Hello, I have a huge Adobe Audience <script> tag and I have to insert it into a React JS project. I was instructed to insert it in <head> tag, but I am trying to avoid inserting it in my index.html file because I feel it's not the best practice to puta lot of code in it. I am wondering if there is a way to work around this and inserting this script tag with an approach that is more React-like.Thank you very much

Hi All,I want to send the deliveries to the customers based on previous emails tracking stats.I have two scenarios here:1) Send a mail to customers who opened the mail and clicked on the link2) Send a mail to customers who opened the mail but not clicked on the linkAnd we need to filter the people who did not open the email.I think, we can achieve this by using split activity and Query activity. But, which schema we need to use for Targeting and Filter dimension in Query and Split activity. And my workflow is as follows.  Please help me on this. Thanks,Raviteja Gundu.

I am trying to take the OOB reports on the system to add a date range selection so that a report can be pulled per month or per the days that is selected. I.E. from 1 April 2017 to 14 January 2018.I have gone so far as to add the dates to be selected to the Filter, but as soon as I select the From date, the To date also populates. And so far the filter does not link to the creation date of the delivery.Any advise on how to add date range to the OOB reports?

I am setting up my version purging configuration setting in AEM 5.6.1Regarding the version created on activation(enabled in configMgr), is this different from the version we create on purpose (using the sidekick) ?The reason I am asking this question is we are setting a version limit to 5 and number of days to 30 using the version manager settings in /systems/console/configMgr.I do not want the version created on activation to replace my saved versions from the sidekick. Also we have multiple projects, is there anyway we can change the version purging settings based on a project/site ?Lack of documentation from adobe on this important topic is really frustrating.Any insight or direction on this will be really appreciated.Thanks,techno2011

I've been playing around with the drop-down filter functionality that was introduced a few weeks back, and I can't seem to figure out 2 things:A quick way to remove a filter - I was able to remove it by clicking the "x" next to each value, but I was wondering if there was a better/quicker way.Adding a label after accidentally removing/closing the title bar Thanks in advance!

We are using contact forms on our website, social media and Google Adwords, and when people fill these forms out we receive an alert email to contact them. The problem is, on the alert email, the Lead Source and Source Detail are not populating, or populating correctly so we are unable to tell where these leads came from without checking the activity log.The form on our website is a marketo form, but it is not hosted on the page but rather an external pop-up form, if I understand correctly from reading other posts on this, Marketo is unable to track these utm's since the form they are on is not technically hosted on a marketo LP, correct? Our website is hosted on wordpress, is it possible to set this form up on wordpress to track Lead Source and Source Detail? As for the Google Adwords and social media, when looking at the activity log for these leads, I click on the web page they visited and the form they filled out and the query parameters are missing our utm's, but instead, it looks

Hi,Our vendor is passing the values below to the Marketo form:proteinsimple.com/Beta723/about_you.htmlIf the user is routed from the literature_download.html page, it passes these five variables:page = the name of the page routing the user ("literature_download.html")docID = the document iddocTitle = the title of the document to downloaddocProducts = the products associated with the documentdocType = the document typeI’m thinking the best way to capture them is to use the hidden fields? However, the available fields currently in Marketo are these below and they do not have the same field names. Do I need to create the different sets of fields in order to capture these values or if there is a way for me to use the existing fields? Thanks.Document Id Document Name Document Products Document Type

Is it necessary to score lead activities differently from customers activities? We are starting to create scoring and some feel we need to score/identify customers activities differently than leads activities. If we do need to score differently, how would we score what a customer does vs what a lead does? Will we be able to identify customers vs leads? Is it necessary to score customers activities? I have noticed the majority of our customers activities entail logging in to their account, which I am not sure is a worth while activity to track since they are mostly paying bills.

Hello everybody,I've some questions about Adobe Target. The implementation that I'm looking for is:One user (anonymous or logged in) is going to enter a product page. This will be first time on that product's category. When the user has entered 3 times in category of the products, the home page content should be personalized by that category related content.I think I can create dynamic audiences with mbox parameters. But the question is how can I assign the users to that audience? Or is it already been done when the request to the mbox has met with custom parameter and the user is already created in that audience? Or should I not to have use Adobe Target at all?I don't have Adobe Target instance yet, if this can be done I'll get one. So please can you explain how this can be done step by step.Best regards,Ogün Adsay.

How can I correct how Google Analytics categorizes Marketo emails in "Acquisition Channels"? Currently, mkt_tok is categorized as "Referral" channel, not "Email." See screenshot here, 2018-09-25_1407 CC @Sanford Whiteman

Hi there,Our website have a JS file that includes the js code of all components. Also, we have a CSS file that includes the js code of all components. The problem is that components that we are not using are also included in the JS and CSS files. Is it possible to make Adobe AEM generate CSS and JS code only for the components that are being used in the current page? Thanks

Hi there! Whenever somebody clicks a link in a Marketo email with the "link tracking" option on, they get to my website, with the URL having a huge parameter set at the end, begininng with /?mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiT0....... I see why it happens and that's OK. The issue is that it spoils tracking in Google Analytics. When I check my page visit reports, I see such thing: http://prntscr.com/ixz4ik Each visit from an email is considered by GA as a visit to a separate page! During a year, such single visits accumulate to a huge sum, which makes a particular page visit count not matching the _actual_ numbers, which should also include hits from Marketo emails.Anyone had a workaround to solve this?

Hi ,We observed the below error in one of our delivery. Can someone please help me with a possible reason for it and let me know the way I can fix it.Regards,Rishabh

How would I set up a campaign so that an email is sent everytime some one fills out a form? The email alert is nit going to a lead owner but to some one else on the staff,  so And if I set up an email using the tokens for lead first name lead last name will they auto populate? Thanks

Hi, I am trying to trigger a custom 403 error page in CQ based on the respective error code. First of all, as mentioned in the adobe docs, I couldn't find the 403.jsp page in /libs/sling/servlet/errorhandler/ . It only had the 404.jsp. However I had overridden this page by creating a 404 and 403 jsp pages in  /apps/sling/servlet/errorhandler/ and created a default.jsp which handles all the error codes and forward the request to the respective error pages. But even after doing all this, somehow the error code of 403 is not even coming in the errorhandler when an actual 403 happens. I'm getting the 404 error code instead, so cq is loading the 404 error page even when a 403 happens. Can anyone please help me solve this? I want to solve this in the absence of a dispatcher.

Hi,I was following Getting Started with the AEM SPA Editor - Hello World Tutorial @Getting Started with the AEM SPA Editor - Hello World Tutorial 1. I did not follow this tutorial step by step, but tried to install the Finished Package END-we-retail-journal-all-0.2.5-SNAPSHOT.zip on my plain AEM 6.4, but got the following error:"Could not Install Package. Refusing to install package adobe/aem640/sample:we-retail-journal-all:0.2.5-SNAPSHOT. required dependencies missing: [day/cq60/product:cq-ui-wcm-editor-content:(1.0.138,)]".Kindly suggest.2. Hi!I'm reviewing segments for my team and was wondering what it meant when Referrer Type does not exist. I assumed that every visit would have a referrer type assigned. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!- Jerry

Hi All,If writing a logic to run certain tasks only if user is on primary publisher, in Java looking to identify if user is on a primary publish instance.I see that AEM Communities Publisher Configuration has "isPrimaryPublisher" from which this can be obtained. Any suggestion of achieving this in best way?The pid of the config seem to point to an impl class so not sure if @Reference would work.Using AEM 6.2 SP1 FP3 cfp14ThanksShubham

I'm trying to solve the following scenario:1. We have an external app the keeps track of certain user activity and sends updates to Marketo when they perform a certain action. In this case, when they start and complete a training module.2. I want to send a reminder email when a user has completed one module but hasn't started the next one within two hours. What is the best way to set this up?Do we create an attribute per status per module? Can we simply have one attribute per status and append new data to it and use the contains filter? What I had in mind:Smart List- Filter: [Started Modules] contains [Flow ID]- Filter: [Started Modules Last Updated Date/Time] in past before [2 hours]Then run this hourly. (Although I just discovered you can't actually run a campaign hourly, *sigh*)

Hello Testers,How would you setup an A/B which separates an experience based off of 2 audiences?  I have a combined audience rule at the front door of the test and then once inside it I would like to display the Control to audience no.1 and the Experience B to audience no.2.  I have added Experience Audiences to the A/B configuration and while validating this it seems like I have 4 experiences in total.Control - audience no. 1Control - audience no. 2Experience B - audience no. 1Experience B - audience no. 2Ideally I would like there to be onlyControl - audience no. 1Experience B - audience no. 2I have followed the steps here Multiple Experience Versions in an A/B Test  and there is only 1 page being tested in this test. Thanks, Matt

We are migrating from AEM 6.0 to AEM 6.3. As a phased migration, we are placing RewriteRule condition at apache that- If URI matches to migrated page, continue to 6.3 publisher. - If URI is not in list of migrated pages, redirect to 6.0 domain.Currently the list of migrated pages in RewriteCondition is manually edited. When authoring team migrate a page, a developer adds a new Rule in apache.Requirement: The apache RewriteCondition should redirect to publisher for all published pages automatically. If a page is not available at publisher, it should automatically redirect to 6.0 domain.Approaches: Currently a developer edits the RewriteCondition when author publish a new page. Proposal is use RewriteMap: - A sling servlet will prepare the RewriteMap flat text file with list of published pages - A cron job at apache server hits the servlet, pulls the list of published pages and places map file in correct path - A single RewriteMap condition looks up the map file, if entry is found allow
