Hi everyone,Here's what we are trying to achieve:We are integrating Marketo with a custom CRM and I'm creating a data dictionary for all the field mappings. In the CRM we have an 'Industry' field. On the UI of the CRM it is a multi-select box (as our customers often operate in multiple industries), in the database it is a string field, which each value separated by a tilde.Once integrated with Marketo, we want customers to be able to update these values using Marketo forms, as well as the CRM being able to update it with new values set by the salespeople. However, in Marketo forms, I'd rather not present users with a text field and expect them to enter tilde separated industry names..........!So, is there a way that if I create multiple checkbox fields in Marketo for each industry, that our customers can interact with these on the forms, and then use smart campaigns maintain the string or formula field in Marketo.Or, is there an even better approach? I am noticing on my pages that have a Marketo form that a second form tag is added to the bottom of the page and it has no form id. This second form tag creates a white bar below the footer of the page. See the issue here on this page. https://www.workwave.com.Does anybody know why this is happening and how to stop it from adding this second form tag?Thank you.

Hi Everyone,I have added another dimension to our campaign conversion classifications. When I use the marketing channel processing rules, this new dimension is not showing up as an option. It's been over a day so don't believe it to be a timing issue.Any idea why? Is there a maximum number of dimensions which we can capture in our marketing tracking codes? Thanks!

Hello All, I'm looking for feedback on tracking the position of products for an Internal Search Result Page - pre and post click.Example: User searches a keyword, hits enter. An internal search results page appears with relevant products. The idea then is to track the position of a product as it appears for a certain keyword before the User clicks on one.Is this possible? Curious to see if it has been done before by anyone within the community. Thanks!

I have a site that we're moving from GTM/GA to Launch/AA. We are attempting to use some of the events and variables from the current data layer to avoid new development work; however, I'm struggling to reference the data layer successfully in Launch.Below is an example of what I'm working with. In GTM, I would simply set up a custom event for the "virtualPageView" event and capture the "virtualUrl" as a variable. I'm sure this is doable in Launch as well, but I'm struggling to figure out how to reference these elements and use the event as a rule to fire my pageviews. Here is how I'm trying to format my event/rule in Launch. What am I doing wrong?? Is it the element? If so, what should it be? Should I be referencing the event like "dataLayer.virtualPageView"? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, This is my 1st time working in the ACS tool where I need to extend data fields on the recipients data schema. One of the fields is a Boolean value. However - when I got to publish the schema I get this error message. What is this error? Is this just a warning letting me know the value is NULL since I haven't updated the field with actual data? Should I ignore this error and continue to publish?I can't find any documentation.

How we can ensure the data/content security on the AEM website?

We've got email signature snippets set up. The issue is, the titles of our team members change and then it's quite a manual process to go in to each of the snippets and update them. We've put tokens in the snippets, but they don't seem to bring up the information from the relevant fields. They just come up as blank. Any tips for successfully nesting tokens in snippets would be amazing. Thanks!

Which wildcard operators are supported in Segment Builder?Looking through the posts returned by this search and having done some experimentation, I suspect the asterisk (*) character is the only one (i.e. "matches zero or more of any character").However, my reason for asking is that the Comparison Operators for Segment help article makes reference to "wildcard operators" (in the plural) and the concept of "globbing" (which is much more extensive than the simple asterisk).
