prevents/allows us from publishing the asset.Customized file in AEM 6.2 - /apps/dam/gui/coral/components/admin/publish/clientlibs/publishasset/publishasset.jsWe have around 2 custom methods added for it work in 6.2. What it basically does is hit a servlet with asset paths and based on asset metadata property, it returns a json something like "failure/success : dam asset path ". Based on the response, asset publishing is allowed/not allowed.----------------------AEM 6.5.0[no service packs or hotfix or anything] - we have moved the customized code to publishasset.js in 6.5. However, it works fine only with "Quick Publish".With options under "Manage Publication", the customizations do not work.----------------------Analysis done w.r.t 6.5 so far -1] Looks li

Hi all, looking at AEM 6.5 API I found that ResponsiveGridExporter (The Adobe AEM Quickstart and Web Application.)  now has additional method to implement - getAllowedComponents. This method's signature tells that an instance of com.day.cq.wcm.foundation.model.impl.exportAllowedComponentsExporter should be returned. However the com.day.cq.wcm.foundation.model.impl package is declared as private package. I'm a little bit confused. Could anyone help me on that?

Hello,   I dont think it is even possible through permissions but still wanted to confirm.  Can we allow users to edit the page so that they can edit the components on the page, but we do not want user to edit the page properties. I tried updating the jcr:modified, jcr:modifiedProeprties, rep:addProperties, rep:alterProperties and rep:removeProperties but  I can could not achieve this requirement. the option to hide/disable fields in page properties is not option as we want some of the super authors group to have that ability. I guess I will have to implement a custom code to check the permissions/groups and then show or hide the fields on the page properties page. Can someone provide insights if it is possible through the permissions or there is any other way?

I've built a form in the form builder that has several fields in a line next to each other. Yet, when I pull that form into a landing page all of the fields are placed below each other, not as I have built it in the form builder. Is there a best practice for the landing page css to display the form as I have it built?

Gostaria de saber sobre onde encontrar treinamento em SP.

Hi all,We are trying to implement the opting out of cookies section on our website. After discussing with many of the team members I am still trying to understand how this will/should affect our tracking. As I understood, there is a regulation that says you cannot track a user without his consent, no matter if the tracking is not storing any personal data/ identifier and the actions are in this way not connecting to a person. This is something for the legal to clarify time but I would be grateful to see other's people experiences too... Are you still tracking clicks on CTAs if the user opts out? Or you block tracking at all?Now my real question, since the main idea is for the user to opt out of cookies: Is Adobe Analytics working without cookies? We've tested blocking all the cookies related to analytics and I can still see the satellite calls in the console, so maybe I am misunderstanding this... but would that still work without the user storing any cookies?I've seen that in DTM there

Hi everyone. How do I measure and report this efficiently? My client has developed a search engine that multiple sets of results, i.e. "Places" and "Websites". (I'll just call them result groups.)So a search for "doctor" could return:Websites: 32 resultsPlaces: 4 results. Each result, regardless of group, has a title and a topic. "Places" also have a region. She wants to know:For any given search term, how many results do people get—both in total and in each group?Which results do people click on?So far, it's no problem to just create group-specific eVars, e.g.:Search TermNumber of Website ResultsNumber of Place ResultsWebsite NameWebsite TopicPlace NamePlace TopicPlace LocationIn this case, event "Search" would be reported using eVar1–3. Event "Result Click" would be reported using either eVar4–5 or eVar6–8,But my client may want to expand the search engine with more groups, such as "Videos" or "Products", so I'd like to avoid filling up Analytics with very similar eVars. So another soluti
