Hi there,I'm trying to create an automated monthly report where I can see the Operating System for the top 5 Mobile Devices for a particular segment. However, as new mobile devices are introduced over time, newer devices overtake previous top 5 Mobile Devices and these newer devices don't automatically have Operating Systems drill-down. Is there any way to automate this? I don't want to manually adjust these reports monthly.Thank you in advance!Q: When 'Samsung Galaxy S10' overtakes other Mobile Devices, could it automatically show Operating Systems in an automated report?

The client is using AEM 6.4 SP2. The corporate mail server uses TLS. hence, in the Day CQ Mail Service, the TLS has been enabled. The corporate mail server also requires that the mail sender turn off the hostname verification. Is there any way, the Day CQ Mail Service can turn off the hostname verification? The alternative would be to write a custom "send mail" code that has the hostname verification turned off. Of course, the first preference would be to use the out of of box Day CQ Mail Service instead. Thanks very much for reviewing my question in this post!!

We are using custom multi field(multicompositefield) in page properties which saving the values as child node, able to add the values in dialog and those are saving fine, but when we open the dialog, the values are not getting populated in the dialog. The dialog is working fine when it is added as component dialog, issue happening when only the dialog is part of page properties, please suggest how to resolve this issue in classic UI.

Hi,               I would like to know what is the purpose of platform options in Adobe campaign admin - platform - options hierarchy ? Can we access the platform options in the campaigns / workflows created  ? If they are not used in campaigns / workflows , what purpose do they server. Eg. the default platform options are available and probably used by campaign itself. But, if I as an operator have right to create platform options, then I should be able to use them as well. I did not find any link which explains how we can use them. Configuring Campaign options Kindly help .Regards,Piyush

Hi all,I have seen in our analytics a marked decrease in data pulling through for visits to our secure site pages from iPhone devices as of mid February 2019.  Wondering if anyone has seen similar results and if know reasons as to why - other than standard difficulties in tracking Apple data. Many thanksKirsten

I was trying to connect the Analytics to sharepoint site to enable site traffic monitoring. While have followed the tutorial JavaScript implementation overview and I am not able to find the variable trackingsecureserver  from the code example. Even after I have included the VisitorAPI.js and AppMeasurement.js, the analytics tracking does not reflect to my sandbox analytics console.I have four questions:1. How to find the trackingsecureserver variable value?2. I can see a GET request to adobesandbox failing to complete from the console. I see net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error. Why is this happening and what is the resolution? I have now used trackingsecureserver and trackingserver variable(which I was able to get from code manager), both of them having same value now, is that an issue?3. Since the site is in sharepoint I was not able to add these  js script files as a part of HEAD tag. It is inside BODY tag. Is this an issue?4. s.t() value is not reaching onto var s_code=s.t();if(s_code)

Hi,I have custom workflow that is launched on asset creation. Though the workflow is completed i could still see it in instances. When i open the history i could see that the workflow is completed. Can you please let me know why is the workflow instance still in running status? Do i need to manually terminate them or do i need to include termination related code in custom workflow? Arun Patidar / smacdonald2008 Can you please help me out on this ? I'm using AEM 6.4 version.

Can we overlay the file to our custom path or we have to overlay the file to exact folder structure location as in libs, for example i want to overlay the constants.js(/libs/cq/ui/widgets/source/constants.js) file, in this adobe recommended Copy this file to /apps/cq/ui/widgets/source/constants.js for overlaying, but in my project that folder structure is not there, so i have copied to the custom path in apps folder and tested the changes and overlaying is working fine.

Hello everyone,Could anyone help on this. I have some of the pages which takes time to load and process the user's request. That is why our request performance is showing warning or critical status. When i have checked JMX console for requestsStatus (HealthCheck), it shows This health check looks at the 75th Percentile (ms) in relation to warning and critical thresholds. The warning threshold is at 200 ms and the error threshold is at 500 ms.In our site few pages are takes more than 500ms and we have configured monitoring tool on it, Which is giving continuously alert for warning or critical for the same. Can we increase the threshold value for request performance as we cannot reduce the load for these pages?

Is this metric available any longer???I can find average length of visits but my client was average time on site reports and I can't find them in 15THANKSMJHoffman

I just ran a report on an email I sent and it said 38 Clicks and 20 Unsubscribes. I ran a second report to get a list of those who clicked on the specific link CTA. That said 8.To check I created a smart list that said -Clicked link in email is (The Email)in past  30 daysMember of List (The List)Then looked at the campaign members and go into qualified leads which were 38. Looks good. Then I start to  look at each person's activity log  - Unsubscribes are in there?! I thought they weren't included in clicks?I ended up going through all 38 and there were the 20 unsubscribes included. Im confused!Help!

I'm wanting to add an IP Address filter for Facebook Bot traffic (when creating ads they hit each URL to ensure it's active) but have not been able to find a definitive list, just a string to see the "most current subset". Anyone out there happen to have the static range of IP address?TIA-CHill

I'm trying to incorporate Target into my clients emails and we're creating a campaign in Adobe Campaign Classic that serves up 3 different creatives based on the time. Creative A will be show leading up to the event, Creative B will be shown on the date of the event and Creative C will be shown after the event. How can we fully QA all the versions of the email prior to going live? I'd like to be able to verify that all versions of the email are displaying and functioning properly. Any tips or leads on how to do this would be most appreciated. Thank you,Martin

Hi to all,we are using ResourceResolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver from different threads and different event listener with a identical identifier, e.g.Map<String, Object> authenticationProperties = new HashMap<>();authenticationProperties.put(ResourceResolverFactory.SUBSERVICE, "our_id");ret = resourceResolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver(authenticationProperties); We don't share the service resource resolver between thread or listeners. Every call to the listener or every thread calls the code snippet from above to get his own SRR and is closing the SRR when work is done.Is this possible without running into problems when a thread or a event will be fired in parallel?Or should we use different identifiers for event listener A, event listener B, background thread A, ...ThanksUwe

I need to export the primary key (broadlogid) from the broadLogRtEvent schema for a daily log file extract. In the Extract file activity there's no option to export the primary key (see attached image).Adobe's online documentation states "It is not possible to export unique identifiers (primary keys) of log resources." However, there must be a way around this using a different approach.Does anyone have any ideas on how to export the primary key from an Adobe out-of-the-box schema?Thank you,John

We used to use LiveCycle Designer but how do we edit the PDFs now?Have been in contact with Adobe Support and still going nowhere.

Good morning,I have a technical question around best practice with building segments.I have an offline trait from my data warehouse, for customer’s product holding and 3 other traits for lifecycle. I want to segment the customers with product ‘A’, into 4 product lifecycles. Early life, in life, recontracting window and out of contract. For early life, recontracting window and out of contract I have made positive inclusions, however for in life I have removed all the other options i.e. ‘AND NOT’ for early life, recontracting window and out of contract. (Negative inclusion)My assumption is that Product A has 10m devices, if I remove 3 options, say totalling 4m, then I’ll be left with 6m. This does not seem to be the case as I’m seeing good volume in all other segments apart from in life. The acid question is – do you always need to make positive inclusions rather than assumed inclusion by removing all other options? (i.e. does it handle remainders?) Many thanks,Pete

Hi everyone,Is there a limit on the number of Recurring Email activities in a workflow? I know the limit of a workflow in a campaign is 28, I was just wondering if there was one for activities.
