Hi,I was wondering what were your experiences in Campaign management; to be more specific how your teams have been handling all the campaign activities (how does the marketing request a new campaign, where are the assets shared, if you used ticketing tool or excel, etc.).I have worked with Jira for the campaign requests where then the marketing would attach an excel sheet with the email template and details of the campaign but found it quite time consuming.  I was wondering if anyone has a better approach. Thanks!

Over the past couple months we've noticed several instances where new leads show the Visit Web Page activity hours before Marketo registers the New Person and Fill Out Form activities. The visitors only would've made it to a confirmation page after filling out a form, so the form data should be available almost immediately.Marketo Support suggested creating a Smart Campaign with the Visits Webpage trigger and the Not Filled Out Form filter in order to alert our team, however these leads are still anonymous to us until the New Person and Fill Out Form activities are processed.Support also let us know that these occurrences correlated with lag times across the datacenter, so there's nothing we can do within our instance to prevent this from happening in the future. At this point we're hoping for two things: 1.) A way for our team to be alerted when lags like this occur (none of these occurrences led to updates on Marketo's Status Page), and 2.) A way to capture the form data so our sales

Hi, I have been looking for a way (with the rest API) to produce a list of forms that contain a specific field. So far I have not seen a REST API method that will give me that information. I would like to know how many and which forms contain the phone number field. Has anyone been successful with something like this? Thanks!

I have a site where leads are being submitted. My purpose is to capture this data from Adobe Analytics and set up a process of sending this data to Google Adwords. What possible options do I have?

Hello All,I am seeking a best practice for implementing the lifecycle metrics using the API insertion route for apps.Is there a document or example code that someone could share regarding the setup?I know with the SDKs you basically just set the below for Install/Launch{"lifecyclecontextdata": {"installdate": "22/05/2014","hourofday": 6,"dayofweek": 2,"osversion": "iOS 12.3","appID": "contextDataValue","resolution": "600x1345","devicename": "iPhoneX","launchevent": "LaunchEvent","prevsessionlength": 345,"locale": "en-US","runmode": "Application","launches": 42},"starttimestampmillis": 44,"maxsessionlength": 22,{"lifecyclecontextdata": {"installevent": "InstallEvent","dailyenguserevent": "DailyEngUserEvent","monthlyenguserevent": "MonthlyEngUserEvent","installdate": "22/05/2014"...},}{"lifecyclecontextdata": {"launchevent": "LaunchEvent","dailyenguserevent": "DailyEngUserEvent","monthlyenguserevent": "MonthlyEngUserEvent","installdate": "22/05/2014","launches": 42,"dayssincelastuse": 4,

Hi,We are trying to implement Adobe Target API next to Launch (with Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud ID Service). We would like to:get the variant content via the Adobe Target API call before Adobe Analytics / Experience Cloud ID Service is loaded.for that, we would like to use Server Side Batch Delivery call: Target API v1.0to see the results of the tests (variation / unique visitors / conversions etc.) in Adobe Analyticsfor that, we could use Data Insertion API as described here: Target API v1.0 IssueThe Data Insertion API requres one of the following parameters to be passed:mcidvidaidHowever, none of them is available at 1).QuestionsHow do we make sure 1) and 2) are linked in terms of some common id that would allow for proper serving of experiences for each user as well as tracking the test and variation name in Adobe Analytics via Data Insertion API?Perhaps there's some other way you would suggest approaching the implementation of the server-side testing combined with test repo

Hello -We have lots of pages in our AEM Publisher that end up returning a 302 or 301 redirect response. Is there any way to configure Dispatcher to cache those, so they don't make their way to the publisher each time?I tried turning on the "header caching" for the "Location" header, but that didn't seem to help.I see articles on the Internet about setting up a Varnish cache to do this, but that's not feasible in our environment, hence why I am hoping there is a way to do it with Dispatcher. Thanks!Tim

Hello,I'm in the process of setting up Workspaces and Partitions for our instance and I have some questions that I can't seem to find any documentation on. We have two brands (so I'm setting up two partitions and/or two workspaces) that don't share leads, so we can have duplicate leads across brands, however, we will not be duplicating contacts or accounts - which I understand will lead to difficulties, but short of revamping the SFDC setup, I imagine I'll have to solve for this on my end.If a person that exists as a Contact in one partition fills out a form that's associated with the other partition, as I understand it, nothing will happen. How would I make sure a new lead is created? Or potentially better yet (though more unlikely) associate with the existing Contact in the other partition. Is there a way to make the forms global across both Partitions? Based on what I could find it seemed like the answer was no. If instead of using multiple Partitions I use one main Partition with t

HiI would need create buckets of users that have a condition met. What I need to achieve is to see how man users have made a specific actions. E.g. I need to say how many users have clicked once on a button, twice on a button, three times on a button and so on. How can I achieve this? I cannot do it in Segment builder as the condition is:Hit = Event1 and eVar="value"So I need to identify exactly the event with 2 conditions. The final result should be:1500 users clicked the button on page 1 ONCE1000 users clicked the button on page 1 TWICE800 users clicke the button on page 1 THREE TIMESand so on.How can I achieve this? Thanks for help.

I'm wondering if it is possible to load a different landing page if someone filled out a form with a specific value.Example, I have a registration form for an Event. The event has two locations. If a person chose location A, the Landing Page might say one thing. If a person chose location B, the landing page might say another thing. How would I do this? Thanks

Hi We are using adobe dynamic media to display images and videos on front end.We have a scenario where we need to have two dynamic media servers for different countries.Based on path we need to send images on corresponding dynamic meida servers. For example images under /content/dam/a--> Dynamic media 1images under /content/dam/b--> Dynamic media 2For this we have configured two s7delivery replication agent and given different persmissions to agents as below.1. dynamic-media-replication agent have read/replicate permission on /content/dam/a2. dynamic-media-replication-new agent have read/replicate permission on /content/dam/bHowever when we are trying to test connection using 2nd agent we are getting below exception:com.day.cq.replication.ReplicationException: Impersonation not allowed.    at com.adobe.cq.dam.aod.replication.S7DeliveryContentBuilder.getResolver(S7DeliveryContentBuilder.java:158)On further analysis we found that in com.adobe.cq.dam.aod.replication.S7

Hi all.I am trying to use a script and Velocity to make the output of a date/time field more user friendly.$date.format('MMMM dd, yyyy hh:mm a z', ${convert.parseDate(${lead.pexa_callbacktime}, 'yyyy-MM-dd')})I am using the following Velocity script to achieve this, and so far I can successfully change the format, however it changes the timezone on me to GMT.  We are in Australia so need this to display AEST (or GMT+10).The output i get is as follows.Original Date/Time - 2016-09-14 11:00:00Output after running through the above script - September 14, 2016 12:00 AM GMTAny pointers on how to set the location or time zone in the output?  I am assuming this is picking up the timezone of Marketo's Apache server.ThanksNick

Hello, where I can find what JS version is used within adobe campaign classic? Marcel

If an email is sent from Message Center and bounces, does a flag get added to the Recipient (or whichever relevant) table in the Marketing instance to ensure that that recipient isn't contacted again?Or does Message Center not "speak" to the Marketing instance in this way?ThanksTom

What is the source/reason of this Change Data Value Activity?  Is it Salesforce because there is no associated campaign name?

Hi,We have a problem with Target. A quick fix from our end could apparently be to download a newer version of the adobe at.js while setting a very short timeout (as it is now 15 seconds) and upload it on our CDN. Because of the long timeout all pages where the at.js is implemented are loading that long.Does it sound relevant? How can we do this? Thanks!

We are trying to fetch data from Hortonwork Hadoop. I created the ODBC data source (Connection test successful) in our windows server and created an external account using the ODBC datasource (there is no database type option for Hadoop) name as the Server. When I go to the Parameters tab of the external account and click on the "Deploy Functions", I am getting a success message. But If I do the test connection, it is throwing an error as below. In the web@Default log I am getting this errorWDB-200001 SQL statement 'select GetDate()' could not be executed.
