Hi All,We are facing an issue in one of our non-prod environment. We have noticed an AccessDeniedException being thrown in 2 different Scenarios. In both the scenarios , per my understanding System users are involved. And I am not able to figure out what could be causing the AccessDeniedException.Scenario 1.While accessing Siteadmin , useradmin or miscadmin, we are seeing a blank page. On checking the browser console, I could see an error "CQ is not defined". Seeing this error I understood that the client libraries were not loaded. Upon checking the logs I could see below Access denied exception.Upon debugging the class HtmlLibraryManagerImpl.java, I found that AEM makes use of the system user "clientlib-service".com.adobe.granite.ui.clientlibs.impl.HtmlLibraryManagerImpl Cannot load js librariesjavax.jcr.AccessDeniedException: null  at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.jcr.session.NodeImpl$1.perform(NodeImpl.java:177)  at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.jcr.session.NodeImpl$1.perform(NodeImpl.java:

Hi,I was trying to convert page content into PDF, I searched a lot but couldn't find any exact results. Can anyone share an idea to convert page content to PDF. And need to convert many pages with different designs to PDF. Initially i tried Apache AOP , even though its giving 500 internal server error while accessing the URL with .pdf extension.Any reference URL would be appreciated. Thanks,Mohamedh Nishadh

Hi,seems that when you add the Facebook extension to your lib, but you do not express an explicit use of the pixel through one of the standard action choices (e.g. add action "Extension = Facebook Pixel", "Action Type = Send Page View"), the Facebook pixel code is not loaded. We encountered this problem on one of our sites, where we configure the extension with it's pixel ID, but where we have custom javascript code to make the "fbq" calls. The pixel code is not loaded, and thus facebook pixels are not fired...What is the reasoning behind this except maybe for some lib code optimalisation?Stefan

Hi all,How do I go about acquiring older versions of the library? Checking the code manager section in analytics's admin tab only gives me access to version 2.9.0. We're limited to 2.8.2 as we're using a tool that unfortunately doesn't support the latest one yet.Thanks!--Erik

This seems like it should be pretty straightforward.... a good portion of AEM customers must be using marketo and wanting to track form submits but I can't find any documentation.I have marketo forms embedded on several pages of my website, and I'd like to track how many form fills have occurred on any page each week. I used a standard marketo embed code (only edited for look n feel). Support has been telling me that I need an event based rule (what would trigger this and what should be the outcome?). Somehow, it calls a direct call rule that adds to my "form complete" event each time the form is submitted (what triggers the direct call and what is the outcome?). At this point, I'm not as worried about people who are filling out the form and submitting it while it's incomplete.... I just need more reliable numbers that match what I an see in marketo. Can someone suggest what should be in each field of the Event Based Tag & the Direct Call Tag? I have no idea where to start....

Hello,Is there a way to determine the list of reports or dashboards being used with a given variable (eVar, prop or event). Example: eVar1 captures login ID. Is there a way to look up on eVar 1 and see what all reports and dashboards are using eVar 1.?

We are mainly using the Workspace.Adobe Analytics offers a set of built-in Metrics, Dimensions and Segments.e.g. Metrics Quick Reference How can I hide some of the Metrics (resp. Segments or Dimensions) for all or specific usergroups? As some of the Metrics or Dimensions show wrong (or unprecise) data due to our implementation, we don't want to confuse our users. They should just see what we approve and share with them. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi all, There are some cases where we use a calculated metric to "correct" loading errors in the number of our success events. As an example, a script uploading "Visit" events runs twice, adding 200 events to the data warehouse on a specific day. We then use a calculated metric "Visits (Corrected)" to halve the events on that day. I want to hide the original "Visit" metric everywhere and only display the "Visits (Corrected)", but when I try that in the Report Suite Manager, it hides it all.Any help would be much appreciated!Cheers!

hello community, can anybody tell me what exactly "Display OA" on First Touch Channel means? thanks a lot!

Does anyone have any suggestions (or know if it's on the product roadmap) to export an Analysis Workspace CSV file to an FTP site instead of just emailing it to people? This came from our users, and I don't see a way to do it in the UI.

We are using XFA forms to generate formatted output from a quality management system. I'm trying to modify the form to display a "No Value" message when there is no data from the system to output.I have some javascript to check the values:{if ((oField.rawValue == null) || (oField.rawValue == "")) { oField.rawValue="No Value"; }else{ oField.rawvalue;} }But I am having trouble figuring out how to add it to my form. I'm using designer 6.4. Any suggestions?

Hi All,I am using AEM personalization feature in order to target content for specific users. My question is how do we enable content targeting on the Editable templates i.e. when we go to the template editor(aem/start.html -> Tools -> General -> Templates) where we author the initial content and template policies. My target is to author a header/footer component on the initial content of the editable template and target the content from there itself.ThanksSohum Wahi

Recently we installed SP3 on AEM 6.3 after installation it's all working and restart also worked good...but when we do deployment in Higher environment after installation of sp3 it is getting failed and start up is not happening after that , as we are seeing bundle errors as below. What could be the reason can someone help please...*ERROR* [FelixStartLevel] ERROR: Bundle '147' Error starting launchpad:resources/install/30/org.apache.sling.startupfilter.disabler-0.0.1-Rev1758544.jar (org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Unable to resolve org.apache.sling.startupfilter.disabler [147](R 147.0): missing requirement [org.apache.sling.startupfilter.disabler [147](R 147.0)] osgi.wiring.package; (&(osgi.wiring.package=org.apache.sling.startupfilter)(version>=1.0.0)(!(version>=2.0.0))) [caused by: Unable to resolve org.apache.sling.startupfilter [53](R 53.0): missing requirement [org.apache.sling.startupfilter [53](R 53.0)] osgi.implementation; (&(osgi.implementation=osgi.http)(vers

Hello all,I am facing an issue when i install the Dam Packages in my new AEM 6.4 instance. I have downloaded the packages from lower environment 6.1. I'm using dynamic content on landing pages in a nurture program, therefore need to share up to 6 versions of a landing page per touch (each default program used in the nurture includes it's own LP). We're talking 30 - 40 pages.....Things I've considered or tried:Take screenshots of every version of every page. (Yikes.)Create account for stakeholders so they can preview the pages by segmentation. (I did try this but it requires a certain level of technical understanding and for some reason they keep telling me it's not working for them ) Is there another way?

Hi Everyone,We use the "Clicks Link on Web Page" trigger for some lead scoring when users download PDFs off the website (Clicks Link on Web Page --> Link Name [Contains] .pdf, screenshot below)My question is, I want to use the same trigger, but EXCLUDE certain documents from the trigger. I.e., Link Name [Contains] .pdf, but does NOT contain the file name of a list of a few specific documents. I want to do it this way as there are literally thousands of files we want to score, and only a handful I want to exclude. Maintaining an exclusion list is a whole lot easier than an inclusion list, but with only being able to use either Contains or Not Contains, I can can't do an "includes PDF, but doesn't include XXXXX characters" type rule. Anyone have thoughts on a way to do this?

Hey guys, for the past year, our general flow for web form leads looks like this: Lead fills out form >> Marketo creates lead in Salesforce >> Marketo changes lead owner to a Salesforce queue (or more rarely, a specific Salesforce user) >> Distribution Engine picks up leads in a queue and assigns to a rep >> after a few minutes, Marketo sends an alert to the lead owner (this flow step is tied to the form fill trigger)Over the last 24 hours or so, we've seen an onslaught of new lead assignment emails for every single Marketo-created lead (all web form leads). Here's what we know:These email alerts look like default Salesforce lead assignment alerts. Our Marketo alert assets look completely different. They are definitely being sent within Salesforce on behalf of the Marketo user/integration.The timing for these email alerts always match the step where Marketo changes the lead owner to a queue or to a user directly (step 3 in the flow above).Hot Lead Queue has "Send

Dear All,since AEM6.4, the new or updated in UI custom workflows go to /conf/global/settings/workflow/; the runtime code for them is generated and put to /var/workflow/ subtree. To make an update, I should use, again, the UI and press SYNC there regenerating runtime. Now the question: how to do the same at the deployment time on a remote server from a Maven build job?Needless to say developers have no access to the production server UI.Should I keep the /var/workflow in my Git repository?Or should I someway issue POST /conf/global/settings/workflow/models/test_workflow/jcr:content.generate.json from a Maven plugin, for all of my not so many workflows? The solution is probably simple but not obvious to me. Please help!Thank you!

Our Marketo instance was implemented years and years ago, at the time the team did not sync and map over most standard account objects. Today, we actually need them in Marketo for segmentation and routing purposes. I reached out Support and they said they can no longer alter it, they can see the fields but it's not available to sync in the UI. Is this true? If it wasn't done at the beginning, it can't be done now? We're trying to avoid creating custom fields that are essentially the same as standard fields on the Account object, it's just redundant. Any input would help!

Hi,I have access to create a web property but don't have access to create an Adapters and environments and add extensionsCould you please help me what access is required for this and from which console I can get this. I already have admin rights for Adobe Launch

On surfing internet blogs found a line "AEM uses an access control list that consists of a list of actions that a user can perform on resources within the system. These actions can include creating a new page in a given path, modify components on an existing page, and replicating data between instances."Am trying to understand what exactly differs the usage of the (READ,MODIFY,CREATE,DELETE) VS (READ ACL, EDIT ACL) permissions in AEM/CQ5.Can any one explain this with a good example.?~KkKrish

HI I configured Analytics extension within Launch and complied all the libraries and the build was also successful. Now I am trying this implementation with a test rule created by saving a static page on my local machine and rendering the page in Chrome. The Test rule triggers but not able to see the beacon and  debugger console shows the below errorGET file://assets.adobedtm.com/extensions/EP23d75a37c9fa4adb8bac5e****2e354a/AppMeasurement.min.js net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUNDI have tried all the configuration but have no luck.Appricaite if some one could suggest me a way to test it.Thanks
