Hi,I've been trying to copy a file from outbound of FTP and copy to 'Public File Resources' in Adobe Campaign Classic. And I was able to copy the file using the following command.var serverFileResourceLocation = "/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/<instance_name>/<file_name.extension>";   if (!file.copyTo(serverFileResourceLocation))       logError ("File '" + file.name + "' was not copied");  else     logInfo('copied successfully');The same was working in Sandbox instance. And in another instance that fails and gives the follwing error.Error: "BAS-010015 Cannot open file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/res/stage1/896058c047415b9ec73256866fa2e447.pdf' with write access (errno=2, No such file or directory)"I've tried giving Read/Write/Delete permission to the operators for 'Public Resources folder' and still it didn't resolve the issue. I've used the following forums for my references:I want to Upload images to Public resources every morning. Is it possible to automate this process. Re:

This issue is related to nested array in felix console configuraration. Please find below code:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><jcr:root xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0" xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0"   jcr:primaryType="sling:OsgiConfig"   user.mapping="[com.adobe.granite.oauth.server=oauthservice,  com.test.abc.project=[sling-scripting,serviceuser]]"/>As we can see in below image the above code configuration ([sling-scripting,serviceuser]) should come in same line, but it is going in next line. After keeping comma(,) always moving the required configuration next line. Thanks

Hi All,Can analytics report suit be used as cross device data source? and can it be then used as data source in profile merge rule based on it. If yes what should be the integration code (default is {"suite":"<report suit ID>","datacenter":"sin"}).  My objective is to use analytics data source for profile merge. If a logged in user is qualified for a segment with traits based on analytics variables on one device, the user should qualify for the same segment in other device in  case of profile merge rule "Current authenticated & profile link device graph" Please advice. Thanks

Hi, We've a audience segment from a 2nd party (say X) in our AAM Instance (say Y). This was done via Adobe Marketplace. 2nd party, X is also on AAM and they pushed the segment via Adobe marketplace to our AAM. We do have the segments populate in our AAM instance. We have mapped this segment (from 2nd party X) to our Adobe Ad Cloud (AMO) and to Google Ad words as a URL destination. We've mapped another segment to Google Ad words - this segment is our audience (Y audience) and not 2nd party. This one is getting populated in Google Ad Words. So the URL destination set up seems correct. Question is: Is it technically possible to suppress a 2nd party audience in Google Ad words via a URL destination. Given a URL destination works only when the user visits your website. But that defeats the purpose here, as we do not want to target these audiences (from X). This segment (from X) is for exclusion (suppression) purpose. CheersSurbhi

Hi folks,I have a tricky question.Scenario: Company A: using Adobe Target, having AdobeOrgID = 123Company B: using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, having AdobeOrgID = 789Company A is now subleasing Adobe Analytics from Company B, Company A's data is sent into separated report suite - however the AdobeOrgID is automatically set to Company's B ID (AdobeOrgID = 789).Now the task is to share data from Adobe Analytics (Company A licensed - AdobeOrgID = 789) to Adobe Target of Company B (AdobeOrgID = 123).Perhaps - change the AdobeOrgID just for one report suite etc.? Possible?Cheers,Jakub

As Adobe users do we need to change anything in preparation for the switch to ParallelTracking? Currently as part of our AdWords integration we use tracking templates at campaign level to report on AdWords performance. Am I likely to lose anything in their current form?

Any time I install a package, the starting system components dialog stays up for a really long time. Sometimes up to 20 minutes. Is this normal? I am following a guide on Pluralsight and the guy doing the video doesn't have this same problem. Should it be taking this long to start the system components? Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Experts!Wondering if there is a visual/drag-drop style editor available for creating Touch UI dialogs. There used to be one for classic dialogs.

I thought period costs were needed for RCE, specifically for the program revenue stage reports, but I see that I have data in that report for all programs, including those with no period costs. Did this change?

I am facing an issue here related to populating token value in ics file.I have two tokens defined in my program{{my.eventUrl}} - Text{{my.icsInfo}} - Calendar FileInside '{{my.icsInfo}}' configuration, in description field I have put the token {{my.eventUrl}}ics description text :Web Link : {{my.eventUrl}}In the Campaign -> Flow -> Send Email, the Email Template contains both the tokens. It's like, Email having `Event Join Url` and `Save to Calendar`(ics).I am adding a lead to this Campaign through REST API.POST /rest/v1/campaigns/{campaignId}/trigger.json{"input": {"leads": [{"id": 1111111}],"tokens": [{"name": "{{my.eventUrl}}","value": "myevent.sampleurl/join"}]}}Problem :The Email received is having the token value populated as "myevent.sampleurl/join", but the same value is not getting populated inside ics file contained in the Email.Token inside the Email is containing the old value assigned at the token creation time.So any idea, how to populate this token's value inside t

We are using App Measurement SDK for iOS and Android v 4.X for analyzing our mobile app.Basic analysis is going good. But, eVar capturing is not working. We create a Hash map to deliver context data, and set key and string value on it.Then we call trackAction with it.Android code is like below.>HashMap <String, Object> contextData = new HashMap<>();>  String sex = getStringSexForEvarData(firstCard.getCardSex());>  contextData.put("user.gender", sex);>  String isAutoLogin = getStringBooleanForEvarData(settings.getBoolean(SaisonSettings.KEY_AUTO_LOGIN_FLG));>  contextData.put("setting.auto_signin", isAutoLogin);>  String isPassLock = getStringBooleanForEvarData(settings.getBoolean(SaisonSettings.KEY_PASSCODE_LOCK_SETTING_FLG));>  contextData.put("setting.passlock", isPassLock);>  String isFingerPrintLock = getStringBooleanForEvarData(settings.getBoolean(SaisonSettings.KEY_FINGER_PRINT_ENABLE));>  contextData.put

I am having an understanding question due to crashes. For example I have the following behaviourLaunch 1 (Visit 1) --> App version 1  -->page a --> crashLaunch 2 (visit 1) --> app version 2How is Adobe counting the crashes for this case?A) crash 1 for launch 2 and app version 2, visit 1b) crash 1 --> app version 1, launch 1 and visit 1Plus is it somehow possible combining crashes with the page where it occured? how?

Two questions related to mobile app reporting:Does Adobe have an integration framework to capture AppsFlyer value IDFV in SiteCatalyst via SDK or APIAre mobile lifecycle metrics like crashes and first installs/launches available in the raw data feed customers currently get into Insight?

Hi,Have implemented the SDK in iOS and Android Apps and passed the variables for Props and eVar. I can see the pages data with page views but when i see the same in Prop page view is 0 and visits i have numbers. I can see the same in eVar also but not sure why i am not seeing the same for Props. Can someone help on this. Thanks.RegardsTirumal

Does anyone know how to get the pages on which the crashes occured? Plus what kind of crash has happened? Adobe trackes crashes automatically but is there a chance to adjust this somehow?

We have seen lately in our ios app that we get some weird looking pages like company/102 and we have analyzed those to see what was going on and where are those pages coming from. What we have found out is everytime when we get an initial launchevent it creates an own page. Is this expected behaviour? how can we turn it off. What is so weird on this: ios creates theri launches automatically and android need to get an sdk adjustment. In adroid we are not having this issue but we track launches but only in ios.And I thought a launch with a page could only correlate when it occures in a same hit, but not creating own pages.Does anyone know what to do or is there a simple explaination.I would be really thankful for your support!
