The flow visualization is really great, especially how it will let you see entry and exit pages.  However when you place the page dimension on Entry, you see the top entry pages by traffic volume.  If I want to see a specific page that isn't in the top five, I've added an Entry Page as a segment filter to see it (red arrow below):I keep thinking there should be an easier way to specify a page.  Is there a way to do that without having to use a segment?

Is there a reason that a report that I can see in Adobe Workspace would not be available in Report Builder? My example is there is an extension of the Entry Page report that is called Entry Page Type that I can pull in Workspace. But when I try to build the same report in Report Builder that Report/Dimension isn't available to choose. Please advise.

Good day experts,In this post, Entry Page and Hit Depth, Real-Case  I asked one question about how to identify the Re-entry.Now, I would like to understand how to get the conversion% contributed by the Re-entry channel.E.g.Visit1Search from Google > Home Page > Series Page > Sub-Series Page > Product Page > ConvertVisit2Search from Google > Home Page > Series Page > Sub-Series Page > Search from Bing again then > Landing to Product Page > ConvertVisit3Search from Bing > Home page > Internal Search > Product Page > ConvertVisit4Search from Bing > Product Page > Series Page > Product Compare Page > Product Page > ConvertBesides the Adobe default "Referring Domain", we captured "Referral Domain" in a prop as well. So, in this visit, we could capture "Referral Domain" 2 values: Google.com, Bing.comUnder this situation, how can we get the "Source:Bing" conversion: from Bing AND landing on Product Page THEN convert?Expected Result:Co

I'm interested in finding a straightforward way to isolate a visitor's traffic source in one location in Adobe Analytics. The idea being that I can export this data and have it be as close as I can get to a "single source of truth" for what drove a visitor to the site. I am trying to avoid having to export multiple files (featuring multiple segments) and then marrying this data up in a database. To this end, I've considered creating a "combined traffic sources" s.eVar, but am not sure if this is the best approach and am hoping that the community will weigh in. Part of the draw of using an s.eVar rather than a data warehouse request is that I can easily use the entries metric, which will take care of potential issues with internal URLs.The general approach is the following:If a campaign tracking code exists in the URL, the campaign tracking code is set as the eVar value OTHERWISEIf a campaign tracking code does not exist in the URL, then the referring domain is set as the eVar valueDoes

We are exploring to do visitor segmentation based on monthly engagement and bucket them based on number of engaged days .A User is called engaged user if he has done any clicks (success event)  in a Day. We would like to create a user segment for user who’s engaged days is greater than X days in a given monthWe tried multiple solution , however we couldn’t segment user based on engaged day as segment are based on session then visitor but nothing on Days. Our unique user identifier is more than 20 char so we couldn’t  leverage ever serialization procedure . Methods of Event Serialization Appreciate you help , knowledge article (KB) to crack the engaged day segment for visitor.

Why do users that we've removed from the Admin Console still appear in the Analytics User Management section? Does "Migration" mean the user's account has been moved (now controlled) by Admin Console? We're finding it very difficult to understand where we need to focus, and remove users - especially when they leave the company. Just when we think we've got the process under control we find the user account listed in yet another location. (I.e., Analytics > Admin > User Management). Thanks for help in understanding how to efficiently manage Analytics users and access.Erica

Hello,On most of our sites I am seeing a lot of payment gateway urls in the list and a lot of our e-commerce revenue is being attributed to these domains in our marketing channel reports. What is the best way to exclude these domains so they do not appear get revenue attributed to them? For one of our sites I have identified up 50 individual domains that would need to be potentially excluded. I expect this is something most e-commerce sites experience, so I wanted to know if there was a standard way of doing this.My initial expectation is that we'd have to add these domains to our Internal URL Filters, but would this stop revenue being attributed in the marketing channel report and secondly is there not a simpler solution? Thanks.

Hi all,I've set up 5 smart campaigns to write last touch url parameter data into a multi-touch field intended to capture all touchpoints along a lead's journey. I've followed some great resources to set it up, but my tests demonstrate that it's not working properly. Screenshots of the smart list, the flow steps, and my sample result: In Option 2 of the flow step, the window size cuts off the full entry of the New Value. Here's what it says:{{system.dateTime}} {{lead.utm_lt_campaign}} | {{lead.utm_mt_campaign}}Hope y'all can help me out! Thanks,Nikki

Hi, I am doing a generic link tracking across my website and tracking it as follows on click of that link,s.clearVars() var linkName; s.linkTrackVars = 'prop1,eVar1,events'; s.linkTrackEvents = 'event1'; s.events = 'event1'; linkName = "linkclick"; s.prop1 = s.eVar1 = s.pageName+":"+linkName; When I check under the Console->Network tab, it shows the image request is getting cancelled followed by a subsequent image request firing. Although the beacon is firing, the data is not getting mapped to the eVar or the prop or the events. This in turn is resulting in report data showing up empty. Please do help!

Hi,I stored the Page ID value in Prop and eVar.The Page Views, Visits, and Unique Visitors values of Prop and eVar are different.ex)I want to know the why. please reply.

Having an issue with a specific module in my master template.... all other modules have the options to be made dynamic in the email editor, but the chat module above the footer of my email only allows options to move up/down, duplicate or delete. Is this an issue with the module configuration? Thank you!

Hi! I just noticed calculated metrics are showing decimal numbers (float) in CSV files or when it is copied into clipboard:To be specific, we were using a calculated metric for the user count and one month ago, it was displayed as a whole number, but in the last report it shows with decimals.I already check if the calculated metric is selecting decimal numbers (example below), but it does not:Someone know Why is this happening? There is something that changes after new feature implementation?thank you in advance.

HI all,I have one question about ACC with Oracle. When we try to make complex workflow, there are some issues which are related with oracle archive log.Sometimes, we use many enrichment activity in workflow. At that time, if we want to query large scale customer information, each enrichment activity will make many temporary tables. And when ACC make temporary tables, it will make too many oracle archive log. Sometime this can make very serious problem (like DB space lack). Because of this issues, our client want to use oracle 'append' hint. But as I know, we can not control factory configured query. So I think we need to focus oracle 'nologging' option on table level. Are there any option which is related with oracle 'nologging' option in ACC? Or if you have experienced about ACC with Oracle, could you please let me know your experience ?FYI. Due to customer's internal policy, We can not turn off oracle archive log. And we can not control archived log retention period. Thanks,Best Regards,Dae

Hi All,I'm currently working on implementing marketing channels for our organization & lately we have noticed that 'session refresh' share goes beyond 20% of the overall traffic. We are also taking few measures to correct our internal filters and processing rules. But, for this case, should session refresh channel be checked to override last-touch channel which could be causing it to inflate? If not, then what could be the reason for the higher number of session refresh? We have a lot of sites with different domains like: abc.com/ca, abc.com/ch, abc.com/de & there is cross pollination between them. It could be one of the potential reason but not likely to be true. ThanksM
